Do not waste your time and money here. They have untrained or poorly trained staff who don’t know what they are doing and cannot actually perform the services they are selling. UPDATE: Management wrote complete lies in their response. My visits were ONE week apart not 4, I paid for 6 treatments not 3, they NEVER offered any kind of refund, and my issue was their inability to provide the service due to employees’ lack of training. Their 2 brand new employees who were both on their FIRST DAY working there when I saw them, had no clue at all how to use the equipment. The other employee could not figure out how to get the machine to actually contract the muscles on my arms during both of the 2 sessions tried. After the second failed attempt, I requested at least a partial refund and they made me wait 15 minutes while they went to the back to discuss, then claimed the manager wasn’t there (funny the manager was there when I arrived). I’m never willing to pay thousands of dollars for a service the business cannot provide, so when any refund was refused and the manager pretended not to be there, yes I did dispute the credit card charges, exactly as I told them I would. This company hires completely untrained staff to perform expensive services which require trained technicians who know how and where to place equipment on the body to perform the service. Their employees were clueless and could not figure it out TWICE. The service was NOT provided, period. My issue is not about results - it’s about not even getting the service I paid almost $3000 for. Although if employees cannot perform the service, obviously there will be no result. If they wasted a few adhesion strips because they didn’t know how to use the equipment, that’s not my fault and I should not have to pay thousands$$$ for that. The employees are super nice but if they are not well trained on the services they are supposed to be performing, then they cannot do them correctly. Out of 3 times visiting this place I saw 2 brand new employees on 2 different visits. Both of these were literally completely untrained on the procedure they were trying to do. The other employee who had some experience, also clearly did not know how to properly use the equipment to get it to work correctly. This can only be due to lack of training. This is a company management issue and not a staff problem. Also, if you are considering doing any of the TruSculpt services here, DO NOT DO IT. These procedures need technicians who know what they are doing. Unfortunately they apparently don’t need a license to perform these procedures so they just hire anyone and send them to work on people after reading an instruction manual from the machine manufacturer. Horrible management here. Don’t come here.

Mary Lin is amazing!!! I used to be an esthetician and to find one with values/morals over money is unreal! She never tried to upsell me once or just do whatever I wanted. She really cares about people and works form the heart she looked at my skin and my charts and asked what I wanted to do but then told me what she envisioned for the treatment. I can’t believe how honest she was and how much knowledge she had. She told me what was best for my skin and I listened! I’m so glad I did! I had the genesis laser and my skin was GLOWING, all my facial hair came off and the treatment was so quick and easy. I couldn’t recommend her more ❤️ I loved it so much I bought two gift certificates for my friends. I will tell everyone about this place. Can’t wait to be back for my next laser treatment ❤️

LOVE LOVE LOVE this spa. Hands down the best experiences I have ever had! Cadance and Dr.EZ are so amazing, they are knowledgeable and I wanted to stick around just to learn more things from them!! Dr.EZ ensures that you are in NO pain, and getting the best results, and Cadance is just a great aesthetician , she also has wonderful bedside manners and even held my hand when things got a little painful. My results are fabulous from EVERY TREATMENT I have received here including micro needling, lip fillers and non invasive fat dissolving treatments .

Apex Med Spa has been the best spa I have been to in awhile. I have recently gotten lip fillers and a vampire facial that left me revitalized and feeling wonderful. The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is one of a kind. The office is set so you feel relaxed, I also love the semi private rooms that make you feel comfortable. This is the best place to go for all your beauty needs and they have prices that can not be beat.

Very unhappy with this place. I had juvederm under the eyes. The doctor left an indent/hole under one of my eyes, and wanted me to pay to fix what he did. Also I can tell he’s only about the money and doesn’t care about what your results look like at the end. I gave it 1 star only because I had to I’m order to leave a review. He doesn’t know what he’s doing at all. I would never recommend him to anyone at all

Excellent doctor. When I started my treatment I was looking for something that would last long and without drugs that could affect me in the future. Dr. Eze designed a series of procedures obtaining a wonderful result. Given my condition, I know that the treatment is not permanent but at least I won't be exposed to daily medications. Thanks to Dr. Eze and his staff for such a good service. Highly recommended

I recently moved to Las Vegas and I’m VERY happy I found Apex Medical Spa. Marilyn was very patient as professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Fighting Mother Nature requires the best services possible and Apex has services I’ve never heard of!!! I was very impressed with knowledgeable the Dr. was as well. This is going to be a very long term relationship.

Came in for a consultation appointment for 9 am. Got here at 8:50 and waited 20+ minutes. No one was in the office/front desk. Called, phone rang with no answer. Very unprofessional.
