Placed an order with Aura Aquarium and couldn't have been more impressed with the service, it is hard to find certain products at an affordable price(aquascaping). Most buisness don't want to deal with organising separate shipping to rural locations but Aura Aquariums was more than happy to get it sorted straight away even picked out what I wanted perfectly for size and shape of rocks. Fast service, friendly owner. Definitely recommend giving them your business if you're after an honest, affordable, friendly place to shop!

I just bought a platinum white betta from this store and i can say that they have the BEST betta fish collection so far compared to all the stores i visited in sydney. Fins and tails were completely whole and nothing torn and no sick fish when i visited. They were handpicked by the store from the breeder according to them. With the quality of what i see, i can see its true. The owner is very friendly and helpful. If needed more fish, I know now where to go. Thanks

Johnny is very professional. They have a large range of inventory for all your needs from food, decorations, tanks and cleaning products. I bought his new range of fish food called aqua gel by AquaMunch. The food sank to the bottom of the tank which indicates it’s good quality and the fish were noticeably more energetic after eating. The food doesn’t pollute the water also. Thanks for the recommendation Aura Aquarium. I’ll definitely be back again.

Very happy with their service, They did the aquascaping and it looks amazing!! They are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They have helped me and given me all the advice that I need as a beginner. Also easy to reach them out on social media regarding any needs they are there to supply you with support/ equipment. Will definitely continue my journey with them and highly recommend it for beginners who need someone reliable.

Unfortunately will not be returning, bought 1 plecco 3 tetra and 2corydora and unfortunately they had ich/white spot, service was good, very friendly and generous, But come on guys quarantine your fish befor selling to the public So 2 days in to my holidays I have have to leave and drive home 4 hours to deal with a white spot/ itch problem in my aquarium so thats my holiday done

Don’t be fooled by the small size, Aura has excellent quality fish and great prices. Andy’s knowledge is extensive and he is incredibly helpful. My son had a lot of questions and Andy took his time answering them all. Great customer service and excellent advice. My son has now had his first go at aquascaping! You’ll be able to tell which one is his tank in the pics. We’ll be back!

Was looking for hardscapes to start my aquarium. Johnny the owner was super helpful, had a great conversation and got superb service with what I was looking for. Amazing prices for hardscapes and they had a set up table available as well. Looking forward to coming back for live stock.

Andy was absolutely amazing I ordered shrimp soil online and the wrong soil was sent . I called and he had it delivered by himself to my house within a couple of hours and threw in a freebie. Great service and highly recommend as this was Great customer service ✌

went to get a couple fish over the weekend and based on the reviews we went to check this place out. The owner met us at the gate and opened it for us to drive in. Very friendly, good communication, new shop as he just moved, nice fish.

Andy store manager did landscaping for aqua one tanks and healthy range of live stocks. Brought plecos and tetras at a very cheap price compared to other stores. Friendly staff. Highly recommend! Would come back.
