it's been a two month. i lost 3 kg weight. Very good gym. i will suggest one thing that we need one more trainer in morning. timing are good for sessions and all. Not much expensive. Anyone can afford it.

We'll maintained equipments, seperate cardio, cross fit and weight training area, has a hack squats machine which is not available in all the gyms in the area so if that matters to you, cheers …

Nice place but few equipment are broken like the pull up bar has a plastic splinter cutted my hand the rope doesn't have handle I will recommend to go a little late otherwise a lots of rush is here
