Please note each and every detail below; 1. Got his reference through a person from whom I pick up fishes 2. Ordered a bigger tank to which he readily agreed 3. Post the details discussed and advance taken reached in time to deliver 4. This is where the problem starts, we gave him the table where the tank was to be made 5. It was so last minute that he refused to make it in the table on pretext of glass not holding that we had to agree and provide him another space 6. He claims to be professional but he didn’t take any measurement of filter/Lights/Wave maker 7. While making the aquarium he will give you stories of the world that he is this and that n blah blah blah 8. Now comes the interesting part, I Nec the aquarium is done and when I call him to help me for placement, he has all the excuses of the world and he doesn’t take interest in coming (this is where I feel, I should have held his payment till completion of job) 9. He has fixed a bracing in aquarium which will not allow me to fix the filter, i again approach him with photos to which he says “Glass wale se batana padhega. Wo machine se cut kar dega” to which I say sab mujhe he karna hai toh aapko kyun contract diya.? 10. He calls me and the situation escalates as he feels that he can do anything wrong as he has seen my house and my family. In very subtle way he threatens me! (Please note he is from Mumbra, rest I don’t have to say anything, majority know what Mumbra is all about) 11. If anything happens to me or my family Imran is to be blamed as he has threatened me! Below is the initial review put by me as Imran spoke to me decently and claimed to be a professional. “Super detailing. Imran had to come twice as the glass wasn’t cut properly. He ensured the work is done within time. The best part. You get the glass, he fits it. Or he can do the entire job.” Please ignore the nice review as you get to see 100% of anyone during service!

Mr. imran is a great aquarium maker and he have a good experience fo making fishtanks Very polite and gentlemen and he also have a great experience in fish keeping too and always ready to share his experience of keeping fish which will help u in ur hobby highly recommended

Superb service and great execution of the complete repair work of my tank. Very polite and does the job perfectly. Highly recommended. He's my permanent go to guy for all my glass needs.
