*Update* My husband used a third party called FLORAQUEEN. They took his money then placed a much smaller bouquet order with this florist. It was a scam and from what we could research, it appears the florist was not at fault or involved. I would suggest to the florist being cautious when accepting these kinds of orders in the future. The money is irretrievably lost and a hard lesson was learned. Not sure why but we were scammed for mother's day and it's pretty disgusting. My husband ordered thru 800- flowers.com...paid the extra $20 for guaranteed Sunday delivery, and the $200 order included flowers, plush bear and box of chocolate. Nothing arrived on mother's day, not even an apology, yet somehow we received a delivery confirmation email. What? After complaining in email a very small and cheap bouquet showed up on Tuesday...no plush bear and no chocolate. We emailed another complaint and have no response. So obviously someone's wife or mother received the gifts that my husband paid for, bravo, hope you're proud of yourself. Oh, we're absolutely contacting the Better Business Bureau and I'm making sure this is NOT swept under your hateful rug!

Ex husband ordered a dz roses for my daughter's 10th birthday on a Thurs am to be delivered on Fri am (her B-Day) flowers were delivered on Thurs pm left on my doorstep for us....beautiful flowers BUT were very ugly flowers by Tues. I called on Thurs am to speak to a manager but was told a manager will call me back, received a mgr call back on Fri am(24hrs later), I was told everything is made fresh daily but was immediately asked if I cut the stems on the roses, when I asked why I'd need to if they were freshly made that am she immediately said she meant everyother day to 3 days and because I didn't call within 2 days (a Sun) basically no refund would b given only a credit or a replacement. Flowers were not delivered when requested, left on my doorstep and a call back 24hrs later from a manager.....will not be doing business from here again. FYI....HEB has very pretty roses and they last without having to cut stems everyother day AND they are cheaper too....

These guys did an excellent job yesterday (Valentines Day) when it came to my order. I needed the address changed on my order the day of the delivery and when I called, all that I received was excellent customer service. I could hear that they were busy on their end but they made it a priority to solve my problem. They allowed me to explain the situation, they offered exceptional solutions, and never once did I feel that I was not the priority. I wish more places had customer service traits like Awesome Blossom. The flowers I ordered for my wife were absolutely beautiful and it put a big smile on her face to receive flowers on Valentines day. Additionally to my experience with them, they have a very clean website which is easy to navigate and order online with. Ordering online made the whole process easy, quick, and trouble free. Thank you Awesome Blossom for all of your help and I will always keep you guys in mind for all of my flower needs.

**UPDATE: Manager called back and said that the dead lilies and roses are the batch they have to make arrangements with today and they will not offer a new arrangement or any sort of refund. I asked, "so you will not be doing anything to fix this?"--answer, "No." BUYER BEWARE! The arrangement I received was over $80, roses and lilies. I felt as though there was a lot of green and baby's breath-so it looked a little store bought rather than from a florist. Also, half of the lilies that were bloomed were already browning and wilted and about half of the roses were already fully bloomed and opened. The vase was nothing very pretty-rather dated looking and appeared to be the same one you could purchase at a local Dollar Store. I would not purchase an arrangement from this florist, and have recommended to my husband not to purchase from here again.

My mother-in-law sent a Mother's Day Floral arrangement, it was received on Friday. I noticed there was what I think was a Lily or the remains of one, it had two hanging leafs. The pink roses were not so pink, as they had brown patches and were wilted looking. Some of the greenery was dry like they were left without water for a while. When received there was some water but not much, poor things were dehydrated. Today is Saturday and dont think the flowers will make it to see tomorrow, Mother's Day. That's a shame$$. There are red and pink carnations, they last forever. The vase was so-so looking. No ordering from this place again. If you are too busy, do not take on more than you can handle, spread the wealth there are other florists who need business as well, especially nowadays. Peace Out!

If I could, I would give Dolly and staff a 10+++. I ordered flowers for a friend off a website. My friend loved the flowers but they were not at all what I ordered. I paid extra for a deluxe bouquet but what my friend received was less than a regular bouquet. My friend was thrilled just to be remembered but I was disappointed that she did not get what I ordered. I called the florist (Dolly) at Awesome Blossom. She had not received any instructions other than a pastel lavender rose bouquet from the online flower company, not even the name of the website on the order. When she looked up my order from the website she was so apologetic and offered to send another bouquet like the one she saw on the website. I would give that website -1 while giving Awesome Blosson a 100% 10+++

A dear friend in Indiana ordered beautiful flowers to be delivered to our home. I neglected to inform the security gate that flowers were to be delivered that day. And worse yet, though I was home, I did not have my cell phone on me that afternoon! Awesome Blossom thankfully was persistent in personally trying to reach me by phone (from 1:30pm until 6:30pm!) & persistent in having the gate contact me by phone & text! Their persistence won out! At 6:30pm I finally saw the cell phone messages & told security to let them in to deliver! Within minutes she rang the doorbell holding a beautiful flower arrangement that smelled like an English Rose Garden! Thank You Awesome Blossom for your Determination with Grace!

While I cannot speak to the ordering process, I received a gift bouquet today and it is beautiful! I had no idea these were coming, so when I got a text message from "Awesome Blossom Florist," I was elated, only to walk out to... no flowers. I called the shop and it turned out to be a little delivery hiccup, but the situation was remedied quickly (within the hour!) and with such positivity on the owner's behalf. The shop owner was a delight to speak with and obviously cares about people, especially their customers, but also, people: as they put it, my neighbors might've really needed flowers today too. New to the area and excited to have a local flower shop I can count on. Thank you!

These guys have always gone completely above and beyond expectations. I made a significant mistake in my first order with them and they resolved it without any problems. Since then I've continued to go back- and the flowers have been great and always have effort put into the arrangements. I recently sent flowers to a dog as an inside joke (instead of the dog's owner)- and Dolly called me to see if they could include a small bag of dog biscuits with the flower delivery to make it seem more authentic. I received pictures of the arrangement with a doggie bag of biscuits tied to it. You won't find a nicer group of people. You're in good hands here.

Today was my first time using Awesome Blossom Florist! I had a wonderful costumer experience this morning when placing an order for delivery. The courteous lady answering the phone was kind and very patient when taking my order. She was very detailed and assured me of a great product. Well.... let me tell you, she delivered two beautiful arrangements and I was more than pleased. The two young medical assistants whom received the floral arrangements were beyond exited and appreciated the beautiful master piece. Awesome Blossom Florist has gained a loyal costumer!! AWESOME is the perfect name !

My mom, who lives in another state, sent me a beautiful bouquet from this florist, and they really live up to their name! They delivered a stunning arrangement with colors complementary to the fall season. The delivery driver then sent me a brief text letting me know there were flowers at my door (which I'm grateful for because I had my headphones on and didn't hear the doorbell) and the business name. I'm really pleased and I hope I get an excuse to do business with them in the future!

Thank you for all your help with my today's issue. Last week, I placed an order through 1-800-flowers and they fulfilled the order but somehow the flowers were a little bit dry "based on my colleagues feedback/pictures" and as soon as I emailed them "today" my colleague pinged me ASAP to make me aware that "she received a new batch and that the flowers looked fresh and gorgeous". Thank you for being courteous and in a timely manner with my issue, I truly appreciate it.

I like to support local businesses, but I'm not gonna be able to recommend this place unfortunately. 130$ for them just to completely botch my valentines day delivery and not even provide an apology. Complete joke and I'm not here for any excuses. EDIT: Not interested in your excuse, you all should have made delivery arrangements with the building beforehand, or told me you were not able to make the delivery. Your excuse does not make things okay

I ordered flowers for a friend at the hospital. It was delivered correctly but Nurses did not notify patient because it could not be brought in room. I called and they delivered a new flower arrangement free of charge to my friend's house!!! (She had since been discharged.) The arrangement was beautiful and it brightened my friends day when she has a long road to recovery ahead of her. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!!

I recieved my first arrangement with no card. When I called they provided me with some information to see who sent the arrangement. Later on that day they called and said they had the card and would bring to me the following day. They also gave me a beautiful arrangement since they made the card mistake. It was beautiful. Great Quality and Service I purchased a bouquet through a 3rd party vendor and Awesome Blossom took care of it. But it turned out they received the wrong info and delivered the wrong bouquet. I called and they said they would take care of it and they redelivered the right one at no cost and it was just so beautiful I was completely impressed with the quality and assortment! My definite go-to florists from now on.

They took care of my flowers and my wife loved them. I called at 2PM on Saturday & they close at 3PM. I spoke with the designer & told her what I wanted & she was very knowledgeable & helpful. I sent my husband to pick up the arrangement before 3:00, & when he brought it in I was in awe of its beauty! They did a FABULOUS job!! Amazing shop with amazing customer service!!!!! My order was Gourgeous and delivered in timely manner but with my name misspelled just a little bit, which was not that big of the deal to me :) , however, manager called herself and apologized and sent another small arrangement as an apology next day!! What other company would do that? Lol I would highly recommend them!!
