Charges premium prices but DOES NOT deliver premium services. I called and asked if I could book a 45 minute head and neck massage. I was told yes of course I could. I arrived and told the receptionist what I wanted. I told her I do not want a back or shoulder massage, just a head and neck massage. She told me that the therapist would massage my shoulders "a little bit". I repeated that I did not want that, but she insisted the massage would only be a few minutes on my shoulders. When the therapist entered, I asked her if she had spoken to the receptionist and knew what I wanted. She said yes, however I repeated what I wanted to her to confirm she knew. She started by putting a hot towel on my entire back. I stopped her and told her I am not getting a back massage. She said no problem. She then started massaging the back of my left shoulder. After what seemed like a very long time, I asked her to stop and I checked the time. She had been massaging the back of my left shoulder for 25 minutes. I asked her how she could possibly finish the 45 minute massage in time given 25 minutes had already been spent on one shoulder. She then massaged my right shoulder for 10 minutes, and finished with 5 minutes on my neck and 5 minutes on my head - the EXACT OPPOSITE to what I asked for FIVE TIMES. When I left I told the receptionist what had happened and she replied that it was because I was tight in the shoulder. I told her I asked five times for a head and neck massage, and I asked to speak to the manager. She told me the manager was not in, and will be in tomorrow. I asked what time the manager will be in tomorrow, and then she told me that the manager will not be in tomorrow, and that I have to email them about any issue. She told me to look on the website for the email. PATHETIC!!!

Just found the best Thai massage place in Melbourne! Was browsing for a great Thai massage place for quite sometime and luckily I came across Aroma Thai online today. Saw the amazing reviews and thought I’d give it a go! I’m usually reluctant when it comes to massages as I’ve had unpleasant experience in the past. But this place didn’t disappoint me. Seems like I just found my go to massage place. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a lovely lady at the reception. Staff are lovely, polite and respectful.Place was so clean and smelled so good. Mali was my masseuse and she’s done an incredible job. I loved every moment of it. Particularly loved how she targeted the knots on my back, from hard trainings as well as my tight glutes that I wasn’t aware of - omg it felt amazing! It was the first time I had experienced an amazingly real massage! Her hands was so powerful and worked like magic! Her professionalism was undeniable. Felt like my blood is flowing normally again after she’s done my neck, back and shoulders. I was resisting the urge to fall asleep to enjoy every second of it. Went for deep tissue massage however it felt like a remedial one as she treated my problems. Walked out feeling ecstatic and satisfied. WOW. I am still floating!! Hands down best massage of my life. My friend and I had Zoey and Naomi give us the 60 min Original Thai Massage and those ladies hit every pressure point –ON the mark with precision and PERFECT, heavenly strength. 1 trillion percent would recommend! 60 minutes was perfect but I would’ve happily paid more for 1.5-2hrs –it would’ve been absolutely worth the bliss too. Oh and the lovely lady at the desk took care of us so well from the moment we entered to the moment we left –bringing us divine butterfly pea tea (which looked and tasted like something from a fairytale) with warm, genuine smiles ✨ THANK YOU LADIES! I got 1 hour section here and I’m very satisfied with their great service. Their place is clean, cozy and quiet. The team members are so friendly and welcoming. They asked me which body parts I want to focus more on, this made me feel they really care about customer’s need. Strongly recommend deep tissue section, it was really strong to release my muscle pains. I especially love their essential oil, hot and good smell, the receptionist also introduced some other oil options and coconut cream, I will try next time. I wish they will have more rooms because they’re always busy, better to book 1 week ahead.

I am from the States and every time I come to Melbourne I look forward to getting a massage here. The "spa" itself is very simple and is not why I gave it 5 stars. The massage therapists are amazing. They focus on areas you ask them to and are very responsive when giving feedback on pressure. I had two knots in my traps and I literally felt the woman didn't want me to leave with those in my back. They definitely aren't just going through the motions. They understand physiology and trying to legitimately loosen up your muscles. Great place!

I visited on 26th of April at 19:30, the receptionist who was at shift at the time was very friendly and accomodating! (unfortunately forgot to ask her name). The massage itself was genuinely one of the best massages I've ever had :) I had a massage with Alice and the pressure was perfect, she made sure to focus on the parts I requested, and the essential oils smelled amazing. It was a 10/10 experience, definitely recommend!

Best ever massage! Naomi and Zoey did amazing. I went with my best friend and we got the 60min Original Thai Massage. It was perfect with complimentary tea before and after, friendly service and happy faces. We would go back for more and longer time because it was that good! I'd recommend having a bit of time afterwards to eat and relax more to make it last as long as possible. 10/10 recommend!

I never wrote any google review before, but Aroma Thai Massage has been one of the best Thai Massages I ever been to! I am talking about the attentiveness of the staffs and therapist! I have a very stiff body from EXCESSIVE exercise and she knew exactly which area that need more treatment. I took 1.5 hrs deep tissue massage with essential oil. Cozy and Thai infused internal design is bringing me back to Thailand. Masseur did a great job which our more focus on my right shoulder as per requested. Location is right in the city and close to Q.Victoria market. Easy to access. Definitely will come back again.
