This place is TOP SHELF! Cant put it any other way. Old low quality suede leather saddle bags off of my fathers deceased best friends motorcycle. I thought they were trash and only holding on to them for the sentimental value as the motorcycle itself is displayed in our kitchen, literally hanging off the wall above our refrigerator. When I met Bruce and Stephanie, and they explained the business they are in and I told them my story. I had everything to gain and nothing to lose by seeing if they could salvage the nearly 60 year old badly cared for leather bags. My Father has no idea that I was doing this as he had written them off as a loss when his friend passed away, leaving EVERYTHING in his possession to his best friend, my Father. So Arrow took on the project with unwavering confidence and dropped them at my office this morning. I couldn't hold back the tears of knowing how my Father is going to react when I give them to him in a few short weeks. My Father was by his friends side to the very end, helping him in ways most couldn't start to image....to the end. He is an amazing guy to say the least as I am humbled in his presence of how he treats people and still teaching his 53 year old son how to be a proper man. Stephanie and Bruce have given us one of the best gifts I could wish for. To breathe new life into such a critical piece of my fathers history and his devotion to his best friend Tom. THANK YOU Arrow, Stephanie, Bruce and the rest of the amazing team! Overwhelmed here in Overland Park.

After a call with the owner I have erased my prior review and wrote this... I returned my leather coat after a lot of money spent on it to have the worn collar replaced and the faded color refreshed. There were a few other issues that weren't done to my satisfaction and I am awaiting it's return to me where I live in MN. I will write an addendum to this post when I receive it. Well here's my amended review of the services from Arrow Fabricare... I spoke with Bruce the CEO and owner of said business and he couldn't have been nicer! After getting past the misunderstanding of why he couldn't find me (Bruce thought I was an online shipping customer, but I had dropped it off at their retail counter). anyways, Bruce carefully listened to my issues with the first attempt to fix my coat and asked very pertinent questions to be sure and get everything right the second time. The time promised was right on the money and when I opened my carefully packaged coat I couldn't have been more impressed with the look of the re-color of the leather and the other items. It looked and felt better than it did new!! All in all my experience with Arrow Fabricare was outstanding and would defiantly recommend them to anyone for customer service and especially their leather care and reconditioning services! Thanks Bruce for an outstanding job and experience! As Bruce said to me in a message response to him... "All is well that ends well!"

I just had some VERY long sleeves from a VERY thick heavy (mailing label said 11 LBS) jacket shortened 4.5 inches and tapered up. I was familiar with Arrow Leathercare due to the tags in SCHOTT jackets and have used them for cleaning and conditioning and tobacco smoke removal (ozone/hydroxyl) before, and I knew they did leather alterations so I emailed the owner Bruce Gershon to get a quote. I had delt with him before on the “Smokey” job. I told him I needed 4.5 inch taken off the sleeves with same wrist circumference then naturally tapered up to the arm hole on extra thick Natal leather he quoted me $135 for both sleeves and told me I wouldn’t be able to tell . Shipped free inbound with envelope provided or just a label and your box. Bruce called me to confirm the measurements when it arrived and I only dealt with Bruce (the owner) and Susie (Customer Service Manager) , not by my insistence, and I knew they were a really big place with a large team so I felt reassured the team could do it. When I asked how he did it ( did he shorten zipper , shorten sleeve etc, take it in from shoulder ) and he replied jokingly “if I told ya I’d have to kill ya” but assured be I wouldn’t be able to notice . Here are some before and after pictures and they did a fantastic terrific and outstanding job IMHO and I can’t tell as promised!

I inherited a black leather motorcycle jacket from my grandfather, who used to ride Harley’s when he was young. When I got the jacket, the label indicated the manufacturer as Beck and the style as a “Northeaster #333.” After some work and generous applications of leather conditioner I was able to wear the jacket for many years. Sadly, age and simple wear and tear forced me to retire the coat about 15 years ago. I kept it in the closet and figured someday I would restore it. Well, about a year ago I decided to finally get the jacket professionally restored. The only company I trusted was Arrow Leathercare. The process of sending them the coat was extremely simple and efficient. The staff kept me updated at each stage and confirmed that a total restoration was necessary, including the cleaning, all new stitching and a new liner. The price was very reasonable and the results were incredible. As soon as I took it out of the package my old Beck Northeaster looked brand new. The jacket even felt new, the leather even more supple than it had ever been when I was wearing it. The staff of Arrow Leathercare are the best in the business if you have any leather or fur product that has seen better days. Many thanks to everyone at Arrow for the excellent job.

It is beautiful! You all did amazing work!! I had purchased a luxury handbag online. It was in horrible shape (I knew that when buying, I bought it hoping to restore it). My mother-in-law told me about Arrow Care Services by mail. She had sent several items to them and they have all come back beautiful. So I contacted Arrow. Bruce sent me the kindest email that told me the whole process from how to get my bag ready to send to them through how it will be shipped back to me once they finish. I also had a lady named Susan who was my contact person. She was very helpful! I know my bag was not in very good shape when I sent it to them. But it is beautiful now. And I love it!! I showed my husband and he is very impressed too!! They cleaned it, redid the interior, fixed the strap, basically the bag looks almost brand new. They told me after they had done an assessment on my bag what the price to restore it would be. That was super helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend Arrow Care Services! I plan to use them in the future too! They are the best!

When I dropped off my jacket to be repaired I was told someone would contact me within a week with a quote, and it would take 2 additional weeks to repair for a total of 3 weeks. No one contacted me. After the 2nd week, I called, they didn’t have a quote but said someone would contact me. This happened 3 times. After 4 weeks with no callbacks, I went in and spoke to someone who was very nice. She said it would be another week and a half. When I went to pick up my jacket she said it’s still not ready but would get more information and call me in the morning. She called me first thing in the morning and said my jacket was ready when I was there just the day before but someone had misplaced it. After 6 weeks I am pleased with the repairs, but I will not use them in the future because of the lack of communication and the delays and time it took to complete the repairs.

Leather Coat with embroidered patches and lapel pins and vinyl patches coat needed special attention and detail. The coat was 30 yrs old and when I got it back from Arrow it was better than new the leather had been cleaned and touched up in any areas that needed a little coloring from being worn and scuffed the entire coat was smooth butter finish and all patches were clean and cuffs and waist and neckline areas were like new again. Arrow Cleaning has gone above and beyond any thing I have ever seen from a cleaning company there communication response and attention to detail for the customer is well beyond any thing I have seen. If you have anything that needs professional cleaning and it is sentimental to you or your family please send it to Arrow Leather Cleaning in Kansas. You will be very happy you did.

Arrow is the best dry cleaners in the city and perhaps the Midwest region! They have never let me down. I have tried other cleaners over the years that were closer to home and they either did not clean the garment well or shrunk an item or broke buttons. Arrow cleans everything! You name it they clean it and they clean it well. They also do a superior job of restoring handbags. I have taken a vintage handbag of my grandmothers to them and they made it look amazing. I wish I had taken a before picture. They were very good at communicating before and during the process. The staff is courteous and professional and they have a very loyal customer in me. I always recommend them. They are worth the drive but they also provide a pick up service.

I was incredibly impressed with the hard work that Bruce and his team put in to fixing and dyeing my leather coat and could not believe how amazing it turned out. Bruce was personable and helped me feel comfortable with the process of sending my coat out to his company and walked me through the process of what he and his team would do to help my coat. I am elated at how well it turned out and fully recommend anyone with a leather coat in need of some love to send it over to Arrow Leather Care. Not only am I happy with how this turned out, but if I have any need of leather services again for a different coat I will definitely be a returning customer. i was blown away by the level of care and love that was displayed with my grandmother's wedding dress. It is 63 years old and had yellowed over time. They were able to not only restore it but remove all stains and they added pockets and an invisible zipper. They were so kind and affordable. They have made my dream come true of being able to wear her dress for my own wedding the woman who altered it took such care and treated it as her own love project. There isnt enough words to express just how grateful i am for their level of service and kindness. they were transparent and so kind. I would recommend them for any vintage item you may have that needs some TLC

ATTEMPTED ENTRY INTO MY HOME WITH 2 SLEEPING BABIES. I NEVER SCHEDULED ANY PICKUP AND WHITEMAN AFB HAD THESE GUYS DELIVER ONE ITEM TO MY HOME THAT THEY WERE OVER 2 WEEKS LATE ON, YET A MIDDLE AGED MAN IN AN UNMARKED WHITE VAN SHOWS UP TO MY HOME WITH SLEEPING KIDS ATTEMPTING TO OPEN BOTH MY GARAGE DOORS AND ACCESS MY HOME UNTIL CONFRONTED. THIS GUY SHOWS UP TO MY HOME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TOO? I NEED ANSWERS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND CHARGEABLE FOR CHILD ENDANGERMENT AND ATTEMPTED FORCED ENTRY INTO A HOME. MANAGERS ON THE PHONE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN CONFRONTED. I WILL KEEP POSTING THIS UNTIL I GET ANSWERS FROM THE OWNERS.

I had not been to Arrow Cleaners in while but I needed to put some items in the cleaners. So today I pick up my suit and they did a very good job, this is a white pinstripe suit and very hard to clean. I was very pleased with the job they did. I was greeted by an associate name Jose he was very friendly and courteous. I remember how he helped me the last time that I was there and he hasn't changed. He is definitely a people person and an asset to the company. I am very happy with the way my suit was dry cleaned and impressed with the customer service. I will definitely be back. I had a leather peacoat that needed more than just a little love. It was in pretty bad shape to say the least. When I received my coat back from Arrow I had to double check the box to make sure somebody didn't send me a brand new coat as a replacement. The results were that good! Every aspect of every service I requested was addressed 'to the T'. I was blown away by the results. Customer service is top notch. Some of my concerns (emails) were answered and addressed by the president/ceo personally. (Thank you Bruce). I couldn't be happier with Arrow and the results they provided.

I've been an Arrow customer for 20 plus years. In my opinion, they are by far the best fabric care institution in the Kansas City area. Through the pandemic, a shortage of competent workers and other supply-chain difficulties have have made me wonder, what would I do, how would I dress on stage, at important events if Arrow were to dissappear? Each visit, I see various recently questionable issues handled with considerable integrity. Four Stars, and on their way back to Five Stars again soon, is how I rate, my choice of dry cleaners, Arrow Fabric Care.

Very poor customer service and incompetence: Not only did they allow my area rug to get moldy (by wrapping it up while it was still moist), but they delayed several months in washing it again, at which point they destroyed it (multiple large rips in a new, structural sound rug). More than two months later, they still have not reimbursed the cost of the rug. Besides this event, they are more often than not poor in communication (i.e, one has to constantly call to ask if a product is ready, as they do not notify the customer themselves).

I heard about Arrow through a local retailer, and while hesitant to send my jacket off in the mail, i could not be happier with the results and customer care I experienced. They responded to my inital email, and after they received my coat, they called to confirm what was needed, and waht would be required. Plus they let me know how to care for it going forward, and that was a big plus. I received it back ahead of the estimated timeframe and it feels like a new jacket. Good company that takes pride in their work.

I had my grandsons $1,000 Brooks Brothers sports coat. After 2 weeks it had not been returned. I began calling them and was told they were sure they could find it. After 3 wks I went there (2) Times. Again I was told the would find it. Then, I was given an email address to send a message to the owners. I received no response. I’ve used Arrow for over a decade. WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS COMPANY??? NEVER EVER USE THEM!!

Arrow completely restored a 40 year-old Burberry scarf that was a gift from my deceased mother. Moths had somehow gotten to the scarf, leaving half a dozen holes. I'm not at all exaggerating when I say that the repair was astonishing. Such care and skill! I would trust Arrow with any kind of fabric work.
