A wonderfully inviting and friendly gallery in Houston that any artist would be thrilled to sell their work through. I've been at Art Machine Gallery since November 2021 as a resident artist and I can't express how much I love it there! The owner has a solid and savvy business plan that works. Everyone that walks into the gallery is immediately greeted and offered refreshments - it's a lovely feeling of home when you walk through the door and anyone that's visited can attest to that. I love the Art Machine! They have such a diverse group of artists there and always something new to see. I started going there last year and met Jay the owner. I am an artist myself and we discussed the possibility of me displaying my art in his gallery. The following year I started displaying my work and it has been an incredible experience from both a visitors perspective as well as a resident artist perspective. Jay has been extremely supportive of all of the artists journeys and his hospitality is always top notch!

The Sawyer Yards complex overall is very Family friendly with great amenities. The Art Machine Gallery is in the Silos and has a variety of Unique and Quality art, definitely something for everyone. Open every Saturday is a huge plus, as a resident artist myself I’ve enjoyed getting to know So many wonderful patrons of the gallery and its other talented resident artists. I’d encourage you to visit it’s a great destination when in Houston!

My daughter and son in law lived in Houston, in Montrose, for 7 years. Very much into the art world we visited galleries there many times! Your Art Machine Gallery was not there quite yet. I love seeing how you give artists of many mediums an opportunity to display their talents. Your wood carvings are of course a favorite of mine and are stunning! Thank you for continuing to share your art world with us “up north” in Ohio!!!

Best place in Houston to hang out and purchase art. Artists at art machine come from various backgrounds with their unique art and style. From sculpture, portraits, jewelry, abstract art, 3d art and more, there’s so much for everyone. They have awesome food and beverages for adults and children too. The owners, Jay and his wife Barbara are very welcoming. No pushy sales or gimmicks, everyone is welcome!

I love this Gallery! Where else in Houston can you find this many artists in one gallery? The prices are are also great compared to most and I love shopping for art while sipping on wine or champagne. It’s a fun place for the whole family or a couples date for a Saturday afternoon . The artist are friendly and they have some of the most creative and different art pieces!

This gallery is located in The Silos at Sawyer Yards which is part of the second largest art community in the nation. The director of The Art Machine Gallery is racist and disrespectful .Please do not spend your hard earned money on a business that does not accept/ kicks out minorities as art residents .You never know who knows who, in the Art Industry and in Houston.The Art Machine Gallery needs to do better.

I have been a proud exhibiting artist at Art Machine for the past 2 months. It is such a friendly and inviting space, and the gallery offers emerging artists opportunities to grow and connect with others in the community. The collection is very eclectic, offering something for almost everyone.

Art director very unprofessional, cusses and will send you somewhere else where there’s “more Hispanic young people” if you don’t let him disrespect you. There’s too much to learn from each other to be treated like you should only be able to listen. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The Art Machine gallery is a fantastic group of artists. I have been too a few art shows and took friends recently and I cannot say enough nice things about the experience. Jay and Barbara are very friendly and professional. Just a great group of artists and The Silo is lucky to have them.
