I have to start by saying if you want to spend money here and then be told rudely you can not even exchange merchandise after purchasing 45 mins earlier then please don’t shop here. I was super excited to shop here based on all the online merchandise. I decided to visit the location on Gessner because it is close to my home. As I proceeded throughout the store I will say they seem to be pretty organized and have so many selections to choose from when you are trying to decorate your outdoor oasis! The main reason I went to the store was to purchase a bench chair I like and go from there well guess what I got home and the bench chair was way to big for my chair. I immediately went back to return because everything I purchase was customized around this new bench chair. I arrived asked for a manager and Jess came around the corner and immediately said no I can not take your things back because you took it out of the store I even took it an extra step to bring my chair cushion to prove that the new bench chair I purchased was definitely not the right size. She again proceeded never once to offer some kind of solution it was just a flat out no. Jess is rude and then she proceeded to step back while talking saying she has to social distance I was like wow really! I am in the retail industry and I have never seen such rudeness coming from a store manager ever. I can promise I will never go back and as a new customer what a horrible first impression. I can tell you know don’t spend your money on the decor here go to Home Depot or Lowe’s where you will get great service and get to return no matter what this is taking care of the customer. At home has no problem taking our money and to put a no return policy then close your store each one of us has the right to change our mind if the selection we chose did not work out and I truly wanted it to I was so excited! Remember Jess the manager don’t even waist your time with her call corporate if you can’t resolve an issue you may have!! Anyway continue to get creative during COV19 just don’t do it here! Thanks

If I could leave zero stars I would. We just walked out of the store and away from a cart full of merchandise because a store employee named "Brandie" was so incredibly rude to us. My husband and I were shopping after having dinner. There were maybe a handful of shoppers in this Costco sized store. We were getting ready to check out when Brandie approached my husband and I to tell me I had to put my face mask back on. I had removed it to take a sip of water. I recently had stomach surgery and therefore I cannot chug water and have to take "sips". I tried to explain that to her and she told me that other employees had told her that I was walking around the store without my mask on and that I couldn't drink from my bottle in the store. There was never even another shopper around us as the store was empty. I don't think Brandie who was quick to inform me she was a manager understands the purpose of wearing a mask and I'm shocked that she's in a position of management with the attitude that she had towards my husband and I. We will not be shopping here again.. I've never felt so unwelcome at a store before. If you are reading this please let Brandie know that she may want to revisit the purpose for mask wearing: The order directs any businesses providing goods or services to require all employees and visitors to wear face coverings in areas of close proximity to co-workers or the public.

I'm a card holder and I love the way the stores are laid out and the variety. The prices are excellent, although I do see you guys covering the prices and raising them with your stickers. I went into the store to find a table. We could not find it in the aisle so we asked the gentleman who was working in that section for help. He said there were two in stock. We couldn't find the one in the box (The other one being the display). I had to ask if they had it at another store. Then I had to ask him to call the store just to verify inventory (because his inventory was off and I know that can happen) His response was, I'm going to have to look up the phone number. The overall impression I got was that he didn't want to help us. I don't want to even mention the fact that we had to pull the boxes off the shelves ourself. They had to been 50 plus pounds four to five feet high in the air . No help at all . Mind you this table and chairs is close to $500, not a lot of money but it's a $500 is measurable. He then called for a supervisor, Brian who made the phone call to the other store on our behalf. Very appreciative of that effort. Will still probably shop there because it does fill our needs but I really think this is a coachable moment. UPDATE: a little far away but very happy with the purchase it looks great in their apartment

At Home is an apt moniker for this retailer that specializes in home decor products. I could happily make it my second home. I have heard that they boast carrying 50,000 home products. I can believe it! I and my wife have spent hours at a time here. I suspect that every room in our house has products from At Home. We have been thoroughly pleased with the quality and value of the items we have purchased. And if you are looking for art or decorative items for your shelves and mantles, you will not be disappointing in the selection. There is literally something for everyone. Not to mention the organizational items, furniture ad outdoor living items. The only reason I didn't award 5 stars to this location is their lack of staff. Now the staff they have are hard working, friendly and helpful but they can be hard to find without a lot of walking and hunting.

Trying to get someone to help you in the store is not going to happen...all their staff are on the checkouts or talking to one another in that area. Loads of items are not labeled with prices. I found a table I liked which had no price label. I waited around the area for 15 mins for someone to come by and help. I then gave up and decided to try and turn the item over to take a photo of the barcode. Upon scanning the barcode it told me the table was part of a set (of two) and on sale. No sight of the other table that came with it, and noticed some small damage to the item on the side. I took the table to the check out to see if they would sell alone and maybe discount because 1 table was missing...they were happy to sell the item (damaged and missing a table) at full price! NOPE!

If I could give 0 stars I would, my comment keeps getting removed. Linda the manager is racist, rude and broke my foot with her dolley on purpose. No apology and no call back from corporate. Awful company. I will continue to post until something is done. Original post: If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager Linda was the rudest person i have ever met and she proceeded to run my foot over with her Dolley. I will never shop here again and I will now have to have my foot x-rayed in the morning. I expect a call from corporate before I have to take legal action. She was very racist and had the worst attitude. Plus the assault. Im apauled at the employees they are hiring. AND she was old enough to be by nana

Staff was incredibly rude from the moment we entered. We asked for help and we were told there was no way to check inventory. When the manager came to speak to speak to us, he was equally as rude. He reiterated there was no way to check inventory and could not help us locate the items we were searching for. The website said both items we were searching for were in stock. We were advised in the future to keep calling the store until we were able to speak to a representative. We told the manager we did call and we were hung up on. Worse yet, it was an unsafe environment. There was a ladder and inventory blocking a walk way, with no staff to signal it was a work in progress. We will NEVER return!

Catalytic converter cut off of truck at noon on a Sunday! Per the manager there are no cameras or security. Even though cameras are pointing from the entrance to the parking lot. He also said it has happened before to others. His only concern was to ask how long was I in the store and did I park in between other cars. He then left to go get a business card when I asked for one and never returned. Instead someone else brought a card after I had stood there for about ten minutes. Horrible customer service. Stay away from this location!!! The Willowbrook mall thieves are no longer just at the mall.

This is the first time I had visited this store since changing to At Home. I had two items with a clearance sticker, yet I was charged full price at the cash register. I was told by the registrar that anyone can put a clearance sticker so they couldn't give me the discount. I showed them were all the same items on a shelf had the sticker, but to no avail. Whether it's false advertisement or a mistake the clearance price should have been honored. Among with that there was not a wide variety of good quality products. When it was Garden Ridge it used to have much better quality and variety.

This was a horrific experience I have faced with this store. Curbside was a nightmare. Made many attempts to contact the store and it will go directly into voicemail. Also, i had to go into the store and the representative that attended me had to come back and forth to ask for my name because they couldn’t find my order. When he came back he informed that most of the items I got were out of stock. I ordered 32 items and I only received 4. I was so outraged by what the representative mentioned.This use to be my favorite store but after this experience I wouldn’t recommend any one to it.

First time here. They have a great selection of seasonal items (big lots, outdoor duty etc) as well as indoor decor, furniture and beds. I especially love their home organization and cleaning sections because if there variety therein. Their clearance is also really clearance with deep discounts of 50% or more. The only downside is the isles for kitchen utensils/smaller items are VERY messy! So it can be hard to find what you are looking for as far as that concerned. The staff is very friendly and provided great customer service. All around a great story and I will be returning!

If I were to ever get accidentally locked in a store, it would definitely be this one. They have everything, from A-Z. I haven't had the opportunity to go down every aisle since I'm always accompanied by family and they don't enjoy looking at things for the home. We stopped by today to purchase some items that popped up on clearance. Laundry bags and a kitchen sign. I was charged incorrectly for the items, but the one of the clerks helped me out and refunded the over charged items. Definitely coming back, A L O N E to enjoy my shopping experience.

Very poor shopping experience. Needed assistance with a mattress & foundation. The assistance I received was very rude and the ladies seemed to think helping me out was an inconvenience. Once they had it on a dolly they just left it with me. Wouldn't even move a shopping cart that was in my way. With that kind of experience I will shop elsewhere before going back. The gentleman (Chris) at the checkout was very helpful and assisted me with loading. He helped make a bad experience bearable.

There were signs quoted "BED BATH PILLOWS UP TO 50% OFF" Which is not entirely true. Most decorative pillows and bath and pillows were not on sale. This store would not be my first pick if I wanted to purchase items to decorate my home. But if you're willing to pay full price then yeah,go for it.

A great store for someone who wants to decorate there home or looking for a good all around home store. The store offers a variety of home interior and exterior options. Furniture and accessories can also be found at the store. Plenty of parking easy to access from major freeway. The store appears to be well maintained and shelves stocked. The staff members were friendly and helpful in answering questions about various items. I would recommend this location for home shopping.

This place is a joke. They tried raising the regular price clearly marked on the item label at checkout.. nevermind that the item was in fact on sale and should have been 25% less than originally marked on the label. The employee was clueless about their own sale and the management tried to "remedy" the situation by offering $2 discount with stipulation that the sale would be final.. that after price gouging a $50 item. Do not shop here! Take your business elsewhere!

My wife & I absolutely love this store! We can always find what we're looking for & MORE lol. I gave them 4 stars because this time my Mom & I went, and there were no employees around for assistance. I ended up flagging down a shopper, thinking it was an employee smh lol. There was only 1 cashier when we first got in line but a guy opened another line while we were waiting, so no complaints there. This place has EVERYTHING you need for your home, highly recommend.

Not sure what is going on, but the past two times I have shopped there, they only had one person working the cash register despite having long lines of people. It's like they think they are not busy between 2pm and 4 pm, so they schedule one person but if the 6 or 7 people in the store decide to check out at the same time, then it's a problem. And they never called for a backup cashier. And,ironically, they have all these HELP WANTED signs. So, maybe hire someone!

I just left your store located on 249 near cypress TX. I looked through all the store to find a mail holder with 4 tier. I found something that was perfect and on clearance there was 3 of them and yet the store did not allowed me to buy it. Unbelievable!!!! The manager Ralph didn't even apologize. I don't understand if the store cannot sell a particular product why put it on the floor? Disappointed I don't think I want to come back to this store no more!

They always have the nicest and most imaginative accessories. It's my first stop for home decor, even before Amazon. Beware that most of the furniture doesn't say what it's made of, and checking the website, you'll find it's MDF. Rarely is anything here real wood. However do not rely on the website for stock information. They will tell you when an item is in stock and usually it is not. The check out is usually short-staffed and very very slow.

If you need knick knacks, decorations, baskets, ornaments, yard decorations, signs, throw pillows, rugs, pictures and anything else your home needs to be beautiful look here. Usually a sticker sale can be found in the store for a decent discount. This place is perfect for a white elephant gift, wedding/engagement, or new homeowner gift. Just be prepared to wait in line. Holiday or not, it always seems to have a super long line at checkout.

Have always loved the store. I have visited the Willowbrook location today because the Woodlands (my home store) didn't have what I was seeking in stock, yesterday. The one issue I have with the company branding. Never assume an item is in stock when searching online, their investment is off. Also an insider secret. The item location in store is the instore location ID # online. They are located on the aisles sporadically.

I have been going to the this store for more than 3 years now, never I had two people being less kind and educated. I requested a discount cause the item wasn’t clean, the supervisor suggested to clean it with my hands and the cashiers attitude was horrible, i thank her 5 times and all the time she kept saying aha! with ugh attitude. What does aha means!? Horrible not coming back, missing the old stuff at this place.

The store is awesome but I purchased an item online and it assured me it was in stock so I ordered it and drove 42 miles to store and go inside to pick it up and they cancel my order cause it's out of stock. So I look online and see that another store 20 minutes away has it in stock so I purchase it and head that way and they cancel my order as well due to it being out of stock. There has to be a better way.

I am so in love with everything. I was stuck in a rut as to what and how I wanted to decorate certain areas in my house. I came in looking for wall art and left with items to complete my entryway. I saw one thing and had a whole theme as to how & what I wanted. And the best thing about it my husband loved what I did. I'll add photos later on when I finish putting everything together.

please get some type of management in here. the restrooms disgusting and there’s was absolutely no toilet paper, I had to help an old lady in the stall the one stall that some paper. the sinks were draining and flooding the floors, of course no signs for the wet floor. then going to check out there were 6+ people checking out and 1 person on register. On a Saturday @3pm……do better.

They have everything here! My first visit took me hours because I had to look at everything and I'm very happy about that! They have good prices, a wide variety to choose from and large isles. The pillow I bought had a small stain on it so they offered 10% off. Only bad things were I wanted to buy everything and only 1 checkout open so it took quite a while to checkout

Went looking for outdoor stuff. They had a 50% off on selected items. Lucky us. Selection is good. Isles weren't Too narrow. Spent a lot of time browsing. There were other department's with the Same sale. Bad news was at the check out. Even though there were 3 cashiers we were moving at a snails pace. That's why the rating. Lots if parking.

WOW My 1st time! I can't believe the size. The deals! I happened to stumble in on a 50% off throughout the store. Unbelievable. I found this great mirror {beveled} for $12.00 I couldn't find 1 like that at Goodwill for that price. Trust me. You want to be in on their store sales and whatnot. Signed, very impressed. Lol. Not sure why google dont have 0 stars. They are terrible. Manager and store director are terrible and rude and dont know how to handle costumers. If you want to return something and you used your debit card, you will be refunded with store credit. They advertise item they dont have. save yourself a headache, dont shop here.

I love the home store I could spend hours in here they have everything you could possibly need to decorate your home and at a good price. I usually go for clearance items because I like to save money but most of the regular price items are still at a good price. The at home store is definitely a good place for a bargain

Amazing! It's HUGE! I needed a wreath for Xmas and I went to several places but couldn't find anything I liked. Then, I went to At Home. I was pleasantly surprised to find nearly 10 isles of wreaths! Every size, color, and type imaginable. I got a 30 inch wreath for only $29. I will definitely be going back.

First visit, store overload! Out of Christmas items but that is to be expected. Long lines, but service seemed exceptional. Watched an employee find 2 containers of ornaments that apparently couldn't be found. Customer was very excited when he gave them to her. I'll be back after the holidays.

Store was pretty nice, However the checkout guy Lavon) I believe was his name was acting very suspicious and opened all of our items up and said that one of the canister sets we were buying was individual pieces. I pointed out it very clearly said 3 piece set on the outside canister.

Very un-organized with few staff. Was there looking for a lamp and framed mirror found the mirror I was looking for but out of the 5 they had 4 were damaged same with the lamps. Then when I got to the checkout only 1 out of 3 employees that was up there was actually checking out.

This At Home store in Houston had such a huge selection of decor that it was overwhelming LOL!!! It was a GOOD overwhelming feeling. The employees were nice and I enjoyed spending time browsing and purchasing.

Sorry, this is a great store, generically, but this one just felt, well, sad. It was a Saturday afternoon and only a few shoppers in this location, vs the tons of shoppers in the Woodlands store.

This place is massive & has literally everything. It's nice to go even to just get ideas for things you might need/want or for projects.
