Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Bishop's Pharmacy! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The pharmacy had a wide range of products, and I was pleasantly surprised by their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. A fantastic service! Bishops Pharmacy offers a fantastic service. I have been using this pharmacy for years and they continue to be the number one pharmacy. The staff members have been very helpful and understanding as well as thorough and professional. They are always smiling and putting their customers first! They also have a great website which is clear and concise with useful information regarding a variety of luxuary skin care products. They have a great range of products in store and online making it very convenient to order. Overall a highly recommended pharmacy!

Their website has misleading prices. I went in looking for a small 5g tube of Emla cream which they advertised for £2.89 online but tried to charge me over £6 for in-store. Their explanation was that it was an online-only price from their website (although the website failed to mention this). I then bought them from a Superdrug store for £3.50 each. They are almost twice as expensive as the bigger pharmacies and they do not honour their online prices. Check prices before you buy and make sure you shop around!

Bishops pharmacy is the best one by far my family & i have used. Sosuan the pharmacist & chirag can never do enough for us. We would be lost without them! If prescriptions are not in yet or are incorrect they resolve the issue with the Gp. If they do not have stock they order within 24hours or usually source an alternative. We are very grateful to them for everything they do to look after the Levingstone family.

We needed to get some expensive (but well-known and standard) eczema medication for my baby daughter and we found out Bishops were charging more than 80% more than other local pharmacies and even pharmacies in central London. Profiteering at its most ugly. Staff were unsympathetic and rude when we requested a fair price. Avoid and choose any of the near local alternatives.

I had a fabulous experience with the knowledgeable team who gave really good advice. They recommended products that were prefect for my skin. They are the best in the area. Good value for money and very conveniently located. If you're looking for a great personal service this place is for you!

An excellent pharmacy with caring and friendly staff. I’ve been a customer here for a long time and find they go the extra mile to help me whenever I come in. They also have great luxury skincare range with products that are hard to find online. Would definitely recommend Bishops Pharmacy!

Excellent service. professional, friendly and always helpful! They are extremely busy sometimes so there may be a few minutes wait for your prescription - but I guess that’s the proof that they’re a popular Pharmacy delivering quality care! Keep up the good work!

This Chemist is brilliant! In the years I have been going and collecting medication regularly, they have NEVER been out of stock, I have NEVER had to wait long, and they are ALWAYS so polite and friendly!!
