I needed some supplies as I am an avid DIYer, I browsed for a short while and was approached by a young man who works here with a very helpful attitude he was knowledgeable about what I needed and advised me professionally. A well stocked store but a little dark giving a dungeony feeling, but maybe that is just me, the Stafford than makes up for it. I got what I needed at a reasonable price at a store with friendly and helpful staff even the checkout was a pleasure, so if you need building and hardware supplies head on over to BUCO Tokai you will be peasantly surprised I know I was.

Utter disappointment of a store walked in to see what the fuss was about for the newly revamped store items I wanted that wasnt even on special then while going through there pamphlet in store items.on image is different to what's on the shelf which I brought to the managers attention what you advertising is not what you actually selling the customer then I saw paint on special which again was a misprint ended up wasting my time there I am in construction and I go every day to hardware's store and I would never waste my time there again

When you enter the building u get the friendly welcome from the security guard at the door.as walking towards the shelf u get the friendly attendence from the guys .the service at counter is always and don't forget the friendly cashier. . yesterday I was there to buy some boots for myself I noticed that they had removed the dummy that was just standing there at the entrance .it was for the best for he never said anything to me when I greated him . keep up with the good service

Buco Tokai, is a beautifully laid out & well stocked Hardware store. It was my first time at this Buco wat as I came in a friendly staff member immediately came to me, he was friendly & knowledgeable & he quickly helped me to get the needed items. Unfortunately I didn't get his name- but he went out of his way to help me- after I paid he even brought the paint & other items to my car & loaded it for me. He greeted me friendly. I will be back soon again. Thank you Buco Tokai!!

Very friendly staff and I was greeted multiple times - sometimes by the same people. They appear to be undergoing some kind of refurbishment of sorts, but lots of product still available and managing in the fluid state. Range was a bit limited, but we'll see how it looks once things settle down again. Parking is adaquate though not well-marked and multiple other services are available on site. Staff happy to give advice.

The truck arrived over an hour late, the driver was rude, and after discovering they could not pull the truck into the driveway, they refused to help our builders - who had been waiting over an hour to work - to carry heavy bags of concrete Etc down the driveway. This was only 30m. They were unprofessional and unhelpful. Not going to use this company again - this was a very disappointing experience.

Most unorganized Buco I've been to. The service you receive from the guys in the yard is unbelievable. It's like they don't want to be there or they don't want to do their job and there's so many people out there without a job. Not on top on things and no system of working. When you say something then they want to get defensive. Work on your customer service.

l love this store, the staff are always friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. The downside is that they no longer cut board :-( they were always our 'go to' due to expert advice and efficiency and we have completed many amazing projects with their efficiency in the cutting room. No we need to deal with delays and difficult communication elsewhere.

This place saddens me, pathetic service, not the first time I went there but definitely the last... couldn't get my board cut because the cutter was on lunch ....an hour & ten minutes later I came back only to be told the cutter only went on lunch now....pity I paid for the board already.... nobody in charge.. won't recommend to anyone.

We always run to a hardware to get the necessary things but if it's something difficult they can also sort us out and that is what I found yesterday at buco Tokai Warehouse building supply material whatever you need time is very convenient and even if you needed to be delivered their prices feasible

I met a guy call Will at the desk as you walk in! I think the only words that stood out coming from his mouth was " IF WE DON'T HAVE I will MAKE A WAY TO GET IT! and he did & ever since he's my go2 guy! What a legend!!! Jeff of all trades...... is rolling out projects with NO FEAR!

Great Hardware store for pretty much all your construction needs from DIY to full on building. Their prices are very competitive and their service is great. They do deliveries within 24hrs. They also offer expert advice and there are very rarely queues at their counters.

Litterally the worst must stuck up service I have ever received. I went in to buy some ridge tiles, although in stock online, was informed thry had no stock. When asking if they would be able able to order, was told they could be won't as I only need a few.

Can’t comment on the service, because there wasn’t any. Manager was just as incompetent. The clothing rails are sitting in 10cm of water - stock is all rusted. Not sure how staff wouldn’t notice that if regular checks were done. Would not recommend.

I often wonder why I don’t visit these guys more often when looking for DIY and project materials. Always friendly, always helpful - from the front door to the floor staff and tellers. A great team doing a great job... well done guys, keep it up :)

Builders hardware and building materials in a well stocked and compact store (compact does not mean small). Knowledgeable staff who are very helpful and readily available. Best of all are the prices when compared with nearby competition.

I've tried often to support this place in lieu of their larger competitors across the street. Sorry to say this, but no help is ever offered and no one looks happy to be there. I'll keep on trying and hoping. Their prices aren't bad.

It was not easy to get assistance, when I did the guy said they did not have stock and walked away but they did in fact have stock. After completing my purchase the staff were very helpful getting my purchase to the car.

Amazing service, staff are friendly and seem to know exactly what you are looking for. We bought all the materials we needed to build a bird aviary and all went very well, along with recommendations and tips from staff.

They might not always have what you want to the max here, but they'll give you good alternatives to what you want and where else to get it. And that Security guy at the door he's a very necessary charmer that chap!

My clients in the area love Buco. The staff, I'm told, are well trained and helpful. If you require technical advise you'll find it but go to the management who'll give product based knowledgeable advise.

The guys need to improve on customer services, most of us are drivers only so we need real help because we won't be knowing some of the things that we need and where exactly they are in the shop

Takes a little too long to assist you, and then refer you to someone for assistance then you have to sta d in a que to wait for those person to assist, a quick 10min visit changes to 30min +

Staff were friendly. Had a small hiccup with them for paying for an item and only to be told at the yard that they or of stock and then taking about 20 minutes just to get a refund for it

I always find what I need at Buco and the price of the material I need is better than others in the area. Alway helpful staff at the counter and the ladies at the til.

Service millions times better than that big building around the corner with so many staff that know nothing. BUCO gave me product ,good price and excellent service.

You can get almost anything you need at a really reasonable price at this hardware store, if you are buying a lot of stuff, ask for a discount and see what happens.

One of the employees did not know what a shower waste trap mechanism was. She showed me pipes and then just told me they are out of stock. Very clueless.

These guys are helpful and have a good stock of hardware and tools at reasonable prices. Also, they open nice and early which is convenient.

First time and was impressed, some things slightly cheaper than builders. Smaller so quicker to pop in and out. Nice wood selection.

The store has modern look and feel. It certainly does give you the that the staff want you their, and are willing to assist you.
