Visiting from New York city for work, I decided to go here with some coworkers. New York has its own restaurant called 'Bistro Burger', so I was curious how this place would measure up. Well, I have to say I wasn't disappointed. Very good indeed, and I really like the variety of burgers. There's a California burger with avocado, an 'original' burger with gruyere cheese, and a Tuscan burger with sun-dried tomatoes—which is what I had. The place even has milkshakes—they'll spike 'em if you ask. If you go, try the waffle fries—everybody raved about them at my table! Don't expect to get the same kind of burger or vibe as the New York Bistro Burger—they're two totally different kinds of places. But it's worth a trip to it's Shanghai cousin if you're hankerin' for a taste from home.

The first burger place I've been to outside of the States. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. However, there was quite a variety of burgers to choose from on the menu, as well as other options for vegetarians. While the burger I ordered (the Italian buffalo) was not fundamentally bad, there just not enough flavor to make me understand how it was different from a normal hamburger. The presentation was also flimsy and added to the reason I'm leaving five stars. If you go, I'd recommend a regular burger, and one of there milkshakes. The milkshakes were actually quite delicious!

Good quality burgers, milkshakes are very solid too. They have great deals (currently either buy 1 get 1 free for burgers and a complimentary shake to every burger on another evening). Not too crowded when we were there.

Gourmet burgers in a cozy atmosphere. The burgers are a nice size, not too big. The ingredients are very fresh. I had the Tuscan burger with a tapenade of eggplant and sun-dried tomatoes on top. It was delicious!

Really tasty burgers. Lots of options. They also have alcoholic milkshakes that are really tasty. This is one of my favourite spots in Shanghai to get a taste of Western food when I'm missing it the most.

Nice place to "escape" in case you want to have a break from Chinese food. Locals here are minority and the burgers taste awesome. There is also a wall of fame for 800gr fast eating burgers animals :)

Okay for burgers. Both bun and patty were decent but overall harmony of burgers were not so special. It might be a good option for meat lovers. (I prefer more balanced one)

excellent burgers and a great variety of choices. Good atmosphere. Finally a place where the burger's taste of meat is not covered by strong sauces and condiments.

The burger patty itself is quite bland, needs additional sauces to make it taste good. Tried their burgers a few times and decided they're not worth my calories.

Want burgers? Want excellent burgers? This is your place. Also, milkshakes are great. Also, they have a challenge. Ask about it and dare to try it!

Decent burger. The best part of this place was it's fries and the tomato sauce. The bad part is it's quite pricy.
