This company managed by Greg. They took over my property in July of 2015. In Sept. after meeting Greg to pay my rent in person. I was late for the first time. He made me sign a contract saying i would not be late for the next 3 month or he would kick me and my family out. Stress, family just survived 3 years of homelessness. Nicholas House and on the streets. So i had no intention on purpose to loose. We were finally somewhere we could grow in. He said he would not except my rent unless i signed. It was for Sept to Nov. agreement. Right after that. He started coming over looking in my windows. sending his employee for home inspections. We kept the property and our home clean. His employees could not explain his actions. My original lease was with Druid Hills Management.from Feb 2015 to Feb.2016. I kept the agreement. as hard as it was under that kind of stress. I have copies of my money orders. On January 15. 2016, My 2 younger children are home from school. And the sheriff is putting our things out. My kids are crying. Im at work, had no idea this was going to happen. my rent was 1050, Right back into homelessness. We have been struggling every since. I look on my credit he put that i owe this company over 10,000. He has ruined my life. We can never get a home a car nothing. Why has this man and company done this to my family. We never got any heads up. On the day they was putting our stuff out. He said they will put it back If i come sign another contract. This has been a nightmare. A battle bigger than us. But God will fix it. You are wrong Sir. Your a liar. We have been sleeping in hotels on floors of other peoples homes. Had to be separated. One of my sons became depressed. I can not even get a place in my name. The home was rented by Feb 2,2016...He laughed, Told me when i get an attorney have him call...like it was a joke. Up until Sept.first, my rent was paid 2 months in advance. Ruining my life.

I joined the Atlanta Reia a few months ago and have really enjoyed every meeting and networking event that I have been to thus far. It's a great way to connect with other investors, contractors, agents, etc. There is always a mix of newbies and seasoned investors. The seasoned investors are not shy or pretentious and are more than happy to answer questions about real estate in general and especially the Atlanta market. If you are new to real estate or just starting in this market, I would highly suggest this group. They have a great mix of daytime as well as evening events, so no matter what your schedule looks like, you can find something! They also have very reasonably priced bootcamps and other learning opportunities. Additionally, they do publish a newsletter every month so you can keep up with the events. One of my favorite parts is the opportunity to speak to the group about your needs/wants before nearly every meeting. I've been to other groups that do not realize the value in allowing members/guests to do this. If you are wanting to break into the industry, this should be your first step.

Great Group. Lots of interesting people in attendance. Meeting topics have been informative and in tune with the LOCAL market The networking opportunities are awesome A broad cross section of real estate folks..I like the fact that they are not always trying to sell me something.

The ATL REIA is hands down one of the best resources with a great network of people to begin and/or expand your knowledge in real estate investing!

This event is more of a Marketplace than a place to learn. The individual groups and meetings or where you want to go to learn

Lots of knowledge for a person to gain if s/he listen closely at the knowledge and questions. I loved it.
