Ashley Furniture had a good selection and availability on short notice and I had a great in store experience, but the delivery and weeks of back and forth after were disappointing. Tatiana was very helpful in selecting the right mattress and furniture and gave discounts for the large order I placed and only charged one delivery fee for everything. She also gave great tips on warranty for Tempurpedic and reclining sofa. I was excited that they scheduled delivery within a week and the delivery team arrived promptly at the start of the delivery window. However this is where the problems started - the mattress was way too high, I had to jump to get into the bed and the table had a defect. The delivery team rushed to leave and claimed they had contacted Ashley customer service and they would call me shortly, of course no one called and I had to call Customer Service. For the box spring, the store said they would replace it with a lower Tempurpedic box spring, but the next weekend, the delivery person showed up with a Sealy bunkie board, which is a lower value than I paid and they didn’t have an order to take the other box spring. When I spoke with the store, they said this was a “customer preference” issue and they wouldn’t cover the difference, they already didn’t charge the second delivery fee. I think the store should be knowledgeable enough to offer varying heights of box springs to customers at the time of purchase and to know what box spring height corresponds with each bed. It was an 8 inch difference between the original and the replacement. For the table, they sent a technician the following week who looked at the table and agreed it needed to be replaced. The replacement table was scheduled for the following weekend but they never showed, after waiting 4 hours at home, I called customer service to find out they had cancelled the delivery despite it being confirmed the day before. This Ashley Store was able to reschedule the delivery for the following weekend. After 4 weekends waiting at home for various issues and poor communication between the store, customer service, and delivery people and still having the extra box spring here, I’m hesitant to return to this store.

We made 3 purchases at Ashley. One sofa they could not deliver. I try to recover $1250.00. It was since March. They were telling to wait. It takes 4 days tops to send a letter. So we got finally a check on July 1, 2023. I deposited it on the 3th of July to find out on July 6 2023 that check was bounced. We asked the store on Venus to receive the check for us. It has been 21 days already. Check never arrived to a store. They claim that the letter was not expedited which is a lie. Beware never buy for cash at Ashley and never buy anything there at all. Imagine not to have money for months. They did not let us to buy the third piece using the store credit claiming that the check has been already sent. They could not return the money even we made two purchases using cash and debit card. So they claimed that they could not return money to a card because the cash went for the first purchase. We made a purchase of two items at the same time. You go to Costco or any other store, they will return your money including in cash right away. This is the worst experience I had in my life.

purchased a couch here back in early November 2020. I was given a delivery date for December because of COVID. But it kept getting delayed and delayed it was very frustrating. Finally it arrived and I was happy with it until I realized the "white glove" delivery was horrible. They put my couch against the wall so that I wouldn't notice that it was damaged! The whole back of the couch was falling over!!! The wall was holding it together! Also the couch was detached. I was so upset. I called to set up an appointment to "fix" it and they first had to come and see it then set up another appointment to fix it! Not to mention the LONG wait on hold to reach someone. It was just an overall bad experience. Long time to get the product then arrives damaged and they tried to cover it up. I don't think its this store in particular I think the store was pretty good but its the company as a whole. The company is terrible. Avoid getting your furniture from here.

NOTE to ASHLEY CORPORATE - this store has lost you a loyal customer & strong advocate! NOTE to CUSTOMERS - this location is NOT to be trusted!!! Have been an Ashley customer through three living rooms, three bedrooms, two dining rooms & too many carpets over the past 8 years, plus countless recommendations converted into new clients. The 48-60 month no interest terms made it convenient to just set your monthly payment and not have to manage it. My last purchase, however, was hade a little shadesville going on with the terms. Luckily I caught it in-time to avoid incurring hidden interest charges. Sorry it ended this way, Ashley, thought we had something special :) Good Bye BTW: their protection plan is also a sham, and getting someone on the phone for the credit card is also a tunnel of black holes.

First visit to Ashley because of their ads on tvs and social media the prices are normal but the ads are tempting now we have an issue with their full size bed frame and mattress the mattress is very uncomfortable sleep and i bought a mattress topper still no comport and the bed frame is short so its very difficult tuck in the bed sheets we are disappointed with our first purchase and requested review the bed frame and mattress their inspector is coning on 16th March hoping the inspector is open mind and truly sees the issues have and recommends solutions with our dissatisfaction Should have completed our purchase with the Macys or Costco who are helpful for any returns and refunds I am so sorry dealing with Ashley’s Furniture first time ever

DO NOT a SHOP a at this store!! They are worst They kept delivering damage furniture and and ignored my calls , telling me that were going to call me back and went to store manager was very rude and didn’t even looked at me one while I was explaining the issue !! I waited for calls and never did received one call, I was very patience with then delivering 4 damages tables and they dragged the situation to make sure time had passed to avoid getting a refund, customer service is in India and they have such bad connection and don’t know anything, they just keep repeating same thing and don’t answer questions. They are not helpful at all if you have an issue Do your self a favor and avoid headache Do not go to this store

Poor customer service. I recently bought furniture from the Ashley furniture store located at 8985VeniceBlvd, Ste A3 Los Angeles, CA 90034. Despite numerous attempts to communicate after the purchase, I encountered difficulties in reaching out to them, including the store manager and sales people. My questions were consistently disregarded. the customer service department repeatedly directed me to to talk in the store and they did not have the authority. the lack of effective communication and problem -resolution has left me dissatisfied with my purchase. I never buy again Ashely and can not recommend their product

I am very satisfied with my shopping experience at Ashley. The store is big with a lot of display for me to view in person. Although Ashley does not offer customization, you will be surprised how many great quality products they have and most importantly with a great price. Highly recommend going for Brandon. He is professional and very patience with all our questions and requests. I don't feel pressured in making my decision during my visits. He has been very helpful and gave us a lot of interior design tips and knowledge. He will be our go to person whenever our family would like to add any piece to our home.

Yasmin did an outstanding job. I came in a week earlier and told her I couldn't make a purchase just yet, I had to unfreeze my credit reports so I could sign up for the zero interest card that Ashley offers. I reached out by phone and she even replied on her day off. We met again the next week and she helped me make the application, waiting while I unfroze my accounts, and then while I re-froze them, and sat with me to be sure the sofa will fit through my doors. If you have a chance to seek her out the next time you need furniture, you'll be in good hands.

Came in and was able to look around with little to no pressure. Ended up purchasing a bed frame and when paying was informed about a delivery fee. I asked if I could pick up to avoid fee but was told that warehouse was “100 miles away”. I wasn’t too happy with paying the $100 plus delivery fee but then was told that they would also install and haul away trash so that was cool. Still not happy that my wife had to take day off for a 10 minute delivery and install. Maybe next time I will look for a place where I can pick up merchandise and install myself.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Tempur-Pedic mattress from Mandana and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment I entered the store, Mandana was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences and recommended the perfect mattress for me. Mandana’s expertise on the Tempur-Pedic range was evident, as she was able to answer all my questions and explain the benefits of the different options available. She was never pushy and gave me the space to make my own decision.

I purchased a sofa at Ashley furniture store in culver city today. Canyon Jones helped me with the most amazing customer service skills to purchase my sofa. I am very impressed with how professional and kind and patient he is. After listening to what I had in mind he took the time to show me around and helped me pick what I needed. I can not thank him enough. The store is nice, has a big selection and prices are good. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely go back in the future and recommend him. Thank you

Had a terrible experience purchasing a room set. What seemed like a newbie who worked there charged us an extra $100 and mentioned a check would be sent out to us, we politely agreed since we liked the set. It never came. Even after talking to customer service, they mentioned it was shipped out and never came. Especially in these times of inflation, terrible. Never shopping here again. Amazon, Costco and other stores online have way better deals and service, I highly recommend checking those out before shopping here.

Terrible experience. Purchased in store and ultimately decided to cancel, prior to delivery. First time was told it was cancelled. Delivery never came so assumed it was cancelled. Then 5 days later, manager called Ferry? called, asking if we move forward with sofa she'll give us $200 credit. Said no and requested refund. 3 days later, I receive an automated call that delivery is happening in 3 days... What a joke... Called store again, they confirmed it was not cancelled. Bunch of crooks.

My original in-store purchase wasn't right. Maya handled my return smoothly, but suggested I look online for a chair that met my needs. I found it! I wasn't able to complete the order online, and when I went back to the store in-person, she answered my questions, and arranged quick delivery with assembly. The cost was considerably less than an equivalent recliner on Wayfair!

I furnish my whole house from Ashley west LA. Yasman was so professional and knowledgeable, she answered all our questions and concerns and the store manager was so helpful, she assisted me to choose the right pieces together as interior designer. Good luck walking into the store without some weirdo employee immediately stalking you like a creeper. Once you sign the paperwork and realize they lied about discounts/rebates you were supposed to get, they'll be nasty with you when you come back to complain. Shopping for furniture sucks, shopping for furniture at this Ashley is like an excercise in self-hatred.

I have never dealt with such incompetent people in my entire life. The manager truly has no idea what she is doing, along with her salesperson, Scott. They ensured my mattress would be delivered on a specific day and yet they forgot to put the order through. I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again and I will NEVER step foot into this store.

Tatiana was excellent at the Culver City location. 5 star experience with her salesmanship and her knowledge which resulted in excellent pieces and money saved. Ashley did, however, forget one piece of furniture during the initial delivery, and did not allow an exchange on a boxspring so only giving four stars.

I had the best experience with Al Bader! I highly recommend asking for him if your furniture shopping. He was extremely insightful and helpful when it came to making my decisions and wasn’t pushy at all. If anyone is shopping at Ashley's furniture store make sure you ask for Al Bader you won’t be disappointed!

I just left this location of ashleys. I was helped by scott who honestly gave me really great service. I was at another location yeaterday and I understand they work off commission but they were just way too pushy. Not scott. Scott was very informative and had great customer service. Salesperson Tom, helped us twice. First time we didn't purchase because the sofa that we liked was a little too dark. There were some bar stools that we liked but still wanted to check elsewhere. Second time, we purchased the stools and Tom was very nice and patient, just like the first time!
