Another one of those lacking stations in the bad and unwelcoming suburbs of Birmingham. Expect to find the kind of characters at this station amidst the frequent services to Lichfield, Walsall and Birmingham. Facilities are bare with the ticket machines not accepting cash payments however both platforms have step free access to and from street level via lifts but don't be surprised if they smell unpleasant if you use them.

Came here by accident when coming home on train from London.. was meant to end up at Leicester but went the wrong way.. Quaint little train station, arrived at 11pm and almost got mobbed by some unruly aston villa fans but apart from that it was a great ride and I'd definitely go again although maybe not that late at night

To cross platforms, you need to go down to the road and cross the road under the tracks and go back up. There are frequent trains to Four Oaks, Lichfield, Walsall and Wolverhampton. This station isn't the cleanest and it certainly doesn't smell clean either, and this station has quite the high crime rate too...

There's a lot of robberies around here. Incredibly risky area period. This is also an unmanned station so please be especially vigilant and keep your wits about you.

A local suburban train station not far from Aston, Birmingham. Has trains running to Birmingham New Street. It's a clean and well keeped train station.

A basic normally-unmanned suburban rail station with few facilities. Waiting shelters and ticket machines.

Only 4 stars as it's hardly particularly unique but generally a very complete train station.
