I've been going to this gym for more than 5 years and it's great. Reasonable prices, good staff and location. This year gym underwent a massive upgrade of equipment: new professional benches, squat rack, area for deadlift, hack-squat & leg press mix machine, multifunctional smith machine, multiple barbells (texas power/powerlifting bars, rogue ohio bars for men and women, weightlifting bars, safety squat bar, bow bar, swiss and football bars, cerakote bars, you name it), new rogue training plates, concept 2 and rogue conditioning equipment, armwrestling table, a lot of accessories for gym, group classes and more. Come and you'll see for yourself.

Hands down the best gym you'll find in Luxembourg. Lucky, the coach, always supported me like a personal trainer. The gym and the other rooms where different courses are held (ranging from Zumba to MMA and kick boxing) are extremely clean and scented. Best quality for a honest price, I highly recommend it.

Best place! My husband and I were living in Luxembourg for a few months and this gym was the best. When I got pregnant they helped me adapt my workout plan without hesitation. We miss this gym now that we are back in the states. Highly recommended! Everyone couldn’t have been more friendly or welcoming!

Super petite salle de musculation . Variée et adaptée à chacun. L' équipe est à l 'écoute, le coach toujours là et de bons conseils. L' ambiance est bienveillante et amicale, les utilisateurs sont là pour bosser et personne ne juge personne. Une salle où on se sent bien. Je recommande.

Wanted to start boxing classes. The schedule on the website says there are boxing lessons on Friday. As it turns out I went all the way to gare with Public transportation to learn that they didn't update the website and that there are no boxing lessons.

Nice gym run by some very enthousiastic and super friendly people. It is not fancy, but the equipment is in good order and the courses are excellent. They offer martial arts, boxing, capoeira, dance and fitness courses - the trainers are the best!

Always a great place to train .The owner and staff incredible.They give free advice how to train not like other gyms . They give a personal touch and human touch. Love these guys .

Such a great gym run by really kind, knowledgeable and helpful people. Had all the equipment one could ask for, no matter what your fitness goal is. Well worth the money!

Great gym - really good barbells and benches. Music was unfortunately on continuous loop and a bit too loud. Nevertheless if you want to train, go there !
