DO NOT BRING YOUR RABBIT TO ANIMAL DOCTORS INTERNATIONAL People believe in "you get what you pay for", but in my case, even though we paid an incredibly high price, our rabbit passed away because of their ignorance and incompetence. On April 1, Dr. S was the one who ignored my concerns about my baby breathing problems even though I said over and over "her breathing is very irregular, breathing rapidly and loudly, I was lying on the bunk bed but I could still hear her breathing on the ground." I was very worried but she insisted "she's just stressed". When I asked about her dental (my girl had a dental procedure here in December, where Dr. N found out an abscess), she just rubbed her chin and said her teeth were fine. Well, that same month, Dr. N shockingly discovered that she had lost many teeth and had many dental abscesses! They CANNOT progress that fast in 2-3 months, let alone 3 weeks. I also repeatedly told him about her irregular breathing, that she had to push her head out to breathe, and that I saw the movement of her chest while breathing. But he did not care about the respiratory problem at all and said it was dental. According to many medical sources, those symptoms are TYPICAL of respiratory infections. I didn't have enough money to do the dental procedure so I waited about 1-2 weeks after that to book an appt. However, when I made the appointment, Dr. N was on leave. And even though I asked them to please let us have another vet to do it because I found the breathing problem worrying, they kept refusing. They also discourage me to go to another hospital. Because I paid a very high price, I trusted them so much that I did not transfer to another hospital and waited for Dr. N to return after 3 weeks. Also, he prescribes Baytril to be taken in the meantime, and it has NOTHING to do with abscesses or respiratory infection, with an extremely bitter taste! Eventually, even though we force feed her the antibiotics every night, the infection spread from the teeth and upper respiratory tract to the lungs to the point where it was INCURABLE, she was diagnosed with severe pneumonia on June. And similarly, it cannot progress that quickly in just a few weeks. She has had difficulty breathing since late March, with 2 vet trips here but still left undiagnosed because the vets completely ignored my concerns. When we went to another vet, he immediately pointed out that the tooth abscess had spread to the upper respiratory tract and the lungs. Vets aboard also concluded similarly. They told me to consider her quality of life, because her condition and Xray were horrible. Even with aggressive treatment, the results are ambiguous. The truth is that I made her STRUGGLE to breathe and made it impossible for her to sleep peacefully for more than 5 months because of these vets. I didn't share this bcoz it didn't happen right after I got there, but it was a slow and painful death. Plus, it happened when she was still so young. With a small body of less than 2kg, she fought, and fought very strongly and resiliently for us. Honesty, I also feel like I did the right thing by not doing the 2nd dental procedure here because often rabbits with breathing problems will be in critical condition when under anesthesia. I definitely don't encourage people to bring rabbits here because their ignorance and incompetence cost us her life. People make mistakes, but this is DEFINITELY not a mistake but the doctor's negligence. Additional notes: When the vet showed us the Xray results, he coldly said "she has pneumonia she may die" and completely ignored the fact that he didn't care about my concerns before. He even recommended incisors trimming (Our current vet said that this was unnecessary) We are 10km away from ADI. When I arrived about fifteen minutes late because of traffic jam, he welcomed us with a disdainful attitude and made us wait fifteen minutes in return. On the day of the dental procedure, which needed to be done as quickly as possible because rabbits need to eat 24/7, he kept us waiting for a long time to see other patients.

I realized that you guys have always been this way: Blame the owners, deny your negligence and abdicate your responsibility! You claimed April 1st was not our first visit. I did not say it was! So it means that you know her quite well, from many of her previous visits. You are well aware that she had dental abscess, but the first vet did not check inside her mouth on April 1st, and both vet (on April 1st and April 27th) did not know that her symptoms were typical of respiratory distress, and did not know that "Dental abscesses (in the upper molar arcade) and upper respiratory infections can present together in many rabbits as the sinuses and tooth roots are so close together" (this is from a vet from the US). You said "Countless hours". If you are mentioning our visits, yes we'd came here many times since June 2022 and we paid for those hours, with very high price! If you are mentioning the calls, I received 2 calls in 2022, before her first dental procedure to ask if I wanted to do it. The only call that I received after the April 16th appt was asking if had decided to go with the procedure. And you called me once after seeing my review. You have to see how vets at other practices are doing to know what "countless hours" truly is. Let me talk about our current vet. He cleared his schedule from 9am to 3pm just to give his entire office to my bun so she could be more comfortable, just for an X-ray with sedation, worth mentioning they charge much lower price than yours. He was willing to spend 1 hour each time we visited to examine, to explain,... and he did not even charge us for those (10 times or so). Yours are 20 mins each for 500k, so those are "paid minutes" not "countless hours". And you must see the conversation at our new clinic, I even felt like I was bothering them with tons of my questions and concerns, and the vets directly texted me, long and informative msgs, not the receptionists with vague information. The way you mentioned your "100 msg" was way too ridiculous it makes me laugh. You said I did not notify you directly. Are you kidding? Please look again at our msgs, I told you that if the vets examined more carefully and diagnosed earlier, she could have a better prognosis. And your reply, you told me to bring her over, and not bother to look at her X-ray, didn't you? Same X-rays, I sent to US vets, they reply clearly abt the condition, prognosis at NO FEE. You said "minimizing suffering"?? While that medicine has no effect on dental abscesses as well as URIs? Really? You said I "continuously postponed or declined tests and treatments" "delayed her access to health care". Review medical record! After 2 examinations on October 30 and November 5, 2022, I have postponed the dental procedure, which does not mean I refuse. And this delay is also due to you, you said that I have to wait for the vet to come back from vacation and you cannot arrange another doctor to do the procedure. December 14, 2022, the vet said that there was no infection on the lower jaw, so the X-ray was not necessary. I would not decline it if it was necessary. "Delay access"? On April 1st, the vet check her chin (when it is inside her mouth that should be checked) and said the teeth were FINE. So I trusted you, and believed that till that day, the teeth were still good. April 26th, as I mentioned in the previous review, I delayed it because the fee was too high. When I texted to made an appointment (more than 1w after the appt), I had to wait for the doctor to come back after 3 weeks. You did not allow me to had other vets do it. You claim you showed "your inability to get you to engage in her care". When did you get me to engage? When seeing the videos I sent, you should told me to come over immediately, not prescribe more pain meds!!! How could I know that they were bad signs if the vet saw those videos and did not say anything??? (text limit, will be continued)

My husband and I were walking around our neighborhood and to my school and saw Animal Drs and were relieved that a fully equipped vet hospital was so close to us with a diverse range of drs and experience. I have had to visit Animal Drs multiple times, recently for an emergency, and the team was excellent. The staff if friendly and professional and always helpful as well. I'm glad we have such an excellent clinic so close by for our pets' needs. Both Dr Charlotte and Dr Nicholas have been beyond excellent! They have caught things other vets haven't and both were able to tell the vaccinations from the previous vet were fake or incomplete and recommended that I get Zen re-vaccinated, are in the process of vaccinating Sekiko. They make sure to explain everything needed for care in detail and make sure to give the best medication. They also explain the kinds of things that effect kittens and cats in Vietnam that may be rare or not problematic in other countries. The best thing i appreciate is how well they took care of Sekiko recently after her attack and their suggestions on how to reintergrate my cats. They took great care of Sekiko, and have taken excellent care of Zen as well by getting them both fully vaccinated appropriately and fully. They're there when I have needed them and truly care for each client's pet/s. I wanted to add that I've read some of the negative comments on here, especially about cost. NO GOOD VETERINARY clinic or hospital is going to be cheap. Unfortunately, pets are expensive and I would pay whatever it cost to even try to save my pet. Unfortunately, there aren't guarantees in any life human or animal. My kitten was just attacked by my older cat due to my negligence (although it was completely accidental) and I called them immediately and they told me how much it was going to be because it was after hours, there would be boarding involved, and possible extra medication needed in the future. They even warned me that due to their best efforts my kitten might not survive. They were candid but caring and I would have paid it all over again. They were so thorough they found wounds I couldn't see due to the fur. If you own animals they are going to be expensive if you actually treat them properly. Animal Drs treats each pet they receive properly, professionally, with love, and with care. Unfortunately, however, with all that attention and professionalism pets can still not get better. Don't blame the vet or the prices for your pets demise unless there's obvious malpractice that can be proved. My kitten is still not out of the woods, but I can rest assured the ADI team has done and will continue to do what needs to be done to ensure the health of all my cats.

Stevie loves going to the vet. She always swings by even tho she doesn't have an appointment. Everyone is so friendly, and it's a nice pit stop for her to rest and chill before heading back home after daycare or a walk around the lake. The vets and assistant staff are just wholesome. From a pet parent's perspective, I know she is in good, capable hands every time we go there. From Stevie's perspective, a special big up to Dr. Nicolas. He is her vet 100%. But, for me, everyone is just fantastic. Stepping into the clinic feels like a haven away from Tay Ho's chaos. Plus, the playlist played in the reception area is always amazing! The friendliness and wholesomeness of staff, their knowledge and while I won't mind speaking English, as a french expat, having a French vet looking after my dog helps to better understand, nothing is lost in translation.

I'm so happy and grateful for ADI and for living in an area where ADI is so close. The Drs and assistants are incredible, very knowledgeable, and great with my pets. I will only use ADI and am thankful for all they have done to help me and my cats. Dr. Charlotte and Dr. Nicolas have been excellent and have provided the best care for all of my cats. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with me when I explain the issues I have been having with my rescues. I would also like to thank the staff, especially the receptionists for always being kind and helpful as well. I apologize for not remembering all their names. How knowledgeable and experienced they are and how they work as a team. I also appreciate that they always explain what they are doing and have multiple suggestions when it comes to treating your pet.

The difference with ADI is that they have a lot of experienced staff, from a variety of backgrounds, sharing knowledge to get the best outcome for your pet. We have a bulldog that went to bed fine one night and woke up the next morning paralysed due to IVDD. This was further complicated by an S. Aureus UTI. I thought we had little option but to euthanise him. ADI (Dr. Nicolas) handled the case amazingly, and we discovered that he didn't need to be put down at all. We were provided with a plethora of therapeutic options to help our little guy recover the best he can.

Horrible service, brought my dog over for an appointment sat for 45 minutes and the receptions told us that they cant see the dog today and to come back tomorrow. For the premium prices you charge you should know better and treat your clients better. Second time we have an issue with this place the first time we had an emergency came to the clinic and the receptionist refused to call the standby vet so we ended up wasting our time with this place. There are a lot of clinics in the area. Dont waste you time with this one premium price for a very poor service.

I could have chance to meet a truly great vet that I can trust and give me advices to help me solve my cat's problems and cure her disease. Since I have no Vietnamese vet to consult with, this small thing is completely priceless. Thank you so much! The price is quite expensive and may not suitable for everyone, so please check the price and talk to vet carefully before you agree with their services.

Excellent, Whenever I meet someone with pets I recommend Animals Doctors. The truth is that they are all very good and attentive, it is difficult to choose one, but without a doubt Bui Thi tuyet and the doctors Charlotte and Nicolas, and the girl from the pet grooming , and the girls at the reception. I have been taking my baby dog with them for 1 year and everything is perfect

We took our border collie for a second opinion after a grand mal seizure. Dr. Charlotte took a lot of time to ensure she understood background and gave solid input. She also diagnosed an infection that we think was obtained at previous vet. Meds were given and our pup is on the mend. There was also followup contact to check in the next day.

Our puppy has several unique orthopedic issues and ADI is the first to offer a thorough assessment, clear treatment plan and prognosis. Dr Nicolas and his assistants, as well as the receptionists, have all been welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. This is not the cheapest vet in town, but you certainly get what you pay for.

One of the greatest hospitals with many services from health check, surgery to dog training, most of the services I have tried here are very good, though the price is a bit high compared to others, but I have no problem with that since the service is really good

The doctor did a great job with my grumpy cat and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. The staff are all so friendly and wonderful.
