I will share the details and let the reader form their own opinion. I recently purchased from a neighbor a relatively low mileage, rust free Toyota car, for less than $1000.00. I told the owner I should have an out of province inspection completed prior to finalizing the sale. They informed me they'd had 2 completed in December and January of this last year, from a reputable, well known, franchise auto repair specialist, and both passed all categories, I know not why they had 2. They provided me a copy of the first, and the 2nd they had used to register the car, as I learned when I went and transferred my registration at the registry. So now all I needed was a 30+ point inspection as the 230+ point out of province inspection had expired, while the car had not been driven since January. Auto Imports held my insurance policy hostage, stating I needed $1150.70 in repairs because the car had not passed their 'bounce test' - is this a technical term?? They also wanted to charge $135.00 to interpret the check engine light codes (who knows what they would come up with here) and had $961.00 in 'recommended' repairs. Also, an additional $60 for an engine wash to locate leaks because their first wash could not locate any. The total estimate on the bill - $2111.78 + $110.00 for the initial fee, for a car I paid less than $1000.00 for, no wonder other reviews state they are friendly and happy. After paying my $110.00 inspection rip off I left the shop feeling like someone who risks $100.00 at the casino on a payday Friday and walks away with nothing. And while waiting to pay my bill I witnessed another customer paying $921.00 for the results of his out of province inspection, in addition to the windshield replacement they'd told him he'd have to do before they would certify his inspection. I guess he did better at the casino than myself. Lesson learned, I will follow up with a trip to the reputable, well known franchise auto repair specialists who do not include 'bounce test' on their forms, but I will inquire with them what a bounce test is and what it entails. Very disappointed in this simple process turning into a profit scam by those holding the reins.

A lot misunderstandings!! Be aware of good deals, as you will get what you pay for. This shop gets you into the door by advertising on kijiji for a lower price. In my circumstance I had asked the shop before even booking the out of province inspection that there was a specific defect with my vehicle, and would that effect it passing. Was told no, no issue bring it in. Had it inspected and came to pick up the car and was told the defect needed to be repaired. Even after I asked them specifically prior, told it was a "misunderstanding" over the phone. I would have never brought the vehicle in the first place knowing this as the repair could not be conducted before 4-6 weeks. And knowing there is only a 10 reinspection window, I'd be just throwing my money away. The manager told me no problem, since there was a "misunderstanding" he would not charge me for the reinspection, knowing it would be outside the 10 days. I was satisfied with this resolution, however never got it in writing. (Lesson learned) When my car was fixed 8 weeks later, returned and was told I would now have to pay again. When I referenced our previous conversation, told me oh it was a "misunderstanding". So as there was no way my vehicle would have passed, they took that money and were going to take my money a second time. Very shady business practice at this shop.

I'm going to be honest. This place looks good on the inside and Andrew who helped me out was very nice and honest. They have a good deal with out of province inspections. What I didn't enjoy was that they hit me for a ton of cash that I didn't really need to spend. My 2017 car was bought 4 months ago from a dealership out of province. I guess the brakes had some rust on it which they said is normal for the area over there because of the humidity. Okay I agreed that we should get those replaced. I'm glad they were thorough. They also told me they had to rip off my tint from my front windows and then said as soon as I pass the inspection from them I can go get it done across the street no problem. What I don't get is why not just leave it. The tint was barely noticeable in the first place. I was charged 150 bucks just for that. Although I'm being nit picky. I would say as long as you aren't trying to find a place that will cut corners. This is a decent place to go. I did expect to walk in and out of there with a 120 dollar bill but I did end up spending 700. On the bright side I have new brakes with zero rust and I get to get my tint redone darker than it came from the dealership.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! Hopefully you are reading this before you ever take your vehicle and your hard earned money to this price gouging, rip off, scam of a shop. I brought my 2013 jeep wrangler to Auto Imports for an out of province inspection. My jeep only has 60,000 km on it so when I received their quote for $3549.98. I was flabbergasted! I’ve included pictures of their quote as well as the quote that I received from Fountain Tire for $1982.23 so that you can make your own comparison. I’m thankful that I’m only out $150 instead of an extra $1600 After confronting the manager about the large difference between the two quotes, he emailed me back saying that an OPI is “subjective”. I urge you to take a look at what I was quoted for labour and tell me if you think that is industry standard or someone trying to price gouge? There’s a reason that they offer a discounted rate on their OPI fee, because they make up for it in hidden added cost and unnecessary repairs in their OPI quote! FYI I found out afterwards that if you take your vehicle to fountain tire for an OPI and it fails, they won’t charge you a re-inspection fee once the repairs have been made and it passes.

I was very pleased to find a repair shop for German made vehicles especially a 2009. I called for information and was able to bring in my cat the next day. The shop had all the filters I needed right there without any waiting and the cost was less than the dealership and the wait to do the work as well as get the parts was 2 months at the dealership. More importantly at the dealership I was spoken down to and made to feel very uncomfortable.yet at Auto Imports Jeremy was so kind and patient with my questions, explained each and every thing that I was asking in a simple way do I could understand. He took lots of time with me until we covered all my concerns and he never tried to upsell me or take advantage of ignorance of mechanics. The rest of the staff were friendly and asked if they could help me and offered coffee or water. The atmosphere was easy going and not presumptuous. In my 50 years of driving and using repair shops Auto imports was the best customer service I’ve had. I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone that has a car to be repaired or just for regular maintenance. Super good people!!

My experience at Auto Imports was outstanding. I received a very complete and detailed explanation of what was needed to insure the safety of the van for a substantial upcoming trip. Furthermore, the descriptions allowed me to understand what was being done and why with enough details for me to understand or search online for information. In addition, when the work was done, they also went over the work and told me about what had been done by previous owners that had to be re-done because it wasn't safe. When changes or delays occurred, I was informed. Just as we thought the work was done, we discovered the idle air control motor, even when cleaned, was not working properly. They quickly assessed what needed to be done and found a way to get the work done as quickly as possible. Not only do I feel comfortable with the van, but I have learned lots about taking care of the van during the trip. I will continue to return to Auto Imports with the van given how I trust the people and the workmanship.

Used these guys for an out of province inspection. They will hook you with a low initial price. They will find any little issue to not pass you and you will either have to pay them to fix it at a huge cost or you will have to fix it and pay them to reinspect. I will never go back. In my case I found a car with 5500KM on it. It was 15 years old but basically perfect. They called me on the front brake rotors being pitted. They have some surface rust and that's it no pits. Either way they made sure I had to give them more money. While I was there a female customer was beside herself having had waited and waited for her car. I think these guys need to learn some customer service skills. I honestly didn't have the energy to fight with them and just replaced perfectly good rotors for new ones. Arg! They probably can fix things ok; I don't know. but to me they are looking to make as much money as they can from people. Oh, they wanted just over $400 for the Rotors, I did it in 15 min for $74.

I had required a oil change and was looking for a shop to get it into. I’m glad that I stumbled across Auto Imports. From the second that I called to walking in and being greeted I felt like I was supporting the right business. Les and Andrew greet you when you walk in. Their level of professionalism had me question if they were the owners of the business- to my surprise they were not. Bravo to amazing staff and what a pair of wonderful faces to represent the company. I was offered a complementary vehicle inspection. Upon picking up my vehicle I was walked through the inspection list. Everything on that inspection list are things that I know beforehand that need to be tended to. There’s no shady random parts that need replacing there’s no sugarcoating on what needs to be done and even prioritized for me. I truly appreciate the level of service I had received. I discovered Auto Imports through a quick Yelp search for "european car repair" and then "brakes". I called for a quick price quote, and was greeted on the phone by Andrew. He took down some information, and said that he would call back within a few minutes. Shortly thereafter, Andrew called, and gave me a price quote for brakes (front and rear), rotors, and an oil change. He scheduled me in for the next morning, and when I arrived, I was welcomed. The shop was well-kept, and clean, and everyone seemed very professional. I was given an overview of the pricing and the service, and then signed off to go-ahead. The next day, I picked up my car (it was ready that same day, but I chose to pick it up the next day for convenience, which they had no problem with), and Andrew gave me a very thorough overview of the work, with quotes and the severity of the work (when it should be done). He was so friendly. 5/5. Will definitely go back!

My husband and I approve and recommend Auto Imports 100% We took our SUV in for an out-of-province safety inspection and the first thing we noticed was the Amazing customer service experience by Hassan, Sandy and Nash! The atmosphere was welcoming and we were offered coffee or water after we were greeted and I mentioned this because we don’t see this often if any at all in businesses. Nash who is the Owner first explained what the safety inspection entails as per the requirements set out by the government and address any concerns we may have prior to going ahead. They also went above and beyond to provide service as debit payments was down due to the Canada wide interruption, so Nash had one of his highly trained team drove us to the bank and back. I want to also mentioned that the establishment is super clean. I am happy we find a great home for all our auto servicing needs! Thanks Auto Imports!

I would highly recommend using auto imports for our of province inspections and vehicle repairs. I had an excellent experience today dealing with a jdm vehicle I imported myself from Japan. They were very professional and straight forward, with a same week appointment even after a long weekend. They exceeded my expectations on the total cost for an out of province inspection and wiring up my daytime running lights. Another shop tried to milk me for over $1600 in repairs/replacement headlights out of China and a few other nonsense things which I knew was complete bull because my neighbor looked it over before hand and he's the master mechanic teacher or whatever for NAIT. They have definitely made a new repeat customer and I will recommend this shop to anyone who asks. I am very glad I found this honest business. I was in from out of town and had transmission issues that stopped me in my tracks. After Googling repair shops, Auto Imports was at the top of the list. After a quick phone call explaining my predicament, I was met by Sandy who immediately got me in for a diagnostic even though the shop was obviously full. With results in hand Nash provided a clear pathway to resolution. After checking with another respected shop to get a second opinion, i brought the vehicle back to Nash and his team. Prices were spot on, timeline for repair was reasonable, their customer service was top notch. Actual repair time was less than expected and final price at quoted cost without additional add on charges. A challenging situation was made much less so due to the client focus and can do attitude of Nash and his team. Will without reservation return for any and all future work needed on my car.

I need to give my review, i am a very honest person and i give respect where it is due! This place is the place real deal !! i went there to do my out of province inspection ....first i had went some patty shop and they quoted me some things that my vehicle wanted before it can pass inspection was around 700 bucks ! there and then i knew it was a rip off cause i keep up with my services at my dealership plus i service it real good 1 week before shipping vehicle to Alberta...that patty shop has some terrible reviews after carefully reading , so i decide to take it to this awesome place for a second opinion and i paid wayyyy less than what those pple tried to rip me off for! Jeremy was such a sweet heart he was at the front desk , this place is now my auto place they just gain my trust and worthy of me being there customer thanks alot! Great service guys!!!

I took my out of province vehicle to get inspected and initially it failed. I had a fairly small amount of repairs on a Mercedes. They had told me I probably noticed a rattling sound when going over bumps and sure enough, that was true. After getting the required repairs done, it passed and the rattle was gone. Even though they had advised me I needed to bring the form within 14 days to the registry, it went in 1 ear and out the other. I waited too long over Christmas and needed another out of province inspection done. Again, after the service I received last time, I went back and again they were friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I won't hesitate to bring my Mercedes to them whenever I need work done. Thanks auto imports and thanks Andrew for your knowledge and answering all my questions.

I had a horrible experience I dropped my car off for an out of province inspection they found problems that they told me they would repair they then gave me an estimate which was way more then any other place. Told them I was going elsewhere, ended up price matching other places so I didn’t go anywhere else. They also caused my car to not start and tried to blame it on my battery and was trying to get me to let them put a new battery in when that wasn’t the issue and then they told me they hadn’t started working on my vehicle but then later that same day told me they already finished working on it the night before. Just a bunch of liars and scammers at this place never taking my car back there again as they just want money and don’t know how to give proper customer service

We came for an out-of-province inspection from Quebec for our 2015 VW. They have a sale now approx. $99 instead of the avg price of 150-160! We also got an oil change. Les was very helpful and I really loved that once we dropped the car off, he would call anytime there was a change in price, especially when they found out what needed to be done to pass inspection. We weren’t surprised with what they found and were happy with the work so Id recommend this garage anytime. It’s also a very clean place, easy hand-off and happy that Les and his colleague took wearing the mask seriously during this terrible time. Les even sanitized my keys and the steering wheel and explained that they covered everything during the inspection to decrease chances of spreading germs!

Was visiting from out of town and had my Jaguar ‘01 quit on me late on a Thursday night. Had it towed to Auto Imports. The team was very kind to fit me in their schedule and fix my issue (fuel line/fuel pump) on the Friday in order for me to get home. Hassan was very polite and transparent about the cost. They were quick to identify the issue. He provided excellent communication relaying new info as things developed. He was able to go through the vehicles maintenance history and was honest. I’d recommend this place to anyone wanting regular maintenance or if ever you’re in a jam like I was. Just do them the favour by communicating (emailing and calling) the issues (what happened) and recent maintenance history in order for them to provide expedient service.

I had an excellent experience at auto imports. Went there to get my 2011 infinity inspected. The front desk staff were extremely polite and courteous and told me to return in 2 hours. Everything checked out excellent, though there was a minor repair that the vehicle needed to pass the inspection. The front desk manager was extremely professional and explained all the costs line by line. He also provided me with a discount to help offset the repair costs, which I was extremely graceful for. The mechanics did an excellent job and my car is 100% solid. I would recommend anyone going not just for an inspection but also repairs, as these guys are very knowledgeable and know their stuff. Do not hesitate to reach out to Auto Imports for any vehicle related issues

I urge you if you would like to not be scammed, go somewhere else. I took my vehicle to this shop for an out of province inspection, which I was told would cost $100. I got a quote a few hours later which said to get the completion of the inspection, I would have to pay them $1800 for maintenance fees for a LOT of things, including cleaning and flushing of multiple systems. So I called, and turns out they were hoping I just wouldn’t ask questions and just pay them, as when I got them to explain these charges, it turns out they lied to me, and only three of the NINE services were required, and they were trying to scrape money from me. So please just go somewhere else, the whole affair was very frustrating and disgusting.

They are not competent at everything and they will scam you for it. I had a broken door lock actuator and latch on one door of my Mazda6 and they gave me an estimate of $1000 just for the parts! I took it to a different mechanic shop and got a brand new set of parts for just $350 compared to their $1000. Moreover, they were charging me $400 extra to do the parts assembly. I got it done for $150 at the other mechanic shop. On top of that, when they were diagnosing where the problem was, they broke several plastic parts on my door panel and didn't even tell me anything about it. I just want to say you're better off taking your car to a different mechanic shop because they will try to take advantage of you.

I recently moved to Edmonton from GTA and had to have a out of province vehicle inspection to get my number plate . After my research online I gave business to Auto imports. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends if they need one because Andrew right from the start of our meeting was very informative and took time to explain every question I had. One of the requirements for me was to change my tires.I already did a lot of research but Andrew's suggestion of tire brand was impressive based on technicality of my requirement. Only little concern I had was after I gave business to them I had to follow up on the progress of the work but I let this pass because their work was professional.

My initial out-of -province inspection failed due to broken/cracked taillights. I purchased new one and replaced it myself. One week later, I went back for reinspection. Reinspection should be cheaper if it is done within 10days as posted on the board. The shop charged me a brand new inspection as if they have to hoist the vehicle and reinspect everything (so they said). After spoke to the manager, I got 10 dollars discount, instead of $50 I thought I supposed to get. PS. The mechanic just inspected my taillights on the street and issue the pass certificate. So disappointed! So, make sure you ask questions about the fee for coming back for reinspection.

Not recommended for out of province vehicles inspection.they gave me estimation for rotor resurfaced 270 dollars and Just for front side only. And if I m going to do from outside still I have to come to them for reinspection and will charge me again. Doesn’t make any sense.I will not come ever and never.even though they were asking about windows tinting to remove from front side and estimate was 125 dollars. Whatttt total installation of window tinting from front to rear glass it cost me only 150 dollars and now they charging me 125 dollars for removing tint from 2 glasses only. Please go outside side and check there are lot of mechanics. Thanks

Les, Andrew and the overall experience was top notch to say the least. When I had my out of province inspection done the detailed report was amazing and very detailed. I followed up the inspection with most of the recommendations outlined by service. The costs were clearly identified for each recommendation along with priority sequence to have the work completed to ensure quality maintenance of the vehicle was prioritized. The work was scheduled, completed on time and no hidden cost surprises. The facility is clean and has a nice customer waiting area. Les and Andrew are terrific service agents and place customer appreciation as a high priority!

I came in for an out-of-province inspection for my car as well as an oil change and tire rotation. They initially quoted me around $200 to get the brakes up to their standard. After approving that, they came back to me twice more for another $400 and then another $200. It seems like they were moving the goal posts on me and in the end I didn't notice any difference in braking capabilities. I appreciated that they agreed to take a little bit of labor off my bill, but it still felt like they charged me for $800 in unnecessary work on my brakes. The tire rotation and oil change were done well at a reasonable price.

I rarely take the time to write a review unless I was either very happy or very angry, and with Auto Imports I can say I am very happy with my experience to get an out of province inspection. When I first called to book an appointment, I spoke with Trent, and he was very nice and clear what they had to do and honest about what the possible outcome could be. When I came to my appointment, the professionalism was outstanding, and a nice waiting room, coffee, and bottled water. I passed the inspection and Andrew took the time to explain to me fully what I had to do. Overall very very happy with my experience here!

I looked for 2 years to find someone who could get the brakes for my 1974 Volkswagen van. Not only did they get the brakes, but fixed them! They also went above and beyond for us! They found parts I have never been able to find and installed them!! They asked questions at every need. They also do a free inspection and give you an estimate in 3 parts. Andrew and Les went out of their way for me. I couldn't be more thankful! They were so kind, polite, and explained everything clearly for me. I definitely recommend them!!!! I will be back for sure!! I had a super comfortable experience with auto imports doing some warranty work as well as other needed services to my BMW. They advised me on what needed to be done and as well what I could wait on!!! The owner Nash dealt with the warranty company and everything went smoothly with the coverage. Sandy at the front desk was always checking in with me in a timely matter as well as going above and beyond to help me afterwards with other concerns with had nothing to do with what they worked on. I feel confident that my vehicle is now safe and tuned up to be driven for my daughter on the road. Thanks

I called Auto Imports for my Audi s4 when the airbag warning light came on and spoke to Les. He got my car in the next morning. After a thorough inspection, there were several issues identified with my timing chains and guides, gaskets, and rear brakes. Les was straightforward and detailed with what needed to be repaired, and the costs. Although the work took about 3 weeks to complete, due to parts being sent from all over the country, everything was done right and on quote. Thanks to Les and Auto Imports and I will definitely continue to come to this excellent shop.

Last year 2019 around July month, I transport my car from, ON to Edmonton. After 28days (They said 1week), one of the Punjabi guy asked me money in Edmonton to release my car. I had to request him, plead him to release my car and yes I will never ever recommend this company to transport your vehicles. They make FAKE promises just 1week-10days to transport but DONT believe these liars. Looters!!! Better pay more and go with other company than paying less and waiting for ages. Please stay away from this place and people and pass on this message to your loved ones!

I brought my car in for the Out of Province Inspection. The process was long, but I had been warned when I booked the appointment. Their prizes were reasonable. My car is fairly new, so I did not expect much faults. the only fail was the tinted classes on the driver's and front passenger side. This had to be removed..ouch!. They had a quiet waiting area with fast wifi, so I did not lose a minute of my work time. The place was clean, and the staff were cautious. Andrew was terrific; he was professional and respectful. He even sanitized my car after the process.

A great shop. Good, thorough, clean and professional work done on my Jag. Andrew and his team are very transparent and easy to deal with. Saved me money on what I could and informed me of absolutely everything and made sure I understood it before I made a decision. He'd go out of the way for you and care about the car like it was his own. The service provided was excellent along with the work done. Car runs better than I first got it. I'm very impressed with Auto Imports' customer service. I had an out-of-province safety inspection done on my car for a low price of $99.95. Andrew, the employee with whom I mainly communicated, was friendly, reliable, and trustworthy. He was also accommodating when I needed to reschedule. The inspection was completed in the time they estimated and after calling me to gain my consent, they also did an oil change in a timely manner. They serviced my car and educated me to save money on repairs and services. Canadian tire quoted me for clutch replacement on my car and estimate was around 3000dollars. I visited Auto Imports and they checked my car and replaced clutch master cylinder and bleeding, repair bill was only 900dollars. They also advised me about other required and suggested services very clearly. They categorized the services priority wise and I loved this because it helped me to decide what is important and what services I can get it done later. They are the best.

I have been using this shop for almost 10 years and I have no complaints. They are very informative about imports and I would recommend them to anyone. Andrew is very nice and honest about any work needed and I have had a few conversations with Nash about ideas to help the mechanics. The shop and waiting area is very clean and friendly. Keep up the great work. Maybe set up a loyalty card or program (10th oil change free) seeing how I have a older Audi that I know will need more work in the future. I had such a wonderful experience with Auto Imports and would recommend this auto shop to anyone! Big shoutout to Jeremy who was incredibly helpful, patient and professional while guiding me through my car repairs. I feel he went above and beyond with helping me understand the hierarchy of needs for my car repairs and walked me through my options. Hi! We recently went for out of province inspection to Auto Imports. Jeremy was the one who took care of everything for our vehicle. We gave the vehicle in the morning and in the afternoon we got a message with something that should be fixed and the fees for it. We knew that thing is necessary and decided to get it fixed with them. Our car was ready later in the evening before 5pm. We did not have any issues, it was a very smooth and satisfying experience for us. Thank you and I recommend them for out of province inspections.

I went to Auto Imports for an out-of-province inspection and, despite leaving with a large bill, I felt they were honest and reliable. Andrew kindly took the time to explain all the required repairs in great detail. Moreover, he recognized and showed genuine sympathy with regards to the unexpected financial burden and tried his best to decrease the cost of parts and labour as much as he could. I will definitely be going back to Auto Imports in the future as I felt they were extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Moved to Alberta from BC and needed to get an out of province inspection done on my Nissan. A lot came back on the report that needed to be fixed but Andrew walked me through it and was super helpful to explain all the details. Was able to fix most of it at home and save a bunch of money and then I drove it back to them so that they could fix the rest of the suspension. They finished it all up in a day and I was good to go get my registration. The labour was a little pricey but they know what they're doing. 4.5 /5

Not very happy about my experience with Auto Imports. I called in and asked for a quote to do my ball joints and wheel alignment after, all of my information was taken and I was told a service advisor would email me a quote for the service. Never received an email, never received a call… nothing. I also asked if they’d be able to work on my engine which is an engine out of a vehicle from the UK and was told no as their mechanics are all young guys. Again, not impressed. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

It’s my bad experience with this shop. My car was working pretty good no engine oil leaking brand new tire. I brought from Surrey to Edmonton. Before coming from BC everything checked by mechanic shop in Surrey. Everything is ok over there they fix everything over there but Auto imports in Edmonton they inspected and made bill $ 2500 I was surprised. I ll not recommend any body to go this shop for extra provisional inspection and repairs. They give me estimate almost double priced as compared outside

My entire experience from initial phone call to dropping off my vehicle, lastly picking up my vehicle after an out of province inspection was exactly what I hoped for. Jeremy was my main point of contact. He was pleasant and knowledgable. Some other shops MIGHT have lower prices for their services but I value a trustworthy and reliable outcome. It was an easy process working with everyone and will be happy to recommend auto imports to others. In fact I already have recommended them to my coworker.

Ive brought our vehicles here twice now. Firstly, Andrew and Les are exceptional at front office. Their experience and profressional approach speaks for itself. I had quite a bit done on my vehicle since maintenance.on my end was ignored too long. The team at auto imports completed an amazing job on our cars. I Had an Out of Province inspection done here, I began speaking with Andrew on the phone. They schedule me in quick for the next day after letting me know it may not be done until the following day. I was okay with that as I had the day off. It was inspection and the little to no issues were quickly worked on and completed. I got a great deal on an out of province inspection. They did not try to fix more than was needed, I was taken back and shown what was actually broken on my car, without asking to so I knew that I was not being ripped off. I really appreciated this. When my car repairs were delayed I was given many apologies and ended up getting a better deal in the long run as they were able to get better parts for me. I was treated very well and highly recommend coming here you will not get ripped off.

I took my car there for Out of Province inspection. The service was very satisfying, high efficient,and they were very honest with the result. I personally maintained my car in great condition, so I got a pass on my inspection with no doubt. There was no surprise on the bill. Price was very fair! Auto Imports has provided excellent service in the repairs of several of my vehicles. One required significant engine work which not many shops would undertake. They also fixed my European vehicles' air suspension after I pulled it from the dealer as I was not satisfied with their service. I usually deal with Andrew and he provides awesome service and he kept me updated on the repair progress. I have recommended many others to go to Auto Imports. They are my preferred mechanic.

These guys have been exceptional. I had a terrible experience getting a basic oil change at jiffy lube, they drained my transmission and did not fill it back up. Had the car towed to them and was back on the road next day. I've brought my Audi in 3 times over the past 4 months for servicing. Have done excellent work. They are very prompt to repair and diagnose, prices are great and Nash is awesome to deal with. Will be taking my car indefinitely to them!

Went in for my out of province inspection. Jeremy was very thorough, extremely helpful, professional as well as empathetic, which is a rarity. The work was professional and efficient and they found me deals on the items I needed to order. Prior to foing into to "Auto Imports" i had been to my dealership for general maintenance, CT to install my neww winter tires, and neither pointed out the issues "A I" found. I have found my autoshop in Edmonton!

They drained my truck's battery while testing the alternator, then charged me 40 bucks to recharge it. Edit, in responce to owner: I told you not to test the battery, it had been tested before it came to your shop. It just needed a bit of power, something's that's free at every other shop I've talked to. You just wanted to squeeze a bit more money out of the job. Battery completely dead on arrival? How'd you get it into the shop? Zero stars.

I brought my daughter’s car into Auto Imports for an out of Province inspection as we drove it out from NS. Initially I was a little surprised at the bill of the things that needed to be fixed, but Andrew was absolutely amazing! He worked with us to get the costs down as well as gave us the best service! I have to say the overall experience was amazing, and we will be going there for years to get our work done! Great garage and great folks.

VW Dealership quoted me over 600$ for a visual inspection with a oil change. Called Auto Imports and Hassan got me in right away. They did oil change and visual inspection and called me back quickly. Extremely impressed with their service and fair pricing. They mentioned things to keep a eye out but did not recommend to do them right away which is what I call being honest. Will be going back in future. It is now my go to shop for future.

What a gem this business is. I cant remember the last time I recieved genuine customer service at its highest quality. I feel as though I hit the jackpot. As of today, I will never go anywhere else. Went to get my vehicle an out of province inspection and it was 3000 to fix it, so I was offered an alternative to trade them my vehicle for another vehicle. I asked if the vehicle they offered had a clean title and no accidents and I was told it was clean. Come to find out a year later when I go to upgrade it at a dealership and found out it was a rebuild and was worth almost nothing. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Had to get an out of province inspection done for my Hyundai Accent 2016 and chose this place because the price listed online was very reasonable $100. I was really impressed with the service here especially from Andrew. He explained to me everything that I needed to have done on my car in addition to the inspection and was super patient! I took my car just for diagnostic - hit a curve , and end up in about 3 weeks of repair. Les was there from start to finish , did a wonderful job in making sure I’m informed and updated. I was very impressed how quickly I was able to get my car in. They also gave me a free inspection because my car had never been there before. They were very detailed in the inspection and the list of things that need repair in the future. They had a great waiting area. It was very clean and tidy. Free coffee was their for us if we wanted. Overall experience was great. I will be coming back in the near future.

Came to you guys for out of province inspection. You guys are overpriced on “front windows tint removing” (your price-$150, outside got it done in just $45), and “wheel alignment” (your price- 150 approx, outside- $110). One bulb that had to be changed was also priced on the higher side. Update your prices. The market has a lot of other better options with the best quality.

Went in for a out of province inspection they were faster than anticipated and very professional. They recommended to change my brake fluid and gave full detail why i leaned so much and did not at any point felt they were pressuring me to buy something i did not need. I definitely would recommended them and would be going back to them myself for all my mechanical needs.

Chance and Jeremy the service advisors were very personable and knowledgeable. I had brake work completed by the technicians on my last visit. On my first visit a couple of weeks ago I had a signal light replaced and my headlights "cleaned up/polished". All the work was completed to my satisfaction. Firstly, customer service is great... super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Came here for an oop inspection with a new import. They were quick to get me in, and is inexpensive in comparison to competitors. Auto imports fixed my rear windshield wiper to ensure it passed, and had a couple mechanics stay after hours to do an alignment on the same day! Great shop.

I brought my BMW 328xi in for a out-of-province inspection. After only a few days I got my car back after needing a few repairs and is working better than ever. Went to Auto Imports for out of province inspection and Andrew was wonderful!!! We dropped off the vehicle on Tuesday after hours, they did the OPI as well as fixed the steering wheel alignment and threw in a bonus fix of a rear wiper blade at no charge, all in 1 day!. Terrible experience here... came here for an inspection to switch over to Alberta insurance, said there were issues with the shocks when there wasn't, failed the inspection even though we just had our vehicle serviced at BMW and they said nothing was wrong with it. Super rude service, trying to just rip people off, would never come back here ever again.

I called Auto imports and they were able to get me in the same day and they did the same out of province inspection for about half the price. Customer service was amazing. over charged for everything, gave me a price of over 3 grand to get my out of province and fix what was " wrong with my car" took it to a better mechanic who told me half of the things listed didn't need fixing and gave me a better price of $700. scammers. never going back. dont waste your money.

Cory and the staff were great to deal with! Our car broken down on Thursday night, was towed in and they were able to accommodate our tight timeline to get the car back by Friday night. They diagnosed the issues and changed the alternator and for our BMW. Very easy to deal with!

Do yourself a favor and don’t get your inspections done here. I brought my car here for an out of province inspection, was quoted $3300 in work to make it pass, took it elsewhere for a second opinion and it passed immediately. This place is shady, absolute crooks.
