Crashed here in May 2019 during my travels in town. Wow! What a view! Located on some of Austin’s most pristine property, this station did NOT let me down. Over 5 acres of waterfront property that backs up to Bull Creek near the intersection of 2222 and 360. A boat dock, two Jet Skis AND a full size volleyball court!? Are you kidding me?! Can you imagine? An evening of Volleyball while listening to live music and smelling fresh BBQ wafting over from the world famous “County Line” next door? Interior of station was decent but could use some updating. Would loved to have seen a deck on the back porch as it did look like one was there at some point. Was it stolen? Did it catch fire? That’s a mystery for another day. Overall this place was fantastic, enjoyed my stay and would recommend to a friend.

Such incredible, kind, and patient men at station 31! I came in to get a damaged ring removed with my newborn and they were so wonderful! They kept my little lady entertained and occupied while they tried different strategies to remove my stuck ring! I can't thank them enough for all of their help!

Our family has had 2 interactions with the kind men at Austin Fire department Station 31 the past month. They came to our home and were incredibly polite, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We are so grateful for their service to us and the community!

Great station and really friendly. I didn’t have a fire, but they sure helped me with compressed air for my bike tire after I got a flat and blew out my CO2. Filled it right off the truck! Thanks!
