‍♀️I just noticed that I posted a review by mistake, I deleted it guys, I'm so sorry . I don't know how it ended here, it was my terrible paintball experience. I'm pretty confident that whoever read it understood that it had nothing to do with bft. I have been a sports addict years ago having been a competitive basketball player and kick boxing for 5 years. I've been a member at bft since day one at Leicester and really fell in love ❣️. This is the kind of gym I was looking for since I've moved back to Leicester from Egypt. Sessions are varied and challenging between strength, conditioning, cardio... All my muscles are working, the atmosphere is something else, coaches are coaching , keep eyes on you and help pushing your limits. Members are great and lovely, we motivate each other even if we meet for the first time and the time schedule slots are flexible. So I can train at 5 am just before work. A 5-star review is not enough, training within a group with personal trainers around who ensure that you're getting technics/ forms right is truly different and better. Bft helps me to stay fit, feel good mentally and above all, I'm having fun. 6 days a week I leave bft studio high, getting my happy hormones overdose ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐10 out of 5 guys. You have to try to be convinced !

Awsomeness, can't believe I didn't want to do this initially. But if you are serious about getting into shape this is the place. All levels of physique have joined, I've seen members from first time in a gym to those training for competition and such. Trainers are very lively and engaging. They are well versed in understanding individuals requiments, needs and limitations. They will help each person to develop techniques and methods specifically targeted to achieve personal objectives on a personal agenda. The difference between this gym and a traditional gym is as a member, you are a person with a name and not an account. You only have to show up ready to do your part. The workouts are planned weekly so absolutely zero accountability on your part. No more making decisions on what to do today or which social media gurus have the best training regimes this week. Pick the days and time and show up ready to give it your best. Personally, the best part is not only the physical benefits, but mentally I feel very good and balanced. It's a good way to wind down and destress if you prefer an end of day workout.

I've just hit 100 sessions at BFT Leicester. When I first started, back in Feb 2023, my motivation was to get back into the shape I was in my mid 20s, after having many years off. Honestly this was a brilliant decision, I have no regrets about cancelling my gym membership to be a part of this studio. This is not your average 'Gym', its semi-personal training, scientifically backed, in an awe inspiring group environment. I hear many people confusing it with crossfit or les mills per se, it is so much more than this. The ultimate strength and conditioning facility. After 100 sessions, I'm in better shape than ever, having lost 8kg, mostly in body fat. Im fitter, faster, stronger and more explosive than I was at my previous peak in my mid 20s. I couldnt recommend BFT Leicester enough, and as I advise most people, contact to the studio, do a week and I guarantee you'll be addicted.

BFT is exactly what i've been looking for as I seek to improve my fitness. The coaches all have exceptional technical expertise while also being extremely personable, striking the perfect balance between motivating and keeping the sessions fun, to ensure they get the most out of everyone attending. The team training sessions are the perfect environment for me. It gives me access to the guidance I need from coaches without the pressure I feel from one-on-one PT training. The community element is more important than I initially realised. BFT Leicester has developed a pressure free, encouraging environment between members who help and care for each other as they train. The classes throughout the week have great variety. Facilities and kit are great too.

Their sessions vary day by day, focusing on all areas of the body and are inclusive of all levels of fitness. I also really like the sense of community you build with those you workout with. BFT’s trainers/PTs are knowledgeable, friendly and honestly give you a great push every session, making the environment not only supportive (teaching you the basics if you need a hand), but challenging, which is great if you’re kinda competitive like I am! Overall a fantastic gym!

Amazing Coaches, classes & Community. These are the foundations that BFT builds itself on and has been a great factor in my physical and mental health since joining. The coaches have such vast knowledge and are super welcoming that it really motivates you to do well and strive a never give up mentality. Classes are unique and different, which stops you from getting board along with the technology on offer it really pushes you. Finally the community which has been personally one of my most favourite aspects has been welcoming since day one. Everyone is there for the same reason and no matter your ability in the gym everybody around you will encourage and engage with you from start to finish. Would recommend BFT to absolutely everyone.

BFT Leicester has made me love training again. Since joining only a month ago, I already feel a lot stronger and fitter. Everyday there are different classes, and each work different energy systems, so no cardio session is the same! As I previously weight trained, I love the fact I can still incorporate this in these classes as they also have dedicated strength days and mixed cardio and strength classes. All the PT’s are amazing too! They are super friendly, informative and push you throughout the sessions to allow you to get the best out of yourself. Overall i love training here and think I’d find it difficult to go back to a traditional gym. Thanks guys.

It feels like one on one PT! The classes are tough but the trainers are super sensible with you. Its also a great community vibe thats been built in the short time its been open. Yes its more expensive than a gym, but a) its not a gym, and b) it really does feel like PT with you having to demonstrate (with trainers on hand to push you if youre not) youre working within a particular heart rate zone for that exercise in order to feel the benefit and c) theres a decent amount of qualified trainers in each class guiding you through the exercises and motivating you. My health has improved massively and ive lost a decent amount of weight. Get signed up!

A great space where everyone encourages each other regardless of fitness levels. The heart rate monitor and screen shows you the pace and target to reach which is a great way to motivate and push you. The variation in classes also makes it not feel repetitive and boring. The staff and couches are their not just to push you but to make you feel comfortable, the team also make the effort to go the extra mile with me and I now feel it’s an extension of I have a new like minded community and family. I fully recommend BFT to better yourself and feel good about yourself. You will see the benefits as I have. Love for the love.

I have tried all types of training and gyms and nothing has produced results like the programming at BFT. I am only on week 4 of training and I am stronger, feel superb and have a noticebale difference with my cardio capabilities and physically I can already see how much leaner I am becoming. I haven't worked out for over a year and was nervous to start again but the coaches at BFT made me feel safe and motivated. This training is not comparable to anything I have ever experienced, the programming, the technology, the community and the education from the coaches is exceptional. I am officially addicted!

I started at BFT last week and it is insanely good, it’s an amazing clean facility, access to the top equipment and it is just a great environment to be in, I love the atmosphere it has everything you need. I felt comfortable there after my very first session. Everyone is so friendly, all the trainers are fab with a lot of passion for their work, they all have genuine enthusiasm for every member and they are all so knowledgeable. I am looking forward to my journey at BFT, by far the best place I’ve trained, I’m so glad we now have one in Leicester I can’t see myself ever training anywhere else.

Cannot recommend BFT enough. I’ve never been a fan of going to the gym and never really knew what to do once I was there but since joining BFT, I’ve loved every minute of it (to the point where I now go 5 times a week!) They offer a range of classes that help with strength, cardio, etc and the coaches are extremely helpful, enthusiastic and push you to achieve the best you can. The community is also amazing, everyone is so friendly and supportive and it’s like we’re a big family. Can’t see myself leaving anytime soon ☺️

Started the Gym when it first opened up and had to take a break after a couple of months, but after coming back I knew no other gym would be worth going back to than BFT. Coaches are very supportive and helpful! Great environment to work out with amazing coaches who push you to be your best self. They’ve helped me make sure I got the right form and technique in the strength sessions that I’m not the best in. Would 100% recommend it to anyone who wants motivation and a push in the gym that you can’t find anywhere else!

Attended a power class prior to the National Fitness Awards on Friday. Really impressed with all the facilities from the changing rooms, the kit, the gym itself through to the staff. Despite being a long way outside my comfort zone and in a fairly busy class the trainers took the time to give individual attention throughout so I was able to complete the class. Thanks for having us. It was a pleasure to meet you all and good luck in all you do.

I joined BFT when it first opened and have been going ever since! The class structure is very good with plenty of variety with focus on all aspects of fitness including aerobic, strength, mobility & power. The coaches are very engaging and help to generate a good atmosphere in the gym. Everyone is very welcoming and encouraging no matter the level! There isn’t anything else like it in Leicester and would highly recommend

A fantastic gym with a great programme and shows progression. Great community and amazing trainers who push you when needed ( although I will never admit that in class). I was missing this type of gym having moved back to Leicester from London in the pandemic. I recommend anyone to try this gym and you will be instantly hooked. Great location with free parking and for any commuters a less than 5 min walk to the station.

Had my first session this week, and it was amazing. The instructors were very helpful from the minute I walked in, with setting up the heart rate monitors, talking us through the class and then explaining and guiding throughout the session. Was a hard workout but was also really fun and engaging, the 50mins were up before you knew it. Free parking which is always a plus! Will definitely be attending more sessions.

I love coming to the gym. The idea of group training is extremely good and all the workouts are designed with a lot of thought given to each and every aspect of fitness. The heart rate is constantly monitored so it’s very scientific and data driven. Everything is being tracked and super organised. The trainers are all very warm and keep an eye on you. They ensure that we get our form right and push us when needed.

Joined just over a week ago. Completed 4 sessions, and all been brilliant. The support network is incredible, 2 PT's support each session to guide and ensure all posture, etc, are correct. None of these guys have their mobiles out during session time, ensuring full focus is on us. Keeps me motivated and getting me to do work I thought I was not capable of. I joined BFT Leicester after having not trained in about a year, so I was worried I'd feel out of place, but this wasn't the case at all. I haven't met a single member that hasn't been friendly, the trainers are all amazing, and the classes are great. It has such a good vibe from the moment you walk in and the sense of community really motivated me to do well in the class and still feel comfortable even though it was my first session! If you're not a gym goer, or don't have a clue what to do in the gym, this is the place to join!!! No thinking, just turn up and the BFT team do all the hard work!!! You also will be doing hard work. Don't need to be there for hours, 50 minutes will get your heart pumping like it's never pumped before. Joined in June after having a baby in Feb and no turning back for be!!!

Being a member at BFT is the best decision I have ever made. I feel a lot happier, healthier and confident in myself. The trainers are really welcoming, knowledgeable and really care about everybody. This gym is like no other, it has a community feel to it and you will make great friends. I never thought I would love the gym, but I do!

I joined this gym thinking it would be for a short period, but I'm loving it now. The classes are well-designed, so every day is fun, challenging and effective! The atmosphere is friendly and supportive. Members support each other while working out, and the staff is fabulous, helpful and encouraging throughout the class.

Best gym experience! Went for 1 trail day and now go 6 times a week! Love it! Trainers are amazing, community vibes are awesome and the training works. The price is a little high, but we'll worth it if you go every day and are serious about fitness. Highly HIGHLY reccomend! More people need to know about this place.

Amazing class!!! Easy to follow and keep motivated with the rest of the class. The same class will run all day at different times of the day making it convenient to attend with a busy schedule, with a difference class each day of the week, giving a variety on a weekly basis. Neat setup. Purposeful sessions, led by two motivating and knowledgable instructors. Enjoyed the pairing up which promotes a great social setting. Points system based on maintaining a heart rate at 60-70% max shows their dedication to sustainable, responsible training. Great showering facilities too.

Absolutely love this place…. Not somebody who typically enjoys working out but the structure, variety, tech and down to earth coaches just mean it flies by loving me rand and king great. Somehow they manage to run a class the caters for all levels at the same time.

Recently had a group training session here with the Womens Leicester Falcons and it was great! Left with a real endorphin high! The heart rate tracking helps you not focus too much on the exercise and more on what you can push your body to do!
