I contacted this outlet to see if gas cylinders were available and was told there were, when I got there to replace my cylinder I was told very abruptly they would not replace mine as it was silver and not green, this is a new form of discrimination. I was told if I went to another outlet and got an empty Green one they would replace it. What fun!!!??, so I went to the Engen and got a full one with no trouble. As you can expect I will no longer use this outlet again and as a pensioner feel quite disgusted with total lack of service by this outlet.

Service by petrol attendants excellent always pick n pay exspress shop amazing fresh and I mean fresh tasty chicken burgers wow wraps even my wife was so amazed with the veggie wraps and chips and pizza and chicken nuggets ice cold drinks milks staff super amazing and friendly priced so well just try their chicken hit spicy burger yummie I buy normally 10 burger for me and my son a burger a day keeps your hunger at bay anton is my name you can confirm that I buy lots there

I was there a couple of weeks ago before 6am, nobody came out to fill up my tank. When I started my car to leave, one of the guys just peeped out the door,, made no attempt to stop me from leaving. This morning I waited a very long time before someone assisted, there were only 2 other cars. Not sure why there is always a problem with signal for the Smart shopper points. In future, I will fill up at another service station just up the road.

Lunch Time behind the counter: Went it for an item that was advertised for a certain amount, but once ranng up the shelf price and till price differed. Upon explaining and fetching the price tag for the cashier, they merely struggled to fix this as the cashier was eating and struggling with the till. Everyone deserves lunch time, but put your customer first before stuffing your face. Highly unprofessional.

Good petrol station, the service is always top notch and the staff are always willing to go the extra mile whilst you are filling up. There is a car wash and incase you get hungry there is a convenience store with ready made meals and snacks. They are partnered with Pick n pay and discovery so remember to bring your cards. Overall good petrol station and definitely my choice when I'm in table view.

I put R50 petrol in and as i was pulling away noticed that the needle didnt move i then reversed my car and asked the attendant for a cash slip he brought me the cash slip and i thought it was ok when i got home i checked it again and the slip was for the 18 March , the day which it was suppose to be was 25 march so be wary these attendants are making as if they put in petrol and give you old slips

If you are a BP fan then you will enjoy this service station. They have great coffee from the Wild Bean Café, though it might have changed it's name. The coffee and snacks are great. You can have your vehicle washed here too. You choose the type of wash, such as wash & go or something more restful for those not in a hurry. That would be wash, vacuum, dry and tyres.

When you want to quickly put in petrol, it won't be the case. The petrol guys have the world's time and the machine which they swipe either your P'nP or discovery card, is always without paper or they are looking for it, and then they take very long to return from their quest.. I'll rather go to the one at Bayside mall.

Lazy bunch of staff. 4 to 5 guys sitting at the table chit chatting at the car wash. While the 1 lady needs to run up and down. They really don't care about customers pulling up. No apology whatsoever. On top of that you have to wait even longer while the guy who eventually come because the card machine don't work.

The team here is amazing! Tme station is meat and tidy and everything works efficiently. But the overall wow factor are the staff!! The attendants are incredibly friendly and professional and very efficient! I literally plan my fillings to come here specifically! Great job!

1 star is way too many for this place. The staff are so bad here. They don't give a dam about customers. You wait forever to be helped at the pump. The card machine always has issues. They don't offer window cleaning, oil, water etc.. it's really not a nice place to visit.

Service can be a bit slow at times. The petrol atendents oprerate as if you have the whole day to get fuel. They walk very slowly like they have no energy which does not give a good impression. I will only use this facility to refuel if I have no other choich

This is the second time I am complaining regarding the same matter...public toilets..R2 fee to enter but filthy dirty no soap or hand sanitizer...first instance the toilet was ovefflowing and came to.meet me at door..today again dirty with no soap or

This is a fantastic petrol station with the most helpful and friendly staff. The garage has a car wash and valet service which is incredible value for money. There is also a Pick n Pay Express as well as Wild Bean Cafe which makes very decent coffee.

While I've been avoiding this station I will now never ever go there again...third time today that I was late for work due to the "shift change" in the morning. Was told it would take 2 minutes...I left 15 minutes later....

The shop feels run down. Shop is not what is used to be. Feels like a cheap corner shop. Freezers and pie heater has not worked for the last 4 months. Hope they read this and make it better like it used to be.

Everytime I come to this station I get the worst service. It's not even the same attendant which to me, translates to the attendants having preferred to service other people.

Continuous Slow pathetic service. Filling up is an hour event. Then when it’s time to pay only one machine ever works. Unfortunately I have to give them 1 star to comment.

Waiting for 5 minutes for someone to help me with petrol. Only 2 cars at the station, but 4 petrol attendances at the other car. They just walked past us and ignored us

A favourite garage in West Beach. Staff are always friendly. The owners are always onsite keeping and eye on things. Suppliers of gas as well as a top notch car wash.

Always have the best, fresh sausage rolls. Highly recommend going here just for them. They also have quite nice hot dogs that they make while you wait.
