I chance upon bloom2u on 2016 and placed my very first order with them for Mother's Day(main reason was due to they offer islandwide delivery), subsequently order for the following year, 2017. Due to my crazy working schedule, back in 2018-2019, i did not managed to place on time order (too last minute, delivery date wasn't right) - hence I ordered through different floral shop instead ; from these experience, I can reassure everyone that Bloom2u's services and flowers are wayyyy much more better in terms of quality. Thus, since then, told myself not to look back and this year, 2020- I managed to placed my order with Bloom2u again (very gladly and will continue for upcoming future orders), and due to the current situation, there are shortages of certain flowers - I would like to commend John and the Bloom2u team for the extra mile that they did, their great effort, they tried their best to source replacement and managed to pull amazing floral arrangements! I am truly AMAZED with the end outcome! Great services, great delivery service provided - super efficient and courteous upon delivery! They deserved more than 5 stars! They are AMAZING!

Last night, I placed an order online for some flowers/bouquet to be sent to a very special person and friend of mine who is based in KL - With me being based in the UK, I was concerned which local company to consider. Fortunately, I came across Bloom2U and John who have offered an impeccable service, care and attention to detail. I placed my order online and when the store opened John, kindly got in touch and expressed given the logistical/operational challenges a lot of businesses are facing at the moment he was not able to fulfil the complete order as originally placed. John, offered me reassurance and completed the order with a few welcome additions to the bouquet making it look better/prettier than the order I had actually placed. The flowers were sent with same day delivery in an efficient and timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased with the flowers which were put together. I ordered a bouquet of flowers from them on 19 January 2019 meaning to give my friend a surprise. Instead, she gave me a surprise cause on that day she chose to be on leave! Bloom2u was so nice as to help me trace where she was and waited till they managed to get a chance to speak to her to find out whether they should just leave the bouquet in the office or deliver to her. Based on her request, they agreed to do another delivery the next day to her house and all they did was charge me a minimal sum for the second delivery as transport cost. Considering that they had to wait in my friend's office for close to an hour before they got the second delivery sorted out, they are truly professional and committed to completing the task. Least to say is the bouquet of flowers were still beautiful and fresh. So if you are looking for a trustworthy florist that is also reasonably priced, do give them a try.

Excellence in delivery of Christmas bouquet, and birthday cake and flowers. I had order the 3 items items for delivery to Muar, Johor. Even though it was a week's notice, John coordinated and gave me options of flower arrangements to chose from and time of delivery. He informed me of date/time of delivery and options of flowers to chose from. This is awesome customer services. At delivery to the locations, the florist took pics of the recipients receiving the flowers. This is Amazing and Very Thoughtful as as we are out of the country. Just want to say a big thank you to John for making ordering flowers from overseas an easy and pleasant experience. I am from Australia and it’s always a concerned when ordering online who to order from. Fortunately I choose Bloom2U. I didn’t realise the company I had sent the flowers to was closed but John found out where the person was and redelivered the flowers to that place. Later in the day I needed to order another funeral bouquet but the one I liked wasn’t as big as I wanted and John agreed with me paying for a more expensive arrangement and he would make the one I wanted up to the higher amount. There was always good communication throughout this whole process. I would happily recommend and use the service again.

Ordered a flower stand to mentakab, payment made with surcharge of MYR 50 for delivery fee with the poscode entered; a total of MYR 300 made moment layer, email and texted stating need to pay additional MYR50 for delivery fee, to save the hassle, additional payment made delivery as per arranged, but an entirely different design as per advertised; informed about dissatisfaction, replied stated that it was subcontracted to their partner, and at their choice of design; having said that, the quality is far from the one as advertised by their partner very poor business ethic, could have informed all these over the web, and upon checking out prior to payment feel cheated !!

I ordered 3 Chinese New Year Hampers from Bloom2U Floral and despite the Chinse New Year rush and the unavailability of some of the products in the hamper, the manager John managed to meet my expectations in delivering it on time. I had issues with the order initially but with the assistance of John following up, he ensured that all was in order and he always update me on the status right till the hampers got delivered. There was some difficulty with the delivery because I wasn’t around to receive the flowers, but the team still delivered them to me within the day.
