My experience At Home was incredible! Sonya Ramos and Hugo are the consummate professionals. The level of service they provided was absolutely impeccable! I purchased a chest cabinet that was damaged from shipping. They accepted the return and even provided me a discount for the inconvenience. This was unexpected and a huge surprise. Thx again! As a result, I have returned to the store countless times as part of my transition from Chicago to Charlotte in search of my home decorative needs. I also purchased another chest cabinet. The level of service provided by Sonya and Hugo is a rarity in the retail services industry. Their leadership should be modeled by every employee in the store and throughout the organization. Whatever you do, do not order delivery from here. They use a third-party delivery service from door dash without telling you. I had a door dasher take my furniture claiming they dropped it off. When I called At Home and ask about the delivery the woman on the phone was very unhelpful and basically told me even though I ordered merchandise through At Home what happened to my order had nothing to do with them and to call Door Dash and “google it”. If I would had known my delivery was going to be in the hands of Door Dash I wouldn’t even had ordered.

The place is just okay. While there are many items available, the quality of the items is somewhat wanting. They have many kinds of decorations, furnishings, furnitures, and things, but the value is not that great. They have clean restrooms on the back of the store. They have huge parking area, though from the empty parking area it seems that the place is not visited much, really different with Target that is above the place.

Nice store, great selection with unique items. A little bit of everything from furnishing and bedding to garden and bath. Comparably priced including their brand “At Home” products. Located in the old BJ’s building beneath Target in Midtown Charlotte. If you’re looking for that unique flair … you might just find it here …

This store is so clean and organized. The staff are stocking up for the holidays not much chatty. The Christmas displays are out. Halloween as well. I will need a second trip out to see if the staff are friendly. 3 stars for the grunt I got when I asked where the restrooms are.

Awesome place for everything decor and craft. Very large selection in a variety of colors and themes. Likely to find what you are looking for here. In my experience I rarely see staff on the floor that can assist.

Well organized. Lots to select from. Parking was easy. I didn't see any staff other than at the register & security guard. I really liked the clearance selection.

This store was well stocked, organized and clean. At Home is always great for seasonal/holiday decor, everyday decor, or any type of home items.

Completely ridiculous to have only 2 registers open on Black Friday weekend. Waited in line for over 30 minutes to check out.

Was picking up online order it was very slow. Why only one guy doing it all and that made him not so chummy.
