This place was great. Large selection of raw materials to choose from and a solid variety of lizards. We purchased a chameleon from this location and we absolutely loved her. Great experience and we appreciated the assist from the staff especially as English wasn't their best strength, but they put in the effort and were very polite.

Great service until a boss tells you that their ferret food doesn't sale well when the shelve is often empty. They try to make you change your ferret food for something with only bones and rice!!! Seriously I buy the one my vet recommends!! Not what they tell me to buy.....worst idea ever to feed rice and bones to ferrets!!!!

They had so many types of pets! Every common pet that you can think of is there... the reason I put 4 stars is the staff, there's an employee that seems like she really doesn't want to work there. Except the employee, the other staff is nice. They ask you if everything's going well. Overall, I recommend it a little.

Very good prices. They offer animal food in small, medium and big sizes (50 lbs). Also, wide choice of toys for cats and dogs, as well as cat trees. Goods can be ordered online and then picked up or delivered (with a fee for the preparation and delivery). It is also possible to have a loyalty card for free.

Extremely rude staff, they refused to sell us a pet because it was for a friend under 18 for their birthday. When I asked to see the manager, my request was denied and I had to go to a different location to buy the pet (which didn't understand why the lady refused to sell and called it discrimination)

It's a standard pet shop. I always feel conflicted about endorsing pet shops who actually sell animals of dubious origins (I've asked a few times where their animals come from and the answers were always vague).

We stumbled across this pet store today and absolutely loved it. The reptile selection was nothing like I have ever seen before. The girl working in this section was more then helpful and was such joy to talk

Staff is very kind and informed! Good service, lot of products. This Dyno is like a mini zoo with a lot of animals of all kind. A must see if you want to just browse casually and discover things.

Great place with lots of emplyees ready to answer questione and help out for the best choices for your pet! such a big place! always pricy but hey thats what getting a pet is.

It's a nice Pet, and Petsupply store. This particular store, could use a bit of an update, but itvwas clean, and the staff was super friendly.
