They have a decent selection of vehicles on the lot, and I found the salesman very friendly, and eager to please, as with most dealerships. We didn't feel rushed, or pressured during our day, and they even offered to buy us supper; yes, we were there that long. It was a miserable, cold, freezing wind, snowy day , but the salesman kept his happy, friendly, "here to help you" demeanor throughout my half dozen test drives, and specific "must/must not have" requests. The shopping day was pleasant, despite the weather. I chose my vehicle, And felt they did well to ensure I was happy with the deal we made. After having been treated as such an important and valued customer during my shopping day, I have to say, I was totally underwhelmed and disappointed on pick up day. I arrived about 15 minutes ahead of time. No one came to greet me, unlike the day we went to look, but, no big deal, I'm early. I went to the main desk, and told the receptionist I was there to pick up my vehicle. She said okay, and sent me to the back, service desk. I thought, that's odd, but, okay. Once I told the fellow there that I was picking up my new vehicle, he sent me back to the front desk, where the receptionist then called for someone else. A new face came to greet me, and proceeded to get the friendly finance manager, who brought the papers so I could go to autopac, perfect! Once I returned with the registration, I found myself searching for someone to infact, Deliver my vehicle to me. I was handed off from one person, to the next. Once someone was found to put my plates on, he said "congratulations, you're good to go". I told him, there was a few things that I noted I wanted to point out to the salesman, and, I hadn't even been given the keys! He apologized, heard out my concerns, assured me they would be addressed, and, got me the key I started it up, only to find the gas empty. I got out and told him, and he went and got another gentleman, who, again apologized, and told me he would meet me at the gas station next door to fill up. Once back inthe vehicle, I noticed the " Fob battery low" display on, and, passenger side floor mat missing. After waiting at the gas station for over 15 minutes (it's literally a 60 second walk, next to dealership), I called the dealership to see if he had forgotten about me. I was put on hold for a few minutes, and then told he would be right over. While filling the vehicle, I told him about the low battery in the fob, and, the missing car mat. I was told to come back to the lot, and he would correct these issues, which he did. He then assured me that the manager would contact me the next day to set up an appointment to deal with the few other items I had pointed out. I was FINALLY on my way, however, after over 2 hours of in and out, trying to basically deliver the vehicle to myself; I left feeling like once I signed on the dotted lines, I was forgotten, and, they were simply on to the next "important customer ". I should add, that , although I did not hear back from the manager as promised; I did go back to the dealership on my own a week later. The manager apologized, stating he wasn't made aware, and immediately set me up with an appointment to deal with the few small issues I have. He assured me that they will take care of me going forward, so, we will see. So, I took my vehicle back in for some touch up work, and, as promised, they had a courtesy vehicle ready to go for me. Friendly greetings from all staff I encountered, and everyone was very helpful. I was able to get my errands done with the loaner SUV, (not just a little puddle jumper like some places give you) and when I picked up my ride, it had been washed, and the service guy even loaded my groceries in from the courtesy vehicle. I was on my way in no time, which is great because I live over an hour out of town. Thanks Paul, and crew, you really made it a painless experience!

I had originally given a higher review, but after purchasing my used vehicle there was no effort to contact me for over a week to let me know anything about pick up, etc. Also, I was not provided with the paperwork that I signed when I requested it. This is my first experience buying a vehicle and this gave me a ton of anxiety. I was unhappy with this and had a meeting with the manager who pretended to be empathetic to some degree. This happened on day 10, the same day that I was finally be able to see the price breakdown of what my car would cost. would have been sooner except for that the salesman felt I didn’t need to to have copies of what I signed so he kept them to himself for a while. I also found out that the “extra set of tires” that were included as an incentive with the price of the vehicle weren’t even a full set, and actually Aren’t even usable. So thanks for adding those in, even though it doesn’t add any value to what I’m paying. So thanks for offering to change those like I asked but no thanks for trying to charge me for a third tire and then being like “actually none of these are good so here’s nothing”. You should be replacing these tires as they were part of the original deal, but instead you just told me that it was cool to ride around with winter tires all year (it is not). However I have not received much honesty so far aside from the guarantee of my 25% interest rate, so as it stands I will be keeping my useless tires and complaining about them to anyone who will listen for the rest of my life (unless resolved). I do look forward to my copy/paste response from the manager stating that he will contact me when he already knows he has and is not helpful. Thank you in advance for the fake empathy I am about to receive, as I already know that in his heart he just wants to take my money with as little effort possible put towards my customer satisfaction. Take my money like captured prey, as I am added to the numbers of vulnerable people who’ve also been trapped into a 3 year inescapable relationship with your business.

Buying a vehicle should be a good thing a pleasant thing but in this case with the Auto list of Canada it was the worst in every way, if i could I would put a (- star or no star). Please do not buy a vehicle from this place. The vehicles are over priced for what they are for starts. When I repeatedly asked for the Car Fax, it was always something and “maus” the vp of finance would get upset an try to change the subject. Please do not buy from here, if I only would have walked away. The sales people are pushy and don’t listen to the customer at all. they make u spin this stupid wheel where they try to take your picture of the sale. I told them NO pictures as I had a horrible experience there. “Keep” your $ for something worth it, do not waste your hard earned $ on something at the auto list. There warranty is false, I was told that I could have the vehicle fixed anywhere by anyone, not true. After getting the vehicle I went on a road trip and could hear many noises. I asked my kids if I was crazy or if I am really hearing these noises, they said I was not crazy. When I got back to Winnipeg I took the vehicle to a GMC dealer an had a Multi-purpose inspection done. I mentioned to them that I had a warranty and that it could get serviced anywhere, not “TRUE”. I went back to the auto list almost every day as well as going with people. I wanted my warranty $ refunded because there warranty would not cover the repairs to the vehicle, so I was lied too. I finally got the $ back for the warranty but the stupid Auto List put it towards the financing, when I strictly told them wanted the $ to do the repairs to the vehicle, once again, proof of them not listening. If you buy a vehicle!! save yourself the stress and avoid going to the auto list of Canada, all of there Stars they have posted if 100% false.

⚠️WARNING⚠️ This dealership sells cars with bare-minimum work done. They’ll sell the car and only do the work afterwards if you complain. I bought my first car at autolist. I was formally greeted and kindly welcomed, every time I was there. The process of searching and testing the car was a nice experience. They wanted to make sure they cleaned up the suv nicely for me after I signed to buy it and they *seemed* very upfront with information concerning the vehicle. After signing to purchase the car, there were some issues that were unnoticed and autolist fixed them all in a span of three weeks free-of-charge. After paying for the car, then I was told there was only a single key, which I would have liked to know beforehand. However, he got me in contact with a guy who made a new key for me for pretty cheap. Just after I got my car, there was a bad smell from one tire and there were issues with the car back door locks. Again, autolist took it back to the shop, and in a weeks time, fixed it all up at no extra cost. My 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe had more problems as the months have gone by. I checked all the filters and none of them had been changed There were rocks, leaves and debris in there. Definitely never had been cleaned. There have been bad smells from the hood and coming in through the vents. There were two different tire sizes on my vehicle as I just had to replace them all. One tire was completely the wrong size for my vehicle. All I can say is please don’t make the same mistake I did and buy a car from here. But if you’re thinking to, please have an experienced person with cars or a mechanic to check out the vehicle and it’s parts for you!!

Me and my husband were recently interested in purchasing a new DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. We walked into the lot and honestly as soon as we did I said to my husband, UGH I HATE PUSHY SALESMEN. Then Andriy walked over. He was polite and kind and asked us about us and what we wanted. We gave him our dos and donts in the perfect vehicle and he brought out what he had. We saw about 3 vehicles. And we ended up buying one of them. He didn’t minimize our requests( even tho some of them were hard to accomplish ) made sure the vehicle we left with was fully equipped, he even gave us a deal on installing one of the features the van we chose didn’t have. Because he wanted to make sure we were 100 percent satisfied When we came back to sign our papers we dealt with Karandeep, and again not pushy at all, very kind and knowledgeable about what we we’re getting . He got us a amazing rate of financing on the vehicle including 3 different types of warranty and insurance .He had called ya at 9 pm in the evening after we left the lot because he was working so hard on our file to get this done quickly and with everything we needed We were blown away by the customer service we received. We are looking for a second vehicle in the near further and I can assure you we will return to Auto List of Canada and deal with Andriy and Karandeep. I was scared that this was going to be a long complicating stressful proceSs but waking with these men it was the exact opposite. We walked in on Monday afternoon to LOOK AROUND and we left on Wednesday afternoon with our practically BRAND NEW Dodge Grand Caravan . If you need a vehicle please go see these guys

Watched my friends go bankrupt over by these crooks. I humored myself once and went to go look for a van there. Shady salesman. Had them bring out the carfax after looking over several vans. Most were from the rust belt areas. Further investigation noted that they were all rusting prematurely and the vehicles wouldn't last long. Also, very overpriced. Never leave a "deposit" of any kind. It becomes there's really quick unless you go to small claims. My friend had signed an incomplete paper without a checkmark on the deposit area. I'm now seeing that this was done to another person. They didn't know what they signed but the receipt says deposit but the paper was checkmarked non refundable down payment. Don't ever be scammed by the immigrant employees telling you stories about how if they sell so many cars a month they'll get good bonuses. That they're treated well. They go through employees like crazy. Don't trust them at all. Look at court of Kings bench. See how many awefull loans they give out. People default. They loose there jobs over vehicle they shut down. They starve too because the loan amount was more than they could afford. These guys know this but in less than 6 months to 2 years the 5 year to 7 year loan has already paid for the vehicle itself. My friends 2003 Hyundai Accent was worth $3000 max instead of $12000 in 2008. How the hell did her buyout not be told to her and why would the end of the loan agreement be way more than $40,000? That's ridiculous. The family starved. No one cared. She went bankrupt because of this pos car after fighting to pay for it for several years.

Too bad there is no lesser stars. These people are crooks. They said this is a "bill of sale"! Its what the manager/finance person said. They somehow get you to sign a 'bill of sale' instead of an 'offer to purchase.' I have now decided that I do not want the vehicle. I have not seen the terms, or what deal was made with the bank. I want my $3,000 deposit back. They are sneaky and said that if it didn't go through they would give it back to me. Now, I don't want it and they refuse to show me the paper work with the bank. They had me sitting outside, (with food) and would not let me be present while the deal was being made with the bank. For all I know I got a 20% interest. Crooks! Do not deal with them. Don't sign anything, don't give them ANY money. READ ALL PAPER WORK AHEAD OF TIME! Update: When I went in the next day, they called the cops on us. They still haven't told me what bank 'approved' me. They still went on with processing my application even though I told them to stop. I am meeting with a reputable car dealer and will see my credit history what they did. Lots of people have stories of how they were scammed and many people have had to file BANKRUPTCY. Selling faulty safeys with cars. Taking advantage of seniors, women, mentally ill. I am terrified to step foot in that place. I have bought two vehicles and should of known better.

ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Came in on the blizzard of a weekend with little time on our hands and looking for a specific vehicle to compare with others we were looking at from other dealerships. Ghedna our sales associate was excellent in assisting getting 2 feet of snow off the vehicle requested and cleaning it up for us to look at. We unfortunately had to leave without taking it for a ride and upon coming home I called and spoke with the General Manager Paul to secure more information on the vehicle At this time Paul went above and beyond to give us a great buying experience. He asked for our address and said he was going to fill the tank of gas and allow us to take the vehicle on a weekend test drive to ensure our satisfaction and approval. Going above and beyond at the end of their work day made this decision very easy and seamless. Needless to say two days later an offer is signed and this proud couple are now the new owners of a great vehicle. Thank you Paul and staff for assisting us in what has been a masterclass of pure customer service and satisfaction.

We recently purchased a 2019 Kia Niro from Auto List on Regent. From the beginning we found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. Ali, and the rest of the team, create an atmosphere that is laidback and we felt no pressure. It truly feels like a family. They were very accommodating to both our availability and to the few issues we had with the vehicle. They told us what they knew about the car and what they didn’t know, they were willing to investigate and get us that information. All our requested repairs were agreed upon and made in a timely manner. Communication between us and Ali was handled professionally and quickly. A major plus in our opinion. They went out of their way to make our experience a very positive one. We don’t know how our experience could have been any better. So much so, we brought them homemade chocolate cupcakes to emphasize our appreciation. Buying car can be a stressful ordeal, however, Ali and everyone at Auto List made our experience a pleasure.

I just purchased a car from Auto List on Regent Ave. It was quite the experience. I say this because I walked in very nervous. Single women can be treated with such arrogance and rudeness at car dealerships. I did not expect the love from the second I walked through the door at Auto List. I was treated as an equal, they took my questions seriously, and went out of their way to find me a car that matched my wish list. Mohammod was my main contact person and his smile will light up any room. He sincerely seemed to want me to be in a car that was perfect for me versus up-selling me to a car I didn't need. The other employees and the general managers were equally approachable. Were all the employees a bit over the top in their personalities...yep. Were they kind, patient and treated me with respect...totally! I would go there for future vehicle needs, I feel like I know everyone now and could stop in just to say hi!

it's ironic how you call a review "fake" and untruthful when your whole company is untruthful. Why would i waste my time rating you if i didnt have a negative experience? What does a fake review even means? I purchased a vehicle from AutoList few years ago, everything was good and staff were so friendly until I took the car home and engine started acting up, I left several messages and NOBODY called me back and I was told by your "Truthful staff" that "they never got a message" when I showed up there . I finally paid off the loan to be done with you and it was never reported "Paid" to credit Bureau and in fact still shows active after years and None of your trustful staff helped me correct it. I'm not going to waste my time and discuss this with your GM or anyone else. I shared my experience and rated you what I think you truly deserve because I had NOTHING but headaches dealing with you.

I called ahead to book a test drive although it did take a while to get the car ready to go. I was told that the car wasn’t actually safetied yet and had only been for sale for two weeks. They said they like to safety before the customer buys so “its the most current safety” It was the shortest test drive I’ve ever done. The wipers were broken and I couldn’t see through the front window. This didn’t seem to be an issue as the salesman as they cleaned the window with a cloth and told me just to maybe go around the block. This is the first time the salesman has actually gotten in the car with me as well. Not usually a problem, however once we started the test drive, they started coughing. Not a big deal, but then they told me that their throat was sore. WHY WOULD YOU COME IN THE CAR WITH ME?!?!?! Or at least wear a mask. Either way, I’m not interested in coming back to this place.

I bought a Ford Escape a month ago. Tatenda was the salesman. Very nice guy, very professional and helpful all the time. I had an issue with the tire pressure sensor fault. They are commited to fixed it right away however I changed to winter tires so the rimes have no sensor on them I have to wait to the summer tire change. I had to pay over $600 for anti theft graved on the windows. They said is mandatory on all dealers. This was beside Pst and Gst. I am still not convinced about that. Other than that everyone ther are really nice from the financials, service etc and my car is awesome and looks like new. I give 4 stars as I think always business need to improve, otherwise there shouldn't ever be feedback.Thank You Autolist. This is my second car I buy in te last 3 years.

Just wanted to repost my 1 star after a month. They have our info. They know the issue. They ignore us. If you get lucky and have no issues, you can buy a car from a dead tree and be happy. It's the experience you have with issues that prove who they are. Van still stinks. Gave them 1 star before. They promised to clean a vehicle we bought. After leaving 1 star, they reluctantly agreed to "clean it." So we upgraded them to a 4 star. But the van still stinks. Did a quick look. It wasn't hard to find some pretty disgusting and dirty areas. Clearly, their staff have no idea how to clean a vehicle. It smells like old milk. Want this review changed. Book my wife's van into a reputable 3rd party for a proper deep clean. We shouldn't spend 50k on a vehicle that stinks.

Had a very positive experience at Autolist Winnipeg (regent). Samantha greeted us and showed us the SUV we were interested in. She was super pleasant, easy to deal with and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. It turned out the SUV was too small we were interested in so she showed us a similar/bigger one which was perfect. She was never pushy and listened to our concerns. Mos also helped us and was very accommodating. We were able to test drive the car overnight, he wanted to make sure we were absolutely happy with our purchase and not feel pressured into buying it. This was refreshing! All staff were very pleasant and happy to help us. The purchase process was painless and quick. Thanks for helping us find our family vehicle ☺️

Very, very bad dealership!First they bought a used car that doesn't have a lot of miles, and then they rent it out, and then they sell it until it's driven 100,000 kilometers. Unfortunately, we got that car. The salesman didn't tell us anything about the vehicle's history. They rip out the original tires, scrap them, and then replace them with winter tires and sell them to us, and the salesman told me it's the original tires. Car Windows are often insensitive and cannot be closed. They are very dishonest, they never tell you the truth, they always say “yes” before payment, but when you have a problem, they always pass the buck and ask you to go to the customer and the manager. A boss with bad morals and a bunch of dirty employees.

These guys are the perfect example of customer service. I walked in expecting to have to haggle and watch the fine print. I was very wrong, they went above and beyond explaining every detail and we came and left in 3 hours with the exact economical car we were looking for along with getting my daughter her first car. We are very happy and will return for our next vehicle. Professionals all of them. Happy family with a great car at a great price. Had a few small issues with car, we called and these guys didn't hesitate. Fixed the fog lamp, speed display and even buffed out a small scrape from a construction cone we hit when avoiding a careless driver.. Can't wait to buy another vehicle from these amazing people.

From the moment we walked through the door we felt welcomed and important. Unfortunately the two vehicles we had originally came to look at were sold but right away we were shown other vehicles that were similar and lucky for us, they had just got in the perfect vehicle for me. We let them know our budget and what we were looking for in a vehicle - low km’s, colour preference etc and they worked with us until we came to an agreement we were happy with. The whole staff would stop and chat with us, make sure we didn’t need anything etc. I would definitely recommend Auto City if you are looking for a used vehicle. You will be treated with respect and fairly. We are very happy with the service we received!!

If this review was 10 stars I would click that. This dealership has the most helpful, pleasant, respectful people I have encountered at a dealership. I have been looking for a month at different dealerships and this one is the only one that went far above the normal service. The whole process went smoothly and left me feeling beyond satisfied with my purchase. All the extras that they gave me was so awesome. The assurance of continued service in the future was also a blessing. Thank you again for all the care from all of you. I know selling a car is your job but the way you do it makes me the buyer know I will be back and I will be telling my family and friends to go to Auto List on Regent in Winnipeg.

First time I came to Autolist was a big surprise! Garry came to pick me up in Stonewall in his car as I told him I have no vehicle yet. From there, I got lots of support and attention to choose the exact vehicle I wanted from the staff at Autolist. The procedures went very smoothly, all the staff were very helpful. All the changes and modifications requested were done by the dealer. I got a full tank gas and a 7 day permit, giving me time to get an insurance for my new vehicle. Just before hitting the road, Karan explained very explicitly all the function buttons in the complex car! Thank you Karan. A big thank you to Garry. Thank you to all the staff of Autolist. I am very happy with my new vehicle.

I had decided on a vehicle a vehicle from a different dealership but because l enjoyed the sales people at Auto List l wanted to tell them in person l was buying somewhere else…. they deserved that much. Well they changed my mind…. They let me know how much they would like my business…. they were kind and genuine and they looked after all my concerns…. The finance department initially left me frustrated. However, the intervention of General Manager Paul Singh turned the situation around completely. Mr. Singh's professionalism and dedication are truly commendable, as he resolved the issue and displayed exceptional customer service. Overall I had a very positive experience buying from Paul Singh. I got a good price on the vehicle I bought and was made a fair offer on my trade in. There were some issues with the vehicle I bought. Paul and his team took care of everything, without hesitation, and at no extra cost to me. Everyone there is polite, friendly, and makes you feel welcome. I never found the salespeople to ever be pushy. Even after the deal was made and the papers were signed, Paul Singh and his team still made sure that they made time for me and would make sure that I felt like their number one priority.

All false hopes and promises from Auto List Of Canada. Poor customer service and even worse communications from this company. I would not even give 1 start. DO NOT GO TO AUTO LIST OF CANADA for anything. It was all good at 1st but 2 years into my lease when I went to get my suv fix. I was approached by the one staff saying I should trade in my vehicle and was told I would receive a good deal. Overall the fair price worth our 2 trips from Regina. I like the timely communication and considerate service provided by our sales representative Tatenda. I like the person who guaranteed it would pass SK inspection. It did pass without any problems, and he gained our trust. I hope the general manager had spoke with candour and mentioned the extra mandatory fees before the contract was printed for signing. It would be more pleasant if the mechanic speak more politely when we signed the updated contract on our second trip. Thank you Autolist, I enjoy my first car.

Heard some negative reviews at first about auto list, but every car place has there issues so I decided to give them a chance. I went and checked out an suv, they let me test drive it there was no pressure to buy it at all. Overall I had a great experience, everyone at auto list was super friendly through out the whole process from looking at the car to test driving it then to buying it. 10/10 a great experience and now I have a great car that drives and works great! Karandeep was a great sales man and was super helpful along with his coworkers.

Shady owners. I was leased a car that had its transmission ( CVT) zip tied together. Cost me $5000 out of my pocket to fix it when it broke. Dislawri Crown Nissan fixed it, this was noted on the receipt. Ishmar (Owner) also tried to insinuate that i steal the vehicle from Crown Nissans parking lot when i tried to have him help me out with this blunder (i did not initially have the $5000) because they gave me a car with a faulty CVT. Don't go here. All the 5 star reviews (I just deleted mine) were for the exchange of a gas card. Bribery.

I along with my friend went to Autolist to see a vehicle for me. There was guy (perhaps sales man) named Yousuf who called us there. First they treat well. There was a sales manager named Ali who was dealing with us regarding the purchase. While bargaining on price, he suddenly got furious and torn off the documents before us. We were stunned to see how a professional sales manager could behave like that. We left the business premises immediately after, and the guy name Yousuf said sorry to us for the sales manager's behavior.

Was just at Autolist the other day looking for my first car, and I just have to say the customer service was impeccable! I test drove 3 cars and my friends and I were so impressed by how fast and on par Fia was in helping me find exactly what I needed. I felt as though she wasn’t pushy, she was working for me and doing everything she could to make sure I was happy for my duration there. Very real, no BS, and very nice! Hey everyone this auto list is they have good and fair price. At first I meet with Seleba sales man. He is very good guy and respected person and then I meet with Moss sales manager he’s very friendly and helpful they’re all friendly.They promised me they gonna give me good warranty. Karandeep was very helpful. I did my product research on the car I purchased first. I Chose Autolist because they had the car I was looking for in excellent condition for a fair price and excellent customer service. I would recommend this place.

Vehicle was purchased and they kept changing the price. Vehicles transmission broke not soon after and they wouldn't honor the warranty. Currently attempting to take our property even though we never missed a payment until the Vehicle broke. We also had no clue they took out a mortgage on our home till years later. Never was explained or broken down to us. We're currently in the process of taking this company to court. Avoid buying a vehicle from this company at all cost. I believe they operate under Quick Auot lease now.

Great selection. Mohammad is fantastic to work with. Gives you lots of time and shows you all options he has. Update- service side sucks. been back twice and have to go a third time for all the little things that should have been taken care of by dealer before we left lot. Had to ask why gas tank was empty, why was car not fully detailed, why wasn’t there a second key with car. Now screws for licence plate not included with car. Still no time when to return to get car exterior detailed.

Stopped in to look at a few cars on their lot and left having purchased one of them! We were treated with nothing but respect and they made sure we understood everything down to the smallest detail. Do not go there to buy car. Or if you go there DO NOT GET THEIR FINANCE as they work with AAR financial and that institute will get 10000$ for a 3000$ loan from you . By the way they safety their own cars and miss lots of things in it !! They also freeze engine lights on their cars and if it comes back in few days they don’t care and act aggressively . Do not go close to that location at all . The dealership is a rip off and it joined with aar which is evil . Do not go there at all.

every vehicle that I had gotten from there needed repairs after repairs. and when our budget didn’t work for bi-weekly and had discussed about paying monthly instead (which they initially agreed to) ended up going into dept instead. if possible, look elsewhere for a vehicle instead of here, this place isn’t even worth a dime.

Haven't heard anything good about this place.. would not recommend dealing with them. Thanks for responding but have a look at your safety of vehicles. Used vehicles and inexperienced buyers end up with a lemon due the safety check not done properly. This will give you a bad name.
