A bit more hidden parking garage at Tronchetto island. You need to know in advance where are you driving to, because you will drive somewhere else as others, on empty road, looks like leaving area of parking garages already. But they are definitely there and providing a good service. Garage has enough place, common parking lots, no need to leave car keys in (which I would never do so!). Pricing was a bit unclear - we did not booked online as we did not know exact arrival time. Online price seems to be 25€ (up to 24h), at the spot 30€ (not visible at the entrance, this is what we paid at the cash desk). But all fine. Guys were friendly, helpful, provide us basic info how to reach city center. Reaching car in the evening was possible only through main entrance (car entry), not through stairways entrances which were locked already around 21:00. This brings added safety value. Toilets available, quite clean. In general, satisfied, definitely will use again in case of visiting Venice, but will book online :)

It didn't close at midnight as expected... But much earlier. We were there by 23.45 and there was no way to get out. Emergency number could not respond. All neighbours seemed to knew that and invited us to call the Police because this happens way too often. The Police said they could do not do anything but were aware of the problem. They invited us to call the "Questura". We called the Questura and they seemed to be aware of the issue but could do nothing about that. They passed the call over to the patrol car. The patrol car had said they were aware of the issue but could do nothing about that. But they invited us to sue the garage. We had to sleep out overnight because they couldn't retrieve our car. The morning thereafter, my friend, who was the driver, dealt with the manager of the place who kept denying any wrongdoing and pretended to have been there whereas he was absolutely nowhere to be found. Poor service. Lies. Extra expenses to compensate.

Great parking. Great prices, easy to book online. The spaces are nice and spacious, underground. It's cheaper and easier/faster to get to than the ones next to Piazzale Roma, but downside is you have to walk or take a vaporetto. However, the vaporetto is just outside the parking lot. One thing this business needs to change is the directions. There are signs for pedestrian exits, but when you get there, the doors say not to open (emergency exits). We opened two doors to get out. The first one set off an alarm so we shut it, a second one worked without setting off an alarm. So, lesson learned: go out the emergency exits and ignore the alarm! I think...

Ho prenotato on line questo parcheggio (al Tronchetto) per una cena di lavoro. Purtroppo le indicazioni poco chiare non mi hanno messo in allerta ed ho sostato nel parcheggio più grande multipiano che ci si trova davanti all'arrivo. Poco pratico di Venezia e andando di fretta ho scoperto solo il giorno dopo dell'errore commesso. Ho dovuto pagare ovviamente due volte e quel giorno ero già il quarto. Quindi fate attenzione perché non rimborsano nulla. Ad ogni modo il parcheggio Interparking (Tronchetto) è un ottimo parcheggio, senz'altro meglio di questo di Isola Nova.

Parcheggio eccellente, personale gentilissimo e spazio ampio per le auto. Collegato benissimo con i mezzi pubblici (a 250 metri dalla fermata del vaporetto Tronchetto mercato dalla quale passa anche la linea notturna). Una particolare nota di merito per Michele che é rimasto mezz'ora oltre l'orario di chiusura per attendere il nostro arrivo tardivo e ci ha indicato la strada per i mezzi pubblici aiutandoci con i bagagli. Infine qualità prezzo ottima. Sicuramente da consigliare

Parking couvert sécurisé idéalement placé à proximité des Vaporetto. Bon rapport qualité prix. Plusieurs blocs de parking, places un peu petites à certains endroits. Prendre tickets pour Vaporetto en sortant du parking à droite (attention paiement par CB taxé) ou à l'entrée des Vaporetto c'est mieux. (A gauche en sortant du parking et tout droit). Personnel vraiment très agréable qui parle le Français.

Problemlos aus Deutschland reserviert. Ein- und Ausfahrt schnell und ohne Probleme. Garage war bewacht, nur muss man beachten das die Öffnungszeiten von 7.00 Uhr bis 23.00 sind. Leider etwas unscheinbare Einfahrt, man darf nicht in das große Parkhaus fahren, sondern vorbei und im Nebengebäude dann auf der rechten Seite. Nicht zu vergessen sind die freundlichen Mitarbeiter.

En un aparcamiento donde mucha gente lleva equipaje, el ascensor tiene que funcionar. Lo comento porque no me pareció que fuera una avería y en ese caso tal vez haya otros ascensores por los que llevar el equipaje pesado y no tirar de él por la rampa de los coches. Por lo demás, el Check-in y Check-out inmediato, iluminado, pasillos anchos y las plazas muy grandes.

Perfektný parking - rezervácia online, spätné potvrdenie veľmi rýchle, jednanie zamestnancov veľmi príjemné, aj s potrebnými odporúčaniami, platba pri odchode (25€) veľmi rýchla a jednoduchá. Dostať sa tam je tiež ľahké, stačí si pozrieť fotky na Google alebo si to prejsť google autíčkom ;) Ďakujeme za jednoduchú možnosť bezpečne parkovať v Benátkach ;)

Mi sono trovata benissimo, avevo letto delle recensioni che lamentavano la difficoltà per arrivare invece per noi è stato facilissimo. Ottima anche la comunicazione telefonica, la vicinanza al people mover ma anche alla fermata del vaporetto per arrivare direttamente in San Marco o al Lido. Ottimo prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato.

Makkelijk online te boeken, Makkelijk te vinden en bij ons stond een hele aardige meneer buiten om ons verder te helpen. Als eerste om te bevestigen dat we de juiste garage hadden en daarna door te verwijzen naar de afdeling waar we moesten parkeren (c). Wij zijn daarna lopend Venetië in gegaan, makkelijk en maar 20min lopen.

The best place to park in this city! A bit awkward with a guy just writing down your license plate by hand and handing you a piece of paper, but for 22€ you get underground parking with lots of room in between cars and daylight in the garage. Space is guarded, huge gates closed at night.

War nicht einfach zu finden. Personal sehr freundlich. Leider ist die Beschilderung unten irreführend und schlecht. Man weiß nicht wo man hinlaufen soll. Markierungen auf dem Boden wären sehr hilfreich. Die früheren Aufzüge und Zugänge sind alle inaktiv. Warum auch immer?

Booked online. Had rental car so had to check in wirh attendant as I did not know plate number at booking. Parking garage is spacious and modern. Walked with our luggage to the Troncetto A/B water bus to get to our hotel in Venice. Entire process was smooth and efficient.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter- einfach in die Tiefgarage einfahren und dort wartet bereits ein Mitarbeiter. People Mover gleich in der Nähe (1min zur Fuß) pro Person 1,50€ 5 Minuten Fahrt nach Venedig. Relativ Günstig für Venedig 35€ für 26 Std.

Si può prenotare in anticipo, si parcheggia in garage coperto, i posti auto sono larghi, le chiavi dell’automobile non le devi lasciare, il personale oltre a controllare l’ingresso è gentilissimo e ti da tutte le indicazioni per raggiungere Venezia. Bravi.

The booking was easy and when we came there, the plate was read without any problems. Also on our way out. The parking spaces are wide enough. 25 EUR for one day with 3,50 EUR fee. There could be more signs pointing to toilets inside the parking garage

Problemlose Online-Buchung, gut ausgeschildert und überwachter Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, alles unkompliziert. Preis 50 Euro für 48 Stunden top. Von dort ist es nicht weit zur Vaporetto Haltestelle Tronchetto und ist damit schnell im Zentrum.

Super zum Parken. Easy vorher online buchen. Unkomplizierter Empfang. HINWEIS: Der Ausgang für Fußgänger war nicht auffindbar. Ausgang war dann der Weg wie mit dem Auto rein - kurze Irritation. Ansonsten hervorragend!

Great parking, nice staff, also the parking lot is big enough.No need for leaving the keys. When you go out from the parking you can buy tickets for water bus nearby, and go on it , it is really close.

I got an Email that a parking spot was reserved with my Email which i didn‘t book. I wanted to inform them and cancel the reservation trough the Email on their website, but the Email is not found.

Totalmente recomendable si vas a Venecia. Es un aparcamiento que esta vigilado donde el personal es muy amable. Fácil de encontrar y plazas espaciosas. Relación calidad-precio estupenda.

Buy a parking ticket in advance and it will be all ok - the garage is convenient and appeaed to be safe. We paid about 28EUR for a full day stay from 10 am till 11 pm.
