I’m a delicate and sensitive person, and Dr.Sandeep I was totally impressed by the way I was treated first time when I met him last month and the way he followed up. He is not only an Excellent Doctor , he is simple, superb Human being, approachable, friendly approach with smiling face with his selfless service with his selfless services. Always amazing treatment. He is an extraordinary intelligent Doctor with human values. Nice advise, hardly find such non commercial Doctors in this era. I thank Ms.Diana (Sr.Customer Service Executive) to introduce me with this clinic and Dr.Sandeep. she guided me on the paper work from taking the appointment, Insurance,other scanning services.I will much appreciate her kindness towards the patient and her services.Thank You Ms .Diana best wishes for the future.

We visited Dr. Indira Venkataraman (Gynaecologist) for my wife from the 3rd month of her pregnancy. The doctor is very knowledgeable and the best at what she does. She didn't give any unnecessary medicine or suggest any unnecessary test/ scan during our consultation with her. She always made sure the medicine (only what is required) that was prescribed to us is covered under our insurance. Nurse Sherin is a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable person. She cares for each of the patients who are visiting the doctor as much as the doctor. She used to update and explain about the test results. Overall we just felt that all the staff here are very friendly and helpful. We were blessed with a baby girl in Aster Al Mankool. The doctor and her team were with us all through our sweet journey.

I never knew its that easy to be a doctor just use key words of the patient feelings on system get prescription generated automatically and try to make more sales like blood test vitamin D or even propose medication brand than other…that’s exactly what happened when i visited there i was waiting more than 45 min from the booked timing, got rejected by the doctor and asked to wait more time outside because insurance not yet approved, staff making noise and chitchatting around you as a traditional souq not a clinic, its the first time i feel that am treated out of UAE standards esp when it comes to health, i will never visit them or using their pharmacy.

We visited the dental clinic on 18.12.23 morning The receptionist was very polite, the nurse was helpful, but the dentist spoiled all of our day! We felt we were dealing with a merchant, not a dentist. The approach she started with announcing the prices and procedure before saying the good morning and before opening the mouth to check made us feel very bad and cheap! We took our leave without saying a word. But I promise not to recommend this particular experience to anyone in my circle. And the two stars are for the good people we met there.

I am dissapointed with Dr Indira. I paid 250 for consultation, waited 1 hour in queue, and was inside for 5 min. No apologizes, and then not even a check up. It was the end of the shift. Easy to blame pills if you can't advise anything better. If you are not slim, she will compare you as a standard slim girl like indian and ask you to lose weight despite that it is not affecting your period. Even i told her i am floating when previously i was not, she didn't care. Just she can at least do the check up. A waist of money.

Very good and clean facility. Highly recommended the exceptional maternal care of Dr. Shila Waghmare together with Nurse Merin in Gyne Department. May Dr. Shila blessed more couples who’ve been longing for a baby and having hard time conceiving. There are not enough words to describe how thankful we are for the wonderful care from fertility work-ups, to pregnancy, labor & delivery. Indeed she helped bring a perfect miracle into our lives and we couldn't be more thrilled with our baby girl .

Excellent service and the customer service representative Ms. Shahamath was very friendly and customer centric. Dr. Vedavathi is an excellent paediatrician. Have been thrice here and the Doctor was so perfect on the diagnosis and treatment for my kid. Highly recommend this clinic for there fantastic service and ambience.

I visited Dr. Indira for follow up check up after giving birth to my 2nd baby 11 days ago. Dr. Indira is second to none, along with her staff Ms. Sherine and Ms. Athena. They have always made me feel safe and sure of a successful pregnancy-to-post delivery. Always grateful to them and Aster group.
