We had a wonderful and memorable trip to Thailand. We have taken package for 8N9D which covered Phuket, Krabi, Pattaya and Bangkok. Our trip co ordinator was Dolly. From initial quotation till the trip execution she was really impressive. We were group of 9 people of three families. Everyone enjoyed the trip. Internal transfers and sightseeing arrangements were really good. Had some issues in couple of hotels especially in Pattaya and Bangkok, as though hotels were good they don't the hospitality. Especially in Pattaya " GLOW Pattaya" hotel reception staff were very rude and took almost couple of hours to allocate a room, going forward please avoid this hotels. Overall we had a good time.

Transportation arrangements were good and ppl were friendly. Warner brother theme park was the most memorable part of trip.
