Great little RV park. Location is near shopping, and the stadiums where the Royals and Chiefs play. Only a 15 minute drive to downtown Kansas City and 20 minutes to the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art and the Country Club Plaza. The owner is very hands on and helpful. He did all of the hookups and set me up for surviving a KC winter. This is a great space for those who need a space for short term (3 to 6 months) or longer. I have even seen a few overnights come through, but I would think you would rather stay at the Walmart up the road. I have a 24' Motorhome, but I see many travel trailers and big 5th wheels. All spots are back up, no drive throughs and there is a spot to park your auto.

Very clean very friendly very serviceable quick to respond to any needs very safe especially in a heart of some place that isn't safe Harley at all the groundskeeping and the maintenance done by the person named Jerry very wonderful man great experience I go back there any time good price good location this overall very nice wonderful safe place the maintenance and security done by this man Jerry he goes beyond and above any call of duty they are very lucky to have him place is very warm feeling homey feeling a place you would never want to leave!!!

Very sketchy maintenance is rare and utilize spit and toilet paper to make repairs. My front door hasn't locked since I moved in and it is reported by long term residents that the same key is used on every single trailer rented in the park. RV folk who come and stay only for a few months have no complaints but those of us renting the 20 to 40 year old trailers are pretty much ignored. Recently my mailbox key disappeared from my key chain and I haven't been able to check my mail for over a week.

We came in from Illinois, was so pleased that they met us and helped us hook up after hours. We loved the family that owned the park. Was delightful and helpful. Was so close to the Cheifs and Royals Stadium, which was so helpful. We will stay again if ever thru K.C. We were coming thru again this year . . But under new ownership…

Very well-kept RV Park. Quiet and near perfect for those looking for rest and relaxation. The ownership is very friendly and accommodating. Serving the 55 and older folks. Has been there under the same ownership since 1985. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing management and wonderful place!! My husband parked his RV here while working and we could not have asked for a better experience! Dan was very friendly and helped him in so many ways! Very thankful for Dan and this place!!

Very friendly management helped with setup upon arrival. Great location with stadiums just 5 minutes away and downtown KC about 15 minutes. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby as well. Great place for an extended stay.

Horrible place. Management is a crazy racist, fascist dictator that won't any visitors for more the ONE hour, no grandkids can sleep over EVER. No outdoor furniture either. UNBELIEVABLE

My wife and I are traveling nurses. We stayed here for 20 weeks. The owners were awesome. In our travels we have never met people more committed to making our stay a great one.

Nice place if you can get a spot. Small mobile home court that is slowly changing over to RV's. No pool, no WiFi, no cable, but inexpensive! Manager is very.helpful!

Woo-wee, I've never had to visit a trailer park community before. This was work related. I'll leave my negative words to myself.

So far this is turning out to be a solid network of fairly nice older folks, as you would imagine. So far, so good.

Owner takes great pride in the park. Very well maintained. Excellent park to stay in with nice friendly residents.
