Hands down best repair shop I've ever been too! Why? For about 5 years we have been bringing our 2000 Porsche Boxster for oil changes and repairs because it was convenient to our work. One day they told us we had a slow oil leak that didn't need to get repaired yet. I couldn't believe a shop found an issue & didn't tell us to fix it -I mean what repair shop does that. They kept watching it for us & we kept driving our car. I even brought it in before going on a road trip to Colorado & they still said it wasn't too bad & while they can't guarantee I wouldn't break down they said it should be fine. And boy was it. My car handled the best it ever has on that trip - word to Porsche owners drive your car far it will love you for it. Flash forward a year I am coming home from Guemes & my car is acting up -with friends behind me they call to tell me to pull over a puff of smoke just came out of the back. As soon as I did I saw the smoke & it didn't seem good. My first thought was "the head gasket" which I'm expecting anyway. So I tow it to the shop & fortunately Bonnie was there on a Sunday (what are the odds of that). I flat out told her I'm expecting a $3k repair so anything less will make me so happy. My friends couldn't believe I said that to her because as you might think most shops would just repair the head gasket especially since I'm expecting it. For 2 days I waited for the bad news & finally they called. Turns out it's a valve and while still labor intensive it was going to cost about $550 before taxes. I was shocked I mean they could have just found stuff & I'd never know. A few days later they call to say it's ready and I asked if they could change the oil too since it was there & probably close to time to do it. They said they didn't have time- I was fine with that it wasn't part of the original request not to mention I never had an appt to begin with & they still got to my car quickly. When I came to get the car not only had they changed the oil it turns out I may not have a head gasket problem. The oil leak was most likely caused by the valve. They can't know for sure until the next oil change but I just can't believe how honest they are. Actually I'm not shocked it is why I was honest with Bonnie & told her the repair I was expecting. I trust this shop. Some may still be gasping DONT EVER TELL A SHOP THAT THEY WILL TAKE YOU! This shop is made up of people that get it. They don't want to rip us off or do unnecessary repairs. I get they have to make money too & pay to retain top mechanics (this shop works on a lot of high end cars). But I still feel they offer fair prices considering where they are located. Even if I could find a shop cheaper it wouldn't be worth it. My biggest fear with cars is finding an honest shop. We've seen the 20/20 shows where they uncover bad shops we all know this is real. Why we typically are not loyal to a shop. In all my years of owning cars I've never felt confident in a shop & had great friendly service every time. So for those people that think they charge too much think about where you are & reconsider. Maybe you pay more than that shop in the burbs but do you trust them 100%? With that in mind going to Arrows will save you money. They just saved me about 2k. We planned to sell the car minus the cost to repair head gasket. So my car breaking down was a good thing which my friends find crazy. They don't live here & can't believe how this turned out for me. This is why Arrows is unique and why I am leaving this lengthy review. Just saying they are awesome won't do. I believe in rewarding honest & great service. I'm a customer for life or as long as I live within a 50mile radius. Even when I sell the Porsche and get a belly button car that can go to any shop I will still be a customer. It's not about the car or even what they charge for me. It's about the honesty & being greeted with a smile every time. It's so lacking today.

I honestly gave 5 stars because we have been enjoying their service for years now since they were located on 4th ave. As per our last visit; something didn't sit right after Michael(new parts manager) took over the maintenance of my vehicle from Chelsea. So being intuitive; I checked my dash cam to see that there is absolutely no video showing my vehicle down there. For instance, last time I was down there...it showed the crew taking my car in the building, performing their tasks, parking it for pick-up and payment. I spoke to Bonnie(awesome woman) and Chelsea; they both mentioned they didn't see it down there when I called. I remember when Sean and even Jason(previous parts managers) would call and give me updates...Michael, I had to call and literally hunt him down to see whats going on. As per my vehicle; the car was in perfect condition as per the records of my previous visit, but somehow now there was many issues that magically showed up. I rarely drive my car so how does over $4k+ of repairs show up? Only issue this time was my rock deflector under the car was coming off. Chelsea said that it wouldn't cost anything as its not a technical part, just tabs. Michael took over and it turned into a head gasket leak, two alignments(why would you need two?), water pump, struts, and shocks. Come to find out from another shop(believe me I hate going outside of Arrows); nothing in the above paragraph was needed. Now I feel like their new guy since not having seen me coming down there was going to milk me for cash. Remember, I have been going down there since thier old location...I know Bonnie pretty well...Chelsea(also new) gave me honest answers to my queries. But what put the icing on the cake was the deleted camera info and both Bonnie and Chelsea saying they didn't see my car down there. As previously mentioned; I gave 5 stars because Arrows automotive is a place I put my trust in as well as my son; my son has been coming to them longer than I have and knows when new personnel comes on the scene. This is the 1st time ever anything like this has happened at Arrows; now it leaves me wondering if I continue to bring my car down there...is Michael going off joyriding in it...mind you the car was down there over a week for very simple work that only takes hours. Thank you Bonnie for all the love over the years for keeping our cars running great and my son always loved speaking with the crew down there and gives you much praise. He also mentioned he loved seeing your pooch down there(condolences). This is a great shop; never had an issue and recommend them to anyone...but their new parts manager is questionable...blessings everyone!!!

I have been taking my Lexus RX350 and Honda Accord to Arrows since 2012 and always have best of the world care for my both cars. They are very good on finding the problem in car and are always honest on the estimates. Last month my Lexus ran into some trouble when its steering started making noise. My wife drove car to a repair shop(a National chain don't want to name them) near our home but they gave very big estimate. For this big repair I have always trusted Arrows Automotive. Since I was away for my work related travel, I called Bonnie to explain her what's going on. She accommodated my request and asked me to bring car their workshop. I towed(AAA) my car to their shop from Bothell. Technicians looked into my car and here you go. Got the estimate (60%less) and the trustworthy analysis on what has happened, how they are going to fix. For them it is business as usual to work like this. They are always honest..to the point and on time. They have team of top notch technicians, good customer relationship and remember you when you call them. I always recommend them for any type car repair. Just try them once and you will never go to any other shop. Thanks Arrows Automotive team.

Great customer service, going above and beyond to help when in need and knowledgeable and trustworthy!- I came in unexpected as I was leaving Costco and my car started to heat up and was smoking intensely. My car had just had a major repair at a different shop and clearly something there went wrong. We pulled in and they were so helpful- trying to pop a hose back on so I could drive home and have the other shop repair their mistake. They put in extra coolant for me so I could make it home. A few weeks later my car died in a parking garage and I had it towed here so they could replace the battery and alternator. They did it in two days (since they had to order the part) and even dropped me off at work and picked me up when my car was ready. Talk about customer service and people I can trust! It’s clear why they are always busy!

Arrow’s Automotive is a team of helpful, responsive and talented professionals! I have had unfortunate car luck in the last few years, and I have never been so confident in choosing a team to take care of my car as I am when I choose Arrow’s. They are clear about pricing, communicative during the process, and very honest in what they can do (and what isn’t their specialty, like full tire replacement… they can do it, it just isn’t the focus of business!). I had a few haywire circumstances the last time I took my car in, and the whole team was very helpful and kind in getting me sorted. From Thomas at the service desk, Bonnie in scheduling, Mo in the shop (and other techs I didn’t get the name of!), and Paul in ownership, I can confidently say I will take my cars to Arrow’s any time there is a need.

Really nice people in the office, and they're honest with you about what needs done. Feels like a real family operation doing good work on higher-end cars. Reasonable prices and they worked quick to get parts. Not a great choice for tires or wheels, though. Arrows damaged my front wheels when trying to install new run-flat tires on my car, and while they offered to fix them for free they weren't able to be fixed 100%. (Their excuse was that they don't normally install run-flats ... but that doesn't take back the damage on my $2000 wheels.) Rear tires went on without damage, thankfully, but all 4 tires were very poorly balanced and had vibration. Do yourself a favor and get tires/balancing done at a proper tire shop.

Oil changes have always been a source of stress for me. I always feel like I’m going to be swayed into paying for something I don’t want and fear an awkward interaction between me and the technician at the end. None of that happened at Arrows Automotive and I have nothing negative to report! I was able to schedule an appointment less than a week in advance and had no trouble dropping off my car on the day of. When all was said and done, I paid only for what I asked for. I should note that they did do an inspection and found very little wrong with my car - they did suggest new wipers but we’re not aggressive whatsoever. Chelsea was my Service Agent and I’ll be returning because of her. GO HERE.

I called around to try and get a quote on fixing my brakes. This place said just bring it in and we will look at it for free. When they told me that they would need to at least take one side apart maybe two and gave me a very reasonable rate I was ecstatic! They are closing soon and were willing to take the work anyway. This place has gone above and beyond already! The owners are respectful of their employees and all around genuine! I will be bringing my BMW 325i and my wife's Toyota RAV4 here for maintenance from now on. This has been an experience that has been above and beyond what other places do and say. I'm done with rude and overpriced. Go here if you want honest friendly service!!!

Hey, everyone out there that might read this. This experience desired a good review and I hardly ever take the time to do it. I worked with Johnathan this time around and he made a headache dealing with a broken car go extremely smoothly & peacefully. He was very responsive, always called me back, and work with my warranty company on my behalf. I've been to other places and they make it seem like a headache to use your warranty when that is what I bought it for. Anyways this guy was trustworthy, very respectful to me and my other half, and even stayed a little late so we could pick it up at our convenience. If you go here ask for Johnathan. He's the man! I was recommended to Arrow by another mechanic that said my car gave too many codes for them to work on it. Arrow came through with a much better price than they quoted me. They figured out that they didn't need the part they thought, and was able to fix the car for much less. Most mechanics, knowing you're willing to pay more would have taken advantage of that, not Arrow. Thomas at the front desk was so polite, and even asked me after I paid if I had any more questions that he may not have answered already. A real gentlemen! Top notch. I'm already planning on taking another car I have in to Arrow. Forget the rest, these guys are great!!

Every single experience I have had with Arrows Automotive has been extremely positive (and I don't say that lightly because I loath most anything that has to deal w/cars). They are genuine, reasonably priced, do exceptional work and have a great deal of experience with European cars. I drive an Audi and am confident that they will always take good care of me without gauging me on price. The owners are wonderful and have even walked me to my when it was dark outside and to make sure they removed floor mats, etc.. All to say, that I highly recommend and I will continue to have all of my service done here! You wont be disappointed.

As far as I know, they did an amazing job! The only thing so notice was my car now makes a clicking noise, which it didn’t have before, but it seems to be from either a belt or something that is possible a little loose? No idea. But I know my car is running a million times better, and they were super friendly and helpful, and there was no headache involved. Also, the prices were great. After my last experience with another company over charging me and screwing me over, this is a pleasant surprise. They have changed my opinion of “all mechanics being crooks”. I’m glad to know there are some decent mechanics out there. Thank you!

Arrows is awesome in every way! We’ve been taking our car to them for years and they’ve always done us right! Paul and his crew are honest, knowledgeable, and do great work! I was recently on my way to an appointment when I noticed the temperature gauge rising. I called Arrows and they talked me through how to check to make sure it was safe to drive to the shop. They got me in the same day and an hour later they knew it was a bad radiator (car is 20 years old). They got me all fixed up for a reasonable price and now we’re back on the road! You can trust that you’re in good hands with Arrows! Thanks Arrows! A++++

I’ve been here three times now. The first time they replaced my clutch and when I got my car back it was covered in mud and the check engine light was still on. The second time was to fix an overheating issue. They did $1200 worth of work before even calling me to let me know what was going on And that it would cost at least $2000 more to finish. It was an old Subaru so I considered it totaled at that point. The third time they replaced an O2 sensor and again returned my car covered in mud and the check engine light still on. I’ll never go back there again and would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

My new repair shop. First experience was fantastic. Friendly, helpful staff. The desk clerk called the mechanic into the lobby so i could discuss the work that needed to be done. Rather than pass along the information, they want to make sure to get it right. Place looks clean and busy. They clearly know their stuff. Many different makes and models that i could see in the shop area. They treated my 1998 Suburban like the late model Mercedes that i saw in there. Work was done in one day. I'll be coming back for sure. I have to.... my Suburban is a piece of %#@!. But i still love it.

Great work, but I always get the feeling I'm being gouged until I talk to another shop and feel silly for doubting Arrow. The last time was in part because I was told they don't make ceramic brake pads for my car. I went to Pep Boys and got them with no problem. Bad news is they charged me $200 more than Arrow quoted me. But I paid it because my brakes were too bad to put off any longer. Pep Boys took me into the shop so I could see for myself. In the future, I'll ask Arrow to do the same. Or buy tools and fix it myself, cussing at it the whole time.

Honestly this shop is over an hour away from my home but I wouldn’t go to any other place. These guys took in my Jeep when it overheated on the freeway in an emergency situation over a year ago. They were the nearest shop open and I am so glad to have found them. It is rare to fine a shop where they don’t charge you an arm and a leg. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND, these guys are fair and quick. Since my emergency situation, I’ve gone in a few times and I am always more than satisfied with their customer service.

Someone had accidentally scratched my Range Rover however when I took my car in for some maintenance issues they returned the vehicle with all the repairs I brought it in for fixed and even fixed the scratch in my car for free! They told me it was an easy fix and they were happy to do it. What an awesome shop! Very professional and honest as well Bonnie and Paul the owner were amazing to work with 10/10 recommended I will never take any of my cars anywhere else for service. Thanks again guys!

Had my car for 10 days told me it would be 2000 for a new cat and resonator. They then ordered the wrong part and took it to minakee to have them tell them my motor mounts have failed and the engine was sagging too low to replace the resonator.and that catalytic converter did not have to be replaced.. Okay it took you 10 days to tell me that?! They did not charge me, but cost wasn't a matter and time was, so took it to pepboys. Will be done in a few days but will cost more time more money.

These folks were great! I needed a pre-purchase inspection done and since I was out of town, Arrows Automotive were the only ones willing to pickup/dropoff the vehicle for me from the nearby dealership. They were friendly and helpful, thorough with the inspection, and called me to go over the results on the phone. They didn't try to upsell me on anything. Reasonable price and they were able to schedule me on quite short notice too. I would definitely go to them again and recommend them.

I guess I will put this under “engine repair” which Is a joke because we dropped it off for a cracked cooling hose and after having the car for 2.5 MONTHS it came back with AC issues and possibly a bad motor. This place is an absolute joke and Paul takes ZERO responsibility for the issues, the UNNEEDED maintenance and the poor quality maintenance that they did do. Didn’t give us our parts back when we requested them. Don’t go here.

Went to Arrows there after dealer claimed all sorts of things were critical and needed to be repaired. Arrows set the record straight. They told me that the cost of the repairs for our car with many miles on it did not make sense. None of the repairs were safety issues. We have had our cars serviced there many times before and they provide excellent service. They really showed us that they are totally honest.

I came to arrows for an engine repair. It was a non-trivial project that their service advisors said they could do easily. Mistakes were made by their technicians and the repair became more involved. They were honest about aforementioned errors and managed to make the repairs at a heavily discounted rate. While I applaud them for their honesty, I wish they hade been able to do it right the first time.

I am not a fan of shopping, but I will tell you that this place hands down has the Best customer service & pricing anyone could ask for. Adam was extremely knowledgeable, took my call after they closed, and was up front & honest with me. Bonnie expedited scheduling & made life a breeze. Absolutely amazing shop and excellent service. Been there twice over the last couple of years and highly recommend to others. My official dealer (another place) screwed something up and tried to charge to diagnose it. Arrows took a quick look, identified the problem and offered to fix it for a reasonable price. Reasonably priced auto-mechanic services. Will require an appointment. Service advisors , Dan and Chelsea, are very friendly, available, and will answer all of your questions. Overall transparent experience with the estimated parts and labor fees known ahead of your final bill. Coffee and snacks offered for free, as well as children's play corner available in the main lobby.

Great experience here! Andy was incredibly kind and patient with me on the phone as we worked out a plan for my Jeep. At my appointment, Chelsea was extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Such an amazing shop! I had a check engine come on, couple other shops said it was the Catalytic converter need to be replaced... I took it to Arrow and they did their full diagnostic check on my exhaust system and told me that I did not need to replace it! They double checked and tripled checked it for me. I am a customer for life.

Talk about a neighborhood gem! We ran over a nail and had a very slow leak. We called and they said to just stop by. Went for a oil change and they were pretty awesome! They provide a pretty decent inspection at no extra cost as well as the severity of each issue they might find. They even rotated my tires for free because my front tires were really bad. I will for sure be bringing all my vehicles here for all future service/repairs

Unfortunately I am downgrading my initial 5-star rating down to 2 due to a recent experience I had. Eric quoted me a repair that involved a lot of parts that, later proved to not be necessary to be replaced. I took my car to a reputable place that fixed it for half of what I was quoted.

Available for a list minute vehicle pre purchase inspection. Thorough with the inspection accompanied by a detailed journal of the vehicle to make a highly educated decision. Reasonable in price. I just wish they were closer to North Seattle, I would take all my vehicle to this outfit.

Great place. Friendly crew. Went in for an oil change and they treated me great. My ride has 192,000 miles on it. They didn't try to sell me anything extra and fixed one of my tail lights that was out. Awesome place. Highly recommend it.

Everyone is very nice at this shop, but the prices are silly high. I was quoted $350 to replace one TMPS. A new wheel and tire might cost that much, but not servicing or replacing one sensor. At least they don't charge for parking.
