My experience at Aromathai was an ordinary one. I had signed up for a deep tissue body massage spa on a weekday. Thought I was given a 15% discount and paid 2700 approx, I wasn't happy with the experience. The therapist was well trained and she was also very soft spoken. I was extremely happy with her professionalism and service but the ambience in the massage room was very ordinary. No scented candles or aroma diffusers etc were put up making the experience very okayish. After all aroma add to the relaxing essence of any spa service. I was served a cranberry tea at the end of they service and it will extremely soothing and tasty. To summarize - might not visit again because the ambience killed the mood but foot massages etc here might be a great idea since the massage therapist was good at her job.

The actual Spa was hugely relaxing. It started softly with gentle strokes going down the length of the foot, and then moved on to pressure points on the foot being pressed by wooden sticks, to warm and cool oils being rubbed down the length of the calf. I love how my feet were treated like a precious gem, kept wrapped under thick towels or covered in essential oils and placed gently on a wooden stool. It really was princess style pampering to the ultimate level.

Good Service with trained staff. I normally go for the Deep Tissue which has helped me relax. The Thane location unfortunately is close to the parking entry. While the private rooms for full body are fine, the quicker massage room (multi-chair) is plagued with vehicular sounds.

A good experience as far as massage goes, but it is not a therapy and masseuse wouldn't be able to help with ailments. The foot massage section is located next to exit so a lot of noise come in through the walls which is not recommended.

I got the collagen gold facial done.. It was amaziing. The best part of the facial was the therapist had this massage done to the ears. It was very relaxing. Also in the she had actually put gold sheets onto my skin :)

Had a good Deep Massage. The masseuse was extremely professional and kept the feedback loop on to understand whether the pressure was too much. Excellent service.
