My Biggest mistake ever !!!!! Took my car in for an aircon evaporator issue. I hope that this is now fixed since i don't believe any advices from this garage. I now have an electrical fault which flashes on my dash. The garage spent over 5 days trying to solve the dash problem which resulted in me pulling the car out and taking it somewhere else. Furthermore on arriving home i noticed my right hand side mirror is broken and my bonnet strut bar is also broken. Please be very careful when using a garage that act like they know what they are doing. My car is a 2008 model and yes i know it is old but i took it for every service / maintenance to Al Naboodha up to now and never encountered such problems. This is a issue that i should have avoided by paying a little extra going to the main dealer. Anyway i have learnt my lesson.

Helpful & Honest staff, my experience for an oil change was full of useful information that the driver should know about, especially if interested. Eventhough it was just an oil change (Vinod) did a thorough underneath check and pinpointed concerns that i have to be aware about in the future. Loved to see some classics come over for a makeover along with superbikes paint job, they looked good to take up anything and everything. By the way, the best part was that the oil change costed me half the price of an Emarat / ENOC quote with the oil filter offcourse, plus I got to take the unused half litre back home for future top-ups. I strongly recommend these guys!

My ecosport had jerky gearshifts and loss of power especially when up shifting the gears. None of the workshops nor service center could identify nor even acknowledge the issue. After going via Google reviews, I showed to Arrow Heads and the SA Mr Ashik advised to show the issue with their specialist Mr Dilson, who test drove the vehicle and immediately acknowledged the issue and suggested the most probable cause. Mr Ashik arranged the original spare as well. Vehicle got repaired and is now working fine and smooth. No more jerky gear shifts and no power/torque loss. Now the vehicle is running smooth. Finally peace of mind.

Worst garage ever..do not attempt to bring your car for service, bad experience, exactly opposite as what hd been advertised ..do not be trapped as they will immediately drive the car into the bay area and soon you are into the hook .as a suggest also, having a service crew who urgently attends personally, please observe proper hygiene boss .Rexona does not cost much and would last days, not being rude though..they are not well coordinated as they say to you what has been offered on marketing was not totally discussed with the garage? What??playing Safe???

Drop in to this Garage for the very first time to fix the rear window of my car. Met 2 enthusiastic gentleman, Stephen & Ashick on arrival. They had a mechanic have a look at the problem & had it fixed too in under 30mins….. Life saver as I had to rush to another emirate. I have been into many garages in Dubai, and most of them want to rip you off but Arrowhead’s are really different. They have really balance approach, they do great work to extend of customer satisfaction. One thing really stand out that they have subject matter expert technician, who really go into the deep. They listen, understand and show empathy to the customer. I highly recommend them.

I can strongly recommend Arrowhead Team DIP, they are transparent on everything, cost, parts, they will always look after you. Garage in charge - Steven was keen enough examine and explain in detail about the works required. I felt that they are true auto enthusiasts too. Works done were perfect and upto expectations, they provided standard rates and best services.

I had my Hyundai not starting with the remote push start button and many dents on around the bonnet very professional and spot on the service we had to replace postion sensor on the gear lever and great denting and painting works thanks to the service manager Steven keep up the good work See u soon for my major service

Do not go here !!!!!!!!!!! I did my oil change service in 21-Aug - tempted with the price but was a big mistake. I had to repair my car again coz they half fill the oil and my oil pump was damaged. its cost me 5000 aed. Never go here !!!!!!!!! I wonder all above are fake review review.

I does my routine checkups and services with them for my dodge charger. Their troubleshooting is spot on for any problem with your car, charging you just the right amount for the work they do(diagnosis, repair and part replacement). Does really good paint job too.
