It is a neat and clean shop on main canal bank road. Variety is good. Counter staff can sometimes make a mistake while packing shoes so it's your job to make sure that you get all the shoes you pay for and only those that you intend to buy. ;)

I think Bata have improved a lot. I stoped buying from bata back in 2012 because of a bad experience, they were not returning my shoes which were damaged. And they were also in guarantee period. But anhow the past is past i visited Bata

Its a usual Bata outlet. Its authentic although not some private people selling Bata shoes. They have almost all the variety. The shop was clean, location is good and the shoes are well you know how Bata shoes are.

Nice store with a wider product range of all group of people of all ages. Staff is cooperative and quick. Parking is available, approach is easy and simple.

Bata should respect their customer more than money in my opinion (dont charge extra dues for bags just add them in some type of other taxes.

Good range of boys. But need to more focus on ladies shoe variety along with baby girls shoes range particularly 8 to 10 years age

Rude staff variety is good but the salesman was very rude. He got offended when i asked him to bring another size of a shoe.

Outlet is good but staff shortage causes a lot of waiting time to get your desired shoe size. Good experience to buy.
