Arranged to have my fish tank moved and clean. After multiple follow ups from my side eventually got a date only to then find that my tank had been moved but not cleaned. Full disclosure it was not in a good state and that was why I wanted to use the move (of 4 meters to a different corner in the same room) as an opportunity to get it cleaned at the same time. When I followed up to find out why it wasn't cleaned I was told I had not requested it to be cleaned!! Corals were left upside down, one broken tank & the tank was not filled up again properly after the move - pump was sucking air until I got home. For a price tag R2500 I would not have paid that just to have it moved. My lights were also not moved but I was told this was because he couldn't get hold of me - but he spoke to my husband why not ask him?? Very upset and disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

Very happy with my custom made tank! Found them to be best on quoted price in Jhb and am glad I listened to the great advice given by Riaan Visser as it would not have turned out this good otherwise.
