I have been here several times. Each and every time, the staff have not been cooperative. They don't even say any greeting before or after the transaction. No welcome, no thank you. Moreover, I had to return the shirt because it has a stain. I told the staff about it, he called the manager. The manager, explained that therenis a no return policy. I said i'm returning it because it was defective. In the end, he allowed to change it. People here are honestly very very terrible when it comes to customer service. Bape management should move these people. But onw saving grace is the new chinese staff. I think she's new to the store. She isn't the previous terrible one who always have this smirky face who doesn't even smile. Bape is a good brand, but it's staff members are the worst.

I been to many brands in sapporo balenciaga, gucci all those when i ask something they would bring it like for an example where are the male pants? Even if it is all different locations they would bring me some nice ones or them to me but the lady just pointed at one of the pants hanging around and said it's all on display. Never welcomed either i think the beef don restaurant nearby is more welcoming.

Woke up early morning to be first in line only to find out, the line system is not first come first served. You pick a number and that's your line number. What a disappointment. Other than that inconvenience, (it was really cold that morning) store has lots of clothes and accessories. New Year Lucky bag was nice too.

Chinese speaking lady is very uncooperative with sizing. Every item we asked she said it was unavailable on the spot without checking. On a hunch we asked another staff who checked the backroom and was able to find the size very easily which makes us wonder how many other items we could've bought.

I know it’s a thing bape do not allow customers to try T-shirts on, but come on. LA let me did it, Taipei let me did it... I got fat and just want to see if I need to go up a size. Smh, I don’t see any high end store won’t let you try t-shirts on. Other than that, they have good stuff.

tax free scam. As a tourist, i enjoyed tax free shopping until spending money to this shop. This shop created something call tax free commission. Although it wasn't much money. I felt like being scammed. No other place asked for tax free commission

The staffs are not friendly at all, the chinese lady is just not smiling. They all seem like they dont care. this store costs a damn fortune and yet there is no proper service inside.

店員の愛想は悪いが、無駄に話しかけてくるわけでもないので時間を使って買い物出来た。 ただ、そのような対応をされるのが嫌な方は、実物だけを見に来てあとは公式サイトやフリマから購入を勧める。他の方も書いてあるように、中国語を話す女性店員の態度は、客を下に見てるような買う気を失わせる態度をとってきます

Service was so good Staff were extra friendly compared to harajuku tokyo’s bape, they should learn the attitude from the staff at sapporo.
