This is such an incredible dentist office! The office is new, clean, well styled and also warm & easy to navigate. Everything about the service was 5 stars. All documents & insurance can be submitted online, ahead of time and they actually do log them. So right when I walked in, I was already checked in. The receptionist was warm, friendly and had called me to confirm my appointment and made sure I had what I needed. Dr. Nguyen and his team (Wendy) were phenomenal! Patient, knowledgeable, caring, made accessible suggestions and ensured that I had all my questions answered. I really appreciated the authenticity and gentle nature of the cleaning and overall check up. I highly recommend!

When your dentist asks to clean and examine your tongue you’ve come to the right place! The office was very clean and modern. The receptionist and technician were very nice and helpful in getting me setup as a new patient. I never thought dental cleanings could be painless until my appointment with Dr.Nguyen. He was extremely thorough and gentle in his cleaning and explanations of how to improve my dental health. He even flossed my teeth which is something no dentist has ever done to my teeth before. My entire appointment was perfect from beginning to end. I finally wont be dreading my next cleaning at aura dental.

Dr. Nguyen was very professional and explained everything carefully! He made sure I understood everything and worked through each of my concerns patiently. I went in for a dental cleaning and fitting for a night guard for my bruxism. The dental cleaning was quick, smooth and the dental assistant made the process for the fitting as comfortable as possible. The clinic itself is very clean which I appreciate and there’s a screen with relaxing videos that kept me at ease. The front staff was also very helpful in sorting my insurance issue and so pleasant to talk to. Great experience here :)

Dr. Chris and assistants are so sweet and gentle. I’ve had 3 root canals and 3 fillings done in the last 2 weeks and have experienced 0 pain on each procedure both before and after. This is a true honest review from a real person and I was not hired to write this. This is the best dentist in the world as he fixes all my issues with absolutely no pain. Love them

I don’t normally leave reviews, however, Doctor Nguyen is THEE BEST!! I will never go to another dentist. Professional, knowledgeable and gentle.We discussed a treatment plan and he took his time explaining everything to me. I felt so at ease with him. I’ve honestly never been to a more thorough caring doctor.

Both the in-office and aftercare I've received from Aura Dental has been excellent. Dr. Nguyen has been very transparent about the costs, extent of work, and even recommended other specialists for more complex treatments. They've also been flexible about scheduling which has been incredible helpful.

This dental office is a real gem in downtown Brooklyn. Dr Chris is great, very kind and truly cares about your dental health. Shanicka is the best and has helped me so many times with my appointments.They’re so efficient and nice. I keep recommending them to my friends and family.

had a great experience with Dr. Nguyen, super attentive! everyone here had great bed side manners, i went in for a teeth cleaning, and this was the first time that any dentist had put vaseline on my lips so they wouldn’t be so try and chapped after the cleaning!

Everyone in the office, including the receptionist and hygienist, were super friendly and welcoming. I was seen immediately even though I was 5 minutes late. The office was clean and relaxing and Dr Wen did a great job! Looking forward to coming back!
