I visited this place in April and I had the most wonderful experience. I had the best masseuse and manicurist. After getting a terrible Shellac job in another country, which actually refused to come off and damaged my nails, the manicurist painstakingly took the time to remove my shellac and restored my nails to their full health again. The whole process took over an hour and after that, she gave me a full hour body massage and it was fantastic. I forget the name of the staff member, but she was so patient with me and made me feel a million dollars leaving. I cannot wait to go back the next time I´m in Kenya and will tell my friends about it too.

I read the reviews and decided to give it a try and I can officially say I have found my forever Spa in Nairobi. I had 3 sets of treatments and my experience was beyond expectations. Deep Tissue full body massage by Nancy Wonderful atmosphere in a world class spa environment, clean and professional. Nancy provided the hour long deep tissue massage to me (male) providing a strong, deep and yet relaxing massage. It felt like an hour meditation of both spirit and body. Followed by a refreshing ginger tea and fruit snack to gently awaken. 5/5 Highly recommended.

Although the manicure was fine, but apparently the woman who did my manicure was not the same woman who does gel nail polish or even put a clear coat on my bare nails. When I inquired and indicated it was what I wanted I was not offered someone else that could do it. I left unhappy with the limited customer service and would not return.

They use really good quality products for facials as well as massages. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. You’ll leave feeling very relaxed and pampered.

I was received well at the reception with a personal greeting. I proceeded to the service area where I was given a seat and my service provider was then called in to take me in for the required service. She was pleasant, polite and warm. I left feeling well taken care of and satisfied.
