I am thankful to Dr. Paulson Chalissery Joseph Sir (General Medicine), He has the magic to cure. A great doctor always passionate, curious, willing to listen, investigates and prescribes the appropriate medication. He explains the condition in a clear and concise manner. On Several occasions Dr. Paulson has gone out of his way to advise and follow up to ensure that my sons get the Gold Standard Treatment. Special thanks to Pediatric Dr. Bhavani Venkateshwara under who's care and treatment my sons have grown up she has decades of experiences, understands local allergies, weather pattern, seasons, school environment and foods that effect the kids. We highly appreciate Ma'am Remya Vipin's efforts, she did all the coordination with my medical insurance for my family heath checkup, very dedicated and sincere ensuring a smooth seamless experience. I had a full body checkup at Aster Clinic Karama and I was extremely impressed by the quality of service and care provided by the staff, especially Akshay. He was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process, from the initial enquiry to the final report. He co-ordinated with me to schedule the tests at my convenience, facilitated the insurance approvals, and arranged the sample collection at my home. I had to visit the clinic to remove insect from my wife’s ear today afternoon, I have told the front office agent Remya to check whether the insurance is cover or not, she took the emirates for checking and take my wife for procedure. After procedure told me that the procedure and doctors fee is not covered under your insurance. If the insurance is not covered they should let us go to alternative clinics or let us decide. The weirdest thing is that doctor who did the ear procedure is is a family doctor. Worst clinical experience in my UAE life. Never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Came to visit for a bad flu check up. Clean and orderly medium sized clinic in Al Karama really close to my place. Should've came here sooner than going much further away! And just wanted to show appreciation for everyone working here from the reception up to the doctors and utility people. Special shoutout to the gentleman at the reception with an earing, he was very kind and patient. Appreciate it! Thank you for a smooth and fast transaction and for accommodating me despite me being a bit grumpy from the flu :D Will now be my clinic for when I need my general check ups! Best regards.

Services are bad as they don't tell you about the number of patients if an Walk-in appointment. You might need to wait the whole day also. Also if an appointment is delayed by 10mins they cancel it and will give you only walk in. Very bad …
