"I’m very appalled the way I was treated at Argos today absolutely disgusting with the way the manager dealt with me I went to return an item I brought for my son on Tuesday unfortunately he was too big for the sit me up seat so I wanted a refund and I dismantled the item but one piece was hard to dismantle so I explained I couldn’t and they refused to take it when item was in perfect condition picked up a few days ago it was the way the manager at Argos in Sainsbury handled it was so rude and abrupt and very racist I couldn’t believe it didn’t have no empathy I am a customer didn’t offer no alternative or even explain it to me in a polite manner just refused to help very disappointed with the level of service and the way I was treated never have ever experienced this before anywhere will be taking this further! Manager was polite to the other customers that were the colour and the customers I met that tried helping me I am grateful to them for stepping me and helping me more then the manager and the staff and they get paid for there service but they have no clue what customer service is in my opinion"

This branch descriminate you for returning faulty items. The woman on phone said because of the area they are stricter with the sort of people living around there. Female woman called vanessa lied she was the manager. Refused refund or exchanged told us we had to phone the company and must get a reference number in order to get a refund or exchange for a faulty item phoned the company to be told to go back to argos and get it exchanged as it should of been done with out any arguing from the woman who said she was the manager. The company told me they were happy to speak to argos to explain my rights as they dont offer parts on the items. So the company and argos spoke and argos told me im correct but didnt apologies for wasting my time and arguing with me . Told me i can come back in to get refund in vouchers or exchange But when i went in no manager was available Only rob was there with dave rob said i can have an exchange even though vanessa and him both made it clear i couldnt unless i had the reference number yet they gave me exchange which i went back home in car 25 minutes later noticed it was open and noticed it was used there was dirt and mark inside and the plastic was broken They must of given it to me by purpose instead of an apology they gave me a broken returned item from a previous customer with out telling me I want to make a complaint how can i do this by email

The staff are friendly but there is never anything in the actual store everytime I try to see the stock level it's always out in Maypole. But overall i do think it's a great integration. They could just give us more stock in the store I know it's not big so that's to be expected for such a place but still it wouldn't be to hard to at least have the small stuff in stock, it's also good it's in a supermarket so you habe 2 shops in one in a roundabout kind of way so it works really well if you want to go shopping and then go to Argos.
Came in today, no customers and 2 staff leaning on the tills . To save me a little time masked them both about an item. Was asked if l had an order number, l said no which the male replied go to the computer and see if we have them in. Having trouble with the workings of it . Wanted 2 of this item & the price was more than twice the price of 1. In the end l gave up. If only the staff had been more helpful they would have had a sale. Went to Sears Park in the end. Credit to them for being more helpful
The manager at this store is a very sad little man. He carries himself with an unequalled level of arrogance and speaks to customers with distain. He really ought to be working in a non-customer facing role if he dislikes people this much. I witnessed him refusing to deal with a customer return then when the poor lady walked away upset he made a derogatory remark to his colleague about her but loud enough so that we in the queue could hear it! Shocking.
Love the Argos here have come here for quite a few items always been looked after well the staff are always very friendly they are quick at getting your items never had a problem and everything I've purchased has been brand new so far so good never had to return anything such a handy place you park up go and collect your really good if you have large items as you can get yourself a trolley so much easier then take to the car
Got served by a nice guy who said hello and came over to find out if I needed help finding what I was after. Didnt buy anything on this occasion as what i wanted wasn't instore.Female staff said good bye when I was leaving. Nice friendly staff and will buy from there at my next opportunity
Custom service arguing on me with trying to return item, well In the 30 day return guarantee, became faulty within 2 weeks. Ok, just returned it on second visit, still no refund offered there sending it back to company.
Love argos in Sainsburys maypole! I have a lot of stuff off ebay etc and i have it delivered here. There's never any queues and staff are lovely and friendly. Can't fault the place …

It's Argos. The staff are friendly and helpful, the goods are quickly brought out. Just a shame that this one does not do contactless payments.

Staff have no people skills and require training in this ,one seems like she had a real attitude problem
