I used By Anna for our choice for Christmas Gifting to some of our customers. The attention to detail and the communication back and forth only made us more excited to get to tasting our sample box. We have received so many compliments from our customers and have said that the brownies and our customised logo cookies have been the best they’ve ever tried! Anna went the extra mile in every way, she even made us custom coffee shaped sugar biscuits on a last minute request! Visited here yesterday for the first time after seeing them on Instagram, so decided to take my daughter and husband for a Father's Day treat. We ordered 4 items which cost £3.50 each, which after tasting, was worth very penny! My favourite by far was the Biscoff Blondie. I cant wait to visit again!! The stop was clean and well presented, the staff were smiley and enthusiastic and choice of treats was fantastic.

Visited today for the first time, the shop looked amazing and the service was first class! Very friendly atmosphere in the shop and the cakes of course were to die for! Couldn’t pick out a favourite from what I bought because honestly everything was perfect! Only problem is I will definitely be going every weekend from now on so that I can try everything!!!

I have purchased from Anna a few times but since her shop opening I've got myself a couple boxes which I have built myself from her selection. Anna's Blondies, Cupcakes, brownies & cookie pies are amazing! I tried my first ever red velvet cupcake this weekend from Anna & it really was tasty! If you haven't been, I highly recommend you do!

Service very friendly. Cupcakes were nice, cake was very soft and tasty. Cookies were alright although not completely fresh, it was a little stale. And I think cookies would be much nicer if they were hot! Overall, I just thought it was expensive for what it was £3.50 per item. However, I do understand as they are boutique items.

Went a little while after they opened, great place, trendy and calm atmosphere. The brownie served was to a high quality but a bit heavy - had to split it - but this isn't really a bad thing, it shows the quality in it. Bit expensive but you get very good customer service and very nice desserts, would definitely recommend :)

Absolutely adore Anna’s cakes and sweet treats! She has made me 2 birthday cakes, and both were AMAZING, and tasted it too!! I am so impressed with Anna’s professionalism and products themselves. Anna makes sure to tailor to your needs, and she never fails to amaze me!! Highly HIGHLY recommend!!

I recently visited by Anna, to enquire about purchasing a ready made birthday cake on the day and I was not disappointed. We chose the chocolate cake, which looked fantastic and tasted absolutely amazing. Will definitely be visiting by Anna in the future.

Got some blondies / brownies today for a birthday present, they were absolutely gorgeous. Fantastic service and the treats themselves tasted amazing. Forgot to take a photo before i ate them because i couldn’t wait!! Family loved them. Great quality for an equally good price.

Really love this place! My sister recently arranged for By Anna to make some Flopsy Bunny carrot cake cupcakes and sugar cookies for my baby shower and they were all delicious and went down a treat! As you can see they looked beautiful too. I’d definitely recommend a visit!

Me and my partner shared some of the lovely Anna’s Valentine’s cupcakes - incredible! We both loved the cupcakes, beautiful to look at and even better taste! 11/10. Anna is very lovely and has excellent customer service skills, easily the best cakes we’ve ever tried!

This place has the most amazing brownies I have ever had. The staff are always very pleasant and is a nice place to sit and enjoy a coffee and a cake. The coffee here is the best around for miles and is made very well. The flat whites are made perfectly. Thank you!

Absolutely lovely!! Huge selection of sweet treats and definitely something for everyone. Very friendly and polite staff. Amazing variety of gluten free goodies as well which is often hard to find. Couldn’t fault anything so I’ll definitely be returning soon.

Popped in and bought a couple of brownies (Oreo & Crunchie), my son declared them the best brownies he’d ever eaten! I’ll definitely be back to try some of the other cakes, which all looked delicious. Definitely worth giving a try, a great addition to Cheam.

By Anna is such a friendly and welcoming bakery and coffee shop. The sizes of the cakes and cookies are huge for the price. There are also gluten free options and they have a lot of decaffeinated drink options too. The NYC cookies get my vote.

Anna’s cakes are unbeatable. As someone’s who’s dairy free I struggle to find occasion cupcakes that aren’t dry and are worth splurging on. Anna’s look and taste incredible, you wouldn’t notice a difference! I will always recommend. 11/10 x

Lovely cakes but charging £15 for a plastic cake topper! Got it home and out of the packaging and snapped as it was such poor quality, ridiculous pricing when you can get them for £1.50 on Amazon and quality is awful- cheap plastic.

Visited day of opening, all staff were so polite an more than happy to answer any questions even though they was super busy taking orders. Cakes & cookies are just unreal and the coffee is pretty amazing too.

Anna is always puts in 100% effort into all her creations. My mum's birthday cupcakes were amazing and the decoration was so unique. I ordered some Easter treats for the family and they went down so well.

The shop is amazing, the iced coffees are 10/10, and the selection of cakes is to die for, especially the biscoff cookie pie which is my favourite. Honestly couldn’t recommend her place enough!
