Shifting date 31/08/23 From: My Home Vihanga To: Tellapur About this packers in few words - rude, unprofessional, no morals, shaming and blackmailing. I was in rush to shift luggage as scheduled NoBroker packers backed off in last minute. After seeing Google reviews called this packers and finalized deal for 11k for DCM for intra city move of less than 10km. I got approval from my My Home Vihanga till 11PM. They will allow only between 9AMThey said, they will reach by 5.30PM. However, reached by 6.45 or so. They got the material and said, they are just returning from delivery and didn't had lunch yet and went for food. They returned by 9PM and started packing. Boys were exhausted with previous assignment and were asking for taking some rest. Unfortunately, I'd request them to start as I need to vacate asap. They completed packing by 2 AM. Since the approval was only till 11PM, security didn't allowed DCM inside society at that very late night. Boys said, they will go for sleep. At 8AM morning they resumed and reached destination by 11.30. Here is when the drama started by Axis Packers office executive. He said, i kept the boys and vehicle whole day and they had to cancel another assignment, hence he demanded to pay another 11 thousand otherwise, he said he will not unload goods. Discussion went on for 2 hrs explaining that they boys slept in the night and it is 6 hrs of their sleep for which he is charging me exactly double to the whole package and movement. He didn't gave any ear to what I said and started to raise voice, yell and blackmail that he won't unload goods and for whatever the delay further happen, he will again charge me for that. Boys started pushing me to pay so that they xan unload and go. Literally, Axis Packers started humiliating. I was in so much mental trauma and i had to pay extra 9k. So, total 20k(besides food and tips) they charged for 8km shifting and 6hrs of their boys sleep. He said, their boys work 24/7 and they will assign work like that during month ends(violation of labour laws) and also, he didn't gave bill saying that, he is kind and if he put bill, I have to pay another 3600 for tax. I'd to keep packing boxes and he asked for 100rs/box (all other packers said 60rs) as the deposit. I've asked him to collect boxes after 12 days without deposit as I've paid 9k extra and he agreed. Coming to transport, boys behaviour is good however, they didn't handled items properly. They didn't wrapped matress and dragged them on the floor. They became red and muddy. Some other packages were also damaged because they dragged them on the floor/podium. Fridge got lots of small dents. Overall, i would strongly NOT recommend Axis Packers.

Horrible and pathetic service. These guys are not packers and movers instead they are gundas.... The way vikas talks is very unprofessional and as mentioned he is a Gunda.... He tone is different you opt the service and later it changes... They literally forced me to keep couple of carton boxes after shifting, collected 100 rs per box... Now he says "kya kar logo jao nahi pick karunga" ( I will not pick the cartons do what ever you want).... Utterly unprofessional and he is openly cheating and threatening the customer... VIKAS IS A ROWDY AND A CHEAT, does not how to talk to customers.... You can type whatever you want to... Your reply itself shows how professional you are and I am not justifying myself again... It is my responsibility to warn others and even after that if people want to opt for your service it is their wish... You cannot run a business by rowdism... Using derogatory words like servant, money etc you can not justify you action...

Horrible service. 1 star because I couldn’t give any less than that. I was promised my bike would be delivered to destination 2 days after I hand over it for packing. It’s been 4 days since promised date and no sign of my bike and they are not even responding to my calls and messages. If there are genuine reasons for delay I can understand but there is no proper communication from them till now. It makes me think that they stole my bike & now I am being forced to file a complaint on them. I’d not recommend using this service unless you want to lose track of your vehicle for days to these irresponsible frauds without any response on your vehicle whereabouts. Vehicle theft and money laundering. Don’t trust them and suffer like me.
