After leaving a review, a staff member called my boyfriend stating he gained our information illegally from the AutoWorld repair centre. Extremely alarming that not only were they able to get my boyfriends number and name from another company, but to call him asking for me when I am not on any information for his accounts and to DEMAND I remove my review after having obtained information without consent. I will be reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau as they could have simply responded to my review stating it was the wrong company and I would have removed it. They crossed many lines including arguing with us about how he got our information from the Repair Shop given they are "apparently" not connected in any way, shape, or form. I would strongly give a second thought to going here and giving any information to this place after being contacted.

Seems like these guys are too busy to help their old customers like me. And its not just me, I have referred quite a few people here to help this business and these people are having same issue, not being paid attention to! Tasting (so called) success does not mean to behave like this! I hope this business is not inviting its own downfall by showing this kind of attitude. I hope they are not forgetting that they could be going south in no time with such attitude. I am definitely not doing business with them any more, nor reffering anyone again ever! It may not be a big chunk for this business to be noticed but it has begun and time for going south has started!
