I love this car wash! They’re always quick and efficient no matter how long I’ve seen the line for washing. I’m a new car owner, so I went in today for my 2nd oil change ever. The guy who helped me let me know that my filters looked like they’ve been in since the car was new (2018…I’ve had it since Nov 2021), and they did look so. He also advised that I need oil or something else run through my engine. I think he thought I’d be upset the new price, but the additional cost will save me lots of $$$ on mechanics down the road. My car was in good shape, but those small changes have my car running amazingly! He also explained to me everything that I needed to know moving forward md also showed me everything. I only took 1 point off because when I went for my first oil change, the guy that did it didn’t let me know anything. I guess he, too, thought I’d scoff at the price, but I wish I’d known sooner!

They do a great job for the price. Can be confusing at times with what you want to order or have done on your car. I had wanted basically everything possible they had (car was a disaster). They said all I needed was the $130 full interior clean. I kept asking if it included the exterior works and they said yes. Told me it would be 3 hours......yet took 4 hours and only at the end did they offer to take my number to call when it was ready. And....didn't get the exterior works (which included a hand wax). I'm still giving 5 stars in spite of the poor communication. They work hard and do a great job on cleaning inside. Next time I will just make sure, regardless of what they say about saving money and just doing the full interior clean doing it all.....I will ask for all the separate items and packages I originally requested.

My car was badly damaged by this car wash. Scratched paint and rim. When trying to talk to the manager (Macara or something like that is his name) he was super rude and treated me with 0 respect nor concerns about what the happened to the car. This manager didn’t even bother to look at the vehicle and after a brief 20-30 seconds, he disappeared from the scene in the middle of the situation forcing me to contact my insurance to file a claim against this establishment. Management operation with arrogance and zero care for its customers! This was my first and last visit to this place. Avoid this car wash if you have a high end vehicle to prevent this happening to you!

First of all, the amount of money paid for a regular behind wash is ridiculous. It isn’t hand washed and even when you call to confirm interior detailing is available, on arrival they always say it’s too late or some other excuse. Honestly , it used to be much better where they would pay attention to detail, inside and out but most times you go out there you see customers cleaning their own car after paying all this extra money ! Plus, after they barely touched my interior to clean , they stole a whole 6 package of vent clips which were in my car. I did not realize this until after the fact , but if I am to rerun there it’ll only be to curse them out ! Smfh !

I had a terrible experience with Atlantis Car Wash. I called ahead to inquire about their prices and mentioned that my son had vomited in the car. They quoted me $46.99 for an interior shampoo job. I drove 25 minutes to get there, but when I arrived, they suddenly told me it would be $80! I spoke to the manager, he refused to honor the initial quote claiming the guy in the back had the final say. It's clear they tried to take advantage of my situation. I left and found another car wash that did the same job for $41.99. Very disappointed with lack of transparency and fairness.

The best place in brooklyn. I have been going there to wash my car for a while now, and they always give you the best service and ask you what service you want, now I am changing the oil of my car there , I pay the same price that I pay in the dealer where I have bought the car but I stop going there because I have to wait all day for an oil change ,which is not fear I go to this place now and they do it in no time and you get a car wash for free so this place is amazing I like and I think God willing I am going to continue to go here for a long time.

One of the workers locked they keys in the car, had to go all the way back home myself to get the spare keys, and still got charged the full $200 for the service. I get it. Accidents happen. But the manager, Chris’s attitude towards a loyal customer for many years easily stopped me from coming back here again. Was late to work 2 hours and got zero apology but got disgusting attitude from the manager. Washes are dirty too. Better service at a cheaper car shop on Atlantic.

It is not recommended to go to change the oil They take longer than they should in a car They take at least an hour They turn to their sides and sometimes one is busy or goes to work It is not recommended to go to change the oil in that place They walk, talk to each other and do not pay attention at work…. it is about 3 hours late one hour outside waiting in line another hour inside to change the oil another hour to have your vehicle washed

I’ve been going to Atlantis for more than 8 years and this is definitely my go-to car wash for all of my vehicles! They are also good at buffing out scratches and such. Highly recommend! p.s. do they get really busy at times tho but it’s because their great at rendering the services that they offer so just keep that in mind.

They really paid attention to detail for detailing service! My baby is shining. Most places charge for detailing and I usually have to behind them or go through the whole process again because I pointed out another when they claim they're done, this place is worth every dollar plus tip!

The was and the wipe down was horrible. I got deluxe wash the 3rd from the best of service. Dirt and stains on the front bumper. To make a long story short, I had to borrow a wipe-down towel from the worker and do it myself. I recommend the car wash on Bushwick Ave. I'm never going back

The oil change part has some staff that need customer service training. I was the first on line, was sitting there patiently for 20 plus minutes. He decides to take someone else in just because he couldnt explain himself in English. So I had to speak to management.

cheap car washes, interior vacuum and wipe down is always included. sometimes they don’t put much effort into the interior as far as cleaning the windows, common to see missed spots and smudges. but overall satisfaction is good. i come here all the time

Great place for oil change and car wash. Just wished they did minor repair work like AC, freon etc. Also, you can no longer postpone the car wash that comes with an oil change for a year. They only honor the postponed car wash for 30 days :(

My husband & I are regulars at this car wash this is our usual place to get an oil change and car wash is free . There’s restrooms and a small waiting area where you get to watch your car get a wash, kiddos love it! …

It's a nice big place where I can get an oil change at a decent price. And they give u a free car wash. And if u don't need the car wash, you can always come back later. Just have ur receipts. The staff is friendly and courtesy.

Went there today after not going in a couple years because the lines are always long, however today I was able to drive right in and get an oil change and car wash with no wait. Overall they provide good service imo.

for the price that they charge for a car wash they shouLd do a better job with cLeaning your car. I've gone when it's busy & aLso when it's been sLow & I've had the same experience. they rush & do an okay good job.

Great car washing system and service is awesome. Only downside is the long line to pay for your service. My car has been already cleaned serviced, and finished before I even reached halfway through the line.

Back to good services, I stopped to come here for a few months because car was not cleaned properly, but now things have changed. I have my car oil changed and motor flush. Very good.

We changed our oil, which came to a total of 70. The oil change came with a free car wash. The workers and service were great. The oil change was done quickly.i recommend the place.

I usually do my own oil changes, but didn’t have time. Came here on a whim and was very scared. But these guys were really good. GREAT service. Would definitely recommend

sorry but they do not clean the exterior or interior well. also will drive your car to the curb and scratch it. Will never go again. better off washing yourself

I pay 25 dollars for outside and inside. Unfortunately they did a poor job of cleaning the inside of my car. Never going back there a again. Waste of money

Car wash isn’t too great. I always have to touch something up after the wash and oil change is good when you get a good worker, they slack sometimes

They are so fast thy didn't really vacuum the floor. Instead of 27 I will get the 21. Overall my car is clean and smells good.

They are using q hard broom to wash the cars. Scratches everywhere. Never again.
