This 1-star review is for being downright unhelpful and rude with my parcel query on Feb 24, 2020. What kind of staff member, probably one of a senior standing, bluntly exclaims "people are waiting, I have no time" to a customer over the phone in genuine need? I understand the pressure of time, but it appears the staff have NO people skills. No effort with investigating a customer's issues. A real downer.

The younger staff is really helpful, all the others are so weird, the older one kept telling me “ look! How much money I saved you” what’s wrong with him, if I went to Myer get some discount, nobody will say that, you earned your bonus I get my discount, that’s fair, right? And the two guys packing outside ask me for tips even though I packed parcels myself. I don’t like here except the younger staff.

Accepted my passport application very late on a Friday, and were very helpful and patient as they lodged it for me and completed all the steps. Very pleased they're on campus helping students, they have the right people working there

Staff rude and incompetent. The only helpful one is the younger staff. Avoid this post office and go somewhere else. Probably the worst customer service I have ever had at a post office in Sydney.

I post domestic and international letters regularly and it is always quick and nothing has ever gone missing. Staff are honest about timeframes for posting so I know what to expect.
