After experiencing accidental body damage to a "Brand New Car" , with only 11 days in ownership , my insurance claims adjuster suggested "Assured Mississauga South" as a preferred business to do the insurance claim bodywork repair. , I cannot thank the staff of "Assured" enough as they were the "Ultimate" professionals in dealing with my repair issue from start to finish......not only was the repair completed 2 days sooner than predicted , The Assured team had the car looking even "more brand new" than when my wife and I picked it up new from the Hyundai dealership on October 26th. , Special thank you to Anthony Walcott for your exceptional professionalism and demeanor while dealing with a new customer and for providing a positive experience and calming influence.

Assured Automotive was the recommended shop from my insurance company to repair my vehicle. At the end of the day, when I picked up my vehicle it looked like new (which was important because my car was only 15 months old and the accident wasn't our fault). My only issue that is preventing me from giving 5 stars is that I would have liked the shop to proactively keep me informed about progress. Overall, my car was in the shop for 8 weeks, often waiting on parts and available staff. I had to be the one phoning for status, which was hard because often the phone wouldn't get answered because they were short staffed. When I got to talk to someone they were always informative and very pleasant. I would use this organization again.

Assured Automotive has done several repair jobs for me so when a potion of my front grill pulled away after an altercation with a raised curb in a parking lot, I immediately went to them to have it fixed. I expected to have to wait a few days for an appointment, give up my car for the day to do the job and end up with a bill of a couple of hundred dollars. Not so. A technician came out right away, gave the grill a couple of knocks with his hand and put in two plastic screws to hold it in place. The cost? Whatever I wanted to give for coffee money for the crew. For me, this was once again proof that this is a body shop you can trust.

What can I say Assured has done it again!! My daughter referred me and said that her experience was amazing so when the time came, I thought I would give them a try and see if in fact my daughter was telling the truth. They were professional and most of all fixed my vehicle. They even washed and shined my rims, I had to ask them what did I owe them. I met to employees there Nigel and Dennis and they made my experience so delightful. Thank you Team Assured in Mississauga!!! 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD.

The service is superb.Honestly it has been many years since I last had such a professional and friendly customer service experience.Nevada the receptionist took care of all details in record timing and liaised with my insurance, including going a few extra miles to ensure that all parties are perfectly aligned.She made all that look as a no brainer to me as a client, yet I realize there is a lot of effort behind her seamless management of the whole process.Thanks Nevada and Team!!

This is the second time I've had to use the body shop/paint services of Assured. The staff at this shop are extremely courteous and always happy to help, with one staff member even reaching out to my insurer to confirm that my deductible was to be waived. I picked my car up around a week ago and was extremely happy with the work done. Not only that, the car had been cleaned inside and out; even leaving my filthy winter mats spotless. Thanks Guys!!!

First time ever that I hasted writing a review about a business the moment I got back home after my interaction with team Assured including Nigel who worked on my car repair. This business has employees that are really passionate, savvy and demonstrate customer first approach. I highly encourage the management to ensure that their staff is paid and treated well because its very difficult to find employees like you have at this establishment.
