Could not have been worse! We found an Acacia wood outdoor table half off, which was a perfect find for us. I asked an associate to assist taking measurements to ensure it fit into our car. She said she'd get the manager to help me. He said it was their last table and couldn't sell it to us! Said he wasn't allowed to sell display pieces. Since when is the floor model unavailable for purchase when it's the last one in stock at the end of the season? I asked him how I could get another one. He said I should check the other stores. I then politely asked if he could tell me if the next nearest store (Temecula) had any in stock. He checked and said they had one, (probably their display, too). I then checked online to see if one could be shipped to us in La Mesa. Well, the Temecula store was more than 30 miles, so no deal. Absolutely no real effort to get us that table. Acted like he couldn't care less. Not only have they lost a sale, they have lost a customer! UPDATE: As requested by the owner below, I contacted corporate and had to explain my issues twice by email to two different customer service reps. The third then gave me two distant stores where I could drive to find the table. Unfortunately, they only ship up to 25 miles from the store's stock. Seems to me that they are seriously a company in decline with their lack of real customer support and care. My 1-star review hasn't changed.

The vast variety of domestic fixture and furniture products is unparalleled. Nowhere else provides as many options for outfitting hotel rooms or furnishing apts with cohesive themes in one stop. In fact, I don’t believe that you could find any many different styles of floor coverings, lamps, chairs, etc in a one day going to other stores too. Some products, like some bar stools, seem worth recommending, and surprisingly light for their stability. Pricing seems above the current inflated market and the prevalence of 50%off items appears to be a gimmick to imply bargains. When factoring build quality and materials, aspects of diminishing importance to buyers as everything in life transitions to disposable rented versions, the pricing is boldly ambitious. The “wood” furniture is largely actually cardboard/stock(high density pressed paper pulp), hence there is no joinery between sections/“boards” or even cam fasteners or other traditional carpentry fastening methods holding things together. The finishes available are inherently not hand rubbed oil finishes or even varnished, so the box staple assemblage and seasonal crafts level paint jobs have consistent examples throughout of damaged items on display for any forecasted durability or longevity prognoses. It appears no carpenters were hired in the making of these set props or they were profoundly harmed in the process.

I really hope the owner reads this! I have been a faithful customer of yours for a while now and very happy with the store. How ever I bought some storage bags before Christmas and yesterday when I was there shopping, I saw the same bag 40% off. So I bought and today brought what I had bought before Christmas back to return. My bad for not reading the tiny prints on the receipt regarding your policies. But what was disappointing is that when I bought them originally, I was NEVER informed what your policy was. I had specifically asked the cashier (the one that’s been there 3years…dark complexion with very curly hair!!!) I asked what’s the policy for getting the difference if my items goes on sale! Your cashier coyly told me “I thinks it’s 1 or 2days for the difference but I’m not sure!” To which she never bothered to ask someone else for me and offered to further assistance. How do one work 3 YEARS and not sure or not know store policies? You might want to retain your staffs!!!

The store itself is really fun, lots and lots to look at. It’s actually too much in my opinion, but only with items in particular - they have 6-8 aisles of just wall art, another 8-10 aisles of rugs, 5 aisles of just picture frames etc. I’d rather see a larger selection of items themselves, not 8 rows of the same thing. The prices are ok, some of it is really overpriced (but that’s usually the case with a lot of retail stores). My biggest issue is with their online shopping. About 60% of the items are always out of stock, especially the clearance section. They had 9 pages of clearance items but the first 6 pages were out of stock. Maybe put the out of stock items on the last few pages instead of the front? Just my suggestion.

First time here and what a surprise it had so many awesome things I had been looking for. Came in because I heard they had cool Halloween stuff and they did! They also had the best selection I have ever seen of huge size wall art for big walls. Taper candles in fall colors for my candelabra and big selection of those scented sachets for your closet. Those store looked kind of lame and Kmartish from the outside which is why I never went in. Turns out it's like a huge version on Pier 1/ Cost Plus/ Hobby lobby but with awesome Halloween stuff.

Such a massive store! It really has everything you could need for both indoor and outdoor home furniture/decor. The prices are average with some things being way overpriced. I saw an end table that I bought from Home Goods for double the price here. Otherwise a great store to walk around. The cashier was a little too pushy about joining their rewards program.. it was almost uncomfortable. I get it that they probably have a quota to meet but if I say no thanks please don't trick me into putting my phone number in after.

First time there to shop. I was looking for wall decor. They have a wide variety of wall decor as well as furniture, outdoor furniture, rugs, indoor and out door. There were more household items for decorating your home. Clean and spacious and bright lighting to make it easy to shop. Customer service is attentive and friendly. Even met the store manager, who directed me to points in the store. Style of decorations is current in style items. Go shop there and see what they have for your home.

This Store is amazing, it’s huge with a big selection. I know some of the other reviews have said it’s lower quality and overpriced, I don’t see that at all. The staff has been nothing but friendly every time I shop there. Is it limited staff an not many on the floor? Yes but what do you expect when it’s all on the floor for me to get myself. These people complaining about no one to help should apply to work there and help out instead of complaining, are you to good to work retail?

OMG WOW!! This store is amazing!! I never heard of this place before until I saw a TV commercial and that alone had me interested. I went and was just overwhelmed with how HUGE the store is and the variety and selection of items. You can literally outfit your entire home with this store alone. It's like a Home Goods, Marshalls, Burlington and Ross all in one! I am telling everyone about this store as it's a one stop shop. I cannot wait to go back!

  • Rahima Clevers

First time in the store today & wow! The selection of indoor & outdoor home goods and furniture was impressive. They have beautifully designed displays to give you plenty of ideas. The staff was friendly and helpful and the store was clean and well organized. Prices were competitive & comparable to online stores.... but the furniture is mostly already assembled & they can deliver. I can't wait to go back!

  • Sqwerlgirl

Insanely HUGE Home decor store! Worth the drive. They have everything from patio furniture to Christmas decorations. Every type of lamp base or shade imaginable. Sofas, row after row of decorator pillows, bedding, candles, faux plants, rugs, mirrors, chairs, tables.... its literally a WAREHOUSE of home docor!!! I found items I haven't been able to find anywhere else. Pack a lunch

1st time here. What a MASSIVE store. They have everything you could possibly need for a home or patio and a bunch of things you may not have even thought of. Prices seem to be a tad high, but I'm not too experienced in shopping for home goods. Employees seem to be a bit sparse and spread out but all in all looks like a good place to explore.

The store is huge and has a ton of items. I went looking for an accent chair but the quality was not the best with pricing in the low range. My husband was not impressed with the quality, and a word to describe the store and its products would be "blah". They had tons of holiday decor so if this is your thing, you may like this place.

  • joe tannous

Everything you need for decorating your home inside and out, kitchen and bath supplies, cushions, decorative plants/artificial flowers, rugs and even small furniture and patio items. Really comprehensive and very well organized, this took a lot of work to put together, very nice to browse, multiple options of everything.

  • Robert Bond

Name of the store says it all. You can find just about everything for your home here. My mom and I were looking for something to put a fountain on and the associates there were very helpful. When we needed a measuring tape, they had one. Great service. Going to go back to check out more of their patio furniture, etc.

  • Allycyn Wonderland

The store has a large selection of items but CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! I purchased a couple of items and was over charged by over 10%. They were unapologetic when I went to get it fixed so I just returned everything & don't plan to shop here again. Disappointing too because I had some redecorating plans on the horizon.

  • Trina Gutierrez

The store is amazing. I was looking for a rug runner. The choices were crazy good. Walked up and at least ten shelves of nice rugs. Found what I was looking for and bought two. The woman who helped me was great and friendly. I continued to browse and found other items. I could spend hours in this store. Thanks!

  • Sharon Sprouse

Wow this store is huge! It has lots of outdoor furniture, pots for plants (of all sizes and colors), fountains, heaters, lanterns, figures, Easter stuff, towels, sheets. Comforters, etc! Cashier was really nice! Prices range from reasonable to expensive depending on what you are buying. Fun to explore!

  • Kristi Schmits

I have shipped at Garden Ridge (their previous name) and now At Home for years and in different cities. I always find great stuff and great prices. Today when we bought a new patio umbrella that ended up missing parts, the manager was quick to help us find the pieces we needed. Thanks!

  • Carl Mape

1 cashier!!! Very long lines, super slow cashiers. Hands down the worst cashier and no customer service. No manager around, mis-managed store, fake 4 star reviews. Bizarre smell in the store- like moldy potpourri. Here 4 pm Wednesday, 17 people in line, and 25+ minute wait. Beware.

  • Kevin Lane

This is a really great place with everything for your home that you can think of. I love that they have a lot of outdoor patio furniture and supplies. They also have many other items for the rest of your house. The only negative is that it is a bit expensive

  • reshma verma

Came looking for outdoor patio cushions. Informed by a friend who went last week their shelves were fully stocked. It's a week later now, and the majority were limited to a few per color. Doesn't work when you're trying to match and entire set together.

  • John “Del Mar Man” K

What a store! Not very crowded and a fabulous selection of everything you could use in the home decoration arena. All kinds of rugs both indoor and outdoor and cushions for patio furniture. Great selection of Christmas trees and ornaments and lighting.

  • Lance Desnoyers

Clean and organized store. Very nice if you need to decorate for the holidays or just to make your home feel like a home. Great inexpensive home goods store that has just about everything for your home indoor and outdoor my go to store for home goods.

  • Janine Eberly

Couldn't find a single employee in the entire store for an hour until the cash register at the end of the maze. The stuff was cheap quality, lots of polyester in the linens, but prices higher than they should've been. Better off going to Home Goods.

  • Jennifer Heraty

Oh. My. Goodness. This warehouse style shop is chock full of everything. And lots of everything. It's maybe Ikea + homegoods. I spent about 20 minutes wandering and estimated it would take me another 2 hours minimum to get through the rest.

  • Steve Chen

I wasn't sure what to expect coming into this megastore, but I think the best way to summarize it is it's a fine store if you're on a budget and have a specific idea of what you're looking for in a home decor item, and you need to browse a

  • Anna Lee

The worst store ever! Came there on first day of their opening , bought a chair. Unfortunately it didn’t fit our space. When returning they charged me one more time, my mistake that I didn’t check it right away. Came to the store the next

  • J & L Nasseri

While this store was being developed I was hoping it would have quality home furnishings and decor and was looking forward to the opening. Instead it seems like a bargain basement discount store with low quality items that you would find

  • Brandi P.E.

Great store, they have a good variety of everything you need for home or an office space. The one thing they do lack is some storage (dresser drawers mainly). Love that they have a good variety of everything else though. We got a really

  • Shenica S

The woman at the register was very rude and made it clear she didn’t want to help when I asked a question. She was condescending and spoke to me and my mother in law as if we were stupid and hen back tracked after continuing the

As far as at home stores. This is a very nice one. Very well stocked. Lots of nice people. Huge lines. Huge inventory. All in all. Very consistent outlet chain. You won't be disappointed if you already know at home products

  • Phil Liberatore

A crazy-large place. Nice selection of indoor and outdoor furniture. Moderately priced, a step above IKEA in quality. A bigger selection of outdoor furniture cushions than I thought possible. Fun place to poke around.

  • Mark Burns

I was very surprised at how much this store has to offer. I highly recommend it, especially if your moving into a new place. They have everything. We were a little disappointed at checkout - a bit understaffed.

  • Liv Life

IMHO. Best store for home decor. Everything imaginable. Cool stuff as well as the basics. Very large plant pot section. Mirrors galore. Not too arts n crafty like hobby lobby. I love this store though.

  • Rafi Malkhsian

Many home decorating items both for indoors and outdoors. It's large store with many sections. However furniture section have a lot of scratched items. Christmas items shelves are almost empty.

  • Oscar Murguia

This place is a home decor paradise. It has lots of different products including furniture pieces. If you are looking for Christmas decorations, this place has it all.

  • Marlene Martinez

This place can be a little overwhelming with the options you can choose from. It’s a one stop shop for all your home goods needs. I will definitely be returning.

  • Jessica Adams

Great selection for indoor and outdoor home decor. Unfortunately, their prices aren't great. Similar selection to Hobby Lobby and Home Goods, but higher prices.

  • Tiffany Albert

LOVE this store!! It is huge and has everything you can imagine to decorate or organize your house in every color. Return process is easy and super quick.

  • Chuck Cantale

I just discovered at home. And enjoy shopping there very much. Make sure that you Plan enough time to see everything. Well displayed Good prices .

  • Debi Wilson

I would have loved to have spent more time in there, but I didn't have enough time. I will definitely be back. They had a lot of wonderful things.

  • Arbenita Bajrami

Decorators dream. all the wall art, vases, & soooo many artificial plants of all sizes. Store is very clean and organized. Ref photos. …

  • Elaine Stewart

If you like HUGE home stores this is it. Plenty of home decor & home goods including rugs, art, patio furniture & soooo much Christmas stuff!

  • Doug Montgomery

Not for me. Sooo expensive for used looking items. Staff (4 people) never said a word as we walked the whole store. I'm not impressed at all.

  • Don Natch

It’s an OK place to visit. I find that the products are cheaply made, and the pricing reflects that. Store is clean, staff is friendly.

  • Michael Enshaie

Great selection at affordable prices. Store is big and organized. Everything you need for home decor under one roof.

  • Jesse Velasquez

Lots of stock and good prices but they are very sparce on Christmas decorations now.

  • Miriam Lopez

I need a card without a limit, I love this store!!!
