I was disappointed with my last valet with another company, so I looked around online and found Auto Prestige Valeting. Their website looks very professional and it details what is included for each type of valet in an exceptional way, which is so easy and simple to find what you want or need doing to your vehicle. It also clearly lists the prices for each type of valet with any additional extra services that may be required so you know what to expect. I opted for a full interior valet with pet hair removal. I rang to book an appointment and spoke to Aaron who was very helpful, friendly and professional. He managed to get me booked in for that very same day due to a cancellation. He arrived at my house and straight away found mould under the car mats which the other company obviously didn't even touch. Aaron assured me he would sort it all out and he quickly got to work in very wet and rainy conditions. When he had finished he made sure I could properly inspect the interior of the car and I was really impressed at how clean he had made it, given the amount of dog hairs left by the previous owner. He pointed out that there were still some dog hairs ingrained in the carpet and that he was unable to get them all out in one session. He didn't charge me the full amount for pet hair removal and I thought the price he charged was extremely good value for his fantastic effort and the good high standard of work done on the interior. A very honest and good business man indeed! I am very happy with Aaron's work, my car smells amazing and I can no longer smell the dog odour. It looks so much cleaner inside, the dog hairs aren't as noticeable and eventually after a few valets they should disappear. I will definitely be using Aaron's services again and I would highly recommend him. Easy 5 star rating for me.

After years of finishing our Project car, we wanted to give it the final sparkling clean it deserved. Called out AP Valeting and Aaron came to do the job on a sweltering hot day. We weren't disappointed with the finished article - he did an outstanding job inside and out. Our 30 year old car now looks like new. Well impressed with the service and would highly recommend AP Valeting to anyone thinking of treating their car. I booked over the weekend and was impressed with how quickly my emails were being responded to. On the day of the booking, the person responsible for the valet turned up on time. I wasn't there when the valet was completed. On my return I was concerned about few things, I rang the company and the owner came back, with the cleaner immediately and spent another two hours, on top on the original 4 that they had spent. I was very impressed with the owners dedication to his business and providing the very best service. Overall very happy with the end result. Keep the good work up.

I had to return my lease car in A1 condition. The interior particularly needed attention. First time customer and will definitely be using AP again, to say my car was filthy before and I opted for one of their lower tier packages I'm amazed with the result. Certainly a much higher quality finish than I was expecting for the package I chose, the car almost looks like new inside and out and the paintwork is a mirror finish. My car really has needed a full valeting for a long time now. Paul and Adam had their work cut out for them with my not so tidy little car. Once finished though, it was as though my Aygo had been replaced with a brand new car. The exterior clean came out better than I thought possible, and the interior clean was to an incredible standard. They did an absolutely amazing job! I am over the moon with the results. Extremely happy with the services provided, sent an email enquiry and Aaron responded quickly with the quote for my vehicle and availability over the next few days. He arrived and was very professional I paid for the bronze valet which included an interior and tyre dressing as well as a vacuum. We have just had our Audi Q5 cleaned, polished with best ever gloss finish, It now looks looks like it has just come out of the showroom. Inside and out has been finished to such a high spec, the wheels are gleaming and the interior is spotless. Aaron is some man. 11hrs straight, No break nothing!! This guy has such a great eye for detail. Nothing was to much trouble. Went in for machine polish and ceramic coat. Such a brilliant job by a knowledgeable and friendly customer focused guy. Will definitely be seeing him for maintenance washes as and when. In my opinion should probably charge more!! Thanks for such a brilliant job!!!

The guys came right on time to give my (post-camping trip with 2 kids, caked in mud!) car a thorough clean. They did an amazing job, the car looks nearly-new and smells like we'd never been near a field! Great attention to detail, getting into difficult places to clean and really impressed with the work they did - will definitely be using these guys again!

Aaron is very busy, and for good reason. He did a fantastic job on an old car that had been a bit neglected (not cleaned or washed) for a couple of years. Interior and exterior haven't looked (or smelt) this good for a long time! Very reasonable rate for the time spent, very nice bloke as well. Great mobile service.

Used for the first time today to fully clean the interior of my Tesla Model 3, did a very thorough job and I'm very happy with it. Polite, honest and hard-working and also excellent value. I won't use anybody else any more and will book him in to clean a second car in the next few weeks.
