No cometas el error que cometí al venir aquí por reparaciones! Estoy muy decepcionada. Tome un anillo único especial para volver a soldarlo, pensó en ir a Encants pero esta tienda está cerca y dijeron que podían hacerlo, así que se lo dejaron. gran error. sacaron la piedra bruscamente y rompieron la superficie y se ofrecieron a reemplazarla por otra que no era del tamaño correcto o tan bonita. Pregunté si podían alisar las partes rugosas de la original, ya que era una piedra muy especial, por lo que enviaron ambas piedras para que las pulieran. me enseñaron la obra y pensé que era la piedra original hasta que vine a recogerla. el anillo es tan feo. en lugar de una piedra clara especial con colores amarillos brillantes y arcoíris, la piedra es gris y opaca con el engaste todo destrozado y feo en lugar de ser redondo y liso. Pedí que me devolvieran la piedra original y obviamente se había agrietado cuando la fui a alisar para quitar el daño que hicieron. y parece que alguien lo volvió a unir con superpegamento... pero ni siquiera se molestó en limpiar la piedra o sus manos porque la unión tiene suciedad. y me doy cuenta de que la razón por la que la piedra incrustada en el anillo se ve tan oscura y fea es porque está incrustada en un montón de pegamento, que nuevamente es negro sucio. Estoy tan triste que quiero llorar, el anillo era muy especial para mí y ahora está arruinado. Voy a tener que llevarlo a encantamientos que debería haber hecho en primer lugar. la chica estaba tratando de ser útil, pero realmente desearía que hubiera sido honesta y dijera que no podían hacer el trabajo, o incluso en medio del trabajo si lo hubiera llevado a encants, que son personas profesionales que reparan joyas, tal vez podría haberse salvado, pero ahora incluso la piedra original está arruinada aún más que cuando la rompieron por primera vez.

Realmente muy muy decepcionado, les compré un anillo de cobré, le pregunté a la madre del joyero que es la que atiende la mayoría de veces que si me iba a dejar el dedo verde. Me contestó que no, que estaba echo de una calidad muy buena. Accedí pq me gustaba mucho, el joyero realmente es un artista. Justo a la semana tenía el dedo como si lo hubiese metido en una cañería oxidada. Fui a reclamarle y me dijo que la solución era darle un baño de plata al interior del anillo... Por 30 euros! El anillo de cobre valía 45, y los de plata 75. Cobrándome 30 por el baño interior (no todo el anillo) me va a salir por 75 euros? Por eso Habría comprado uno de plata... Pero bueno, la mujer me cae fantástico, el hijo es un artista y creo q se debe apoyar al creador y trabajador artesano. Me hicieron el proceso del baño etc... TODO OK! PERO...AL CABO DE DOS SEMANAS... NI BAÑO, NI BIÑO MUERTO, EL DEDO VERDE COMO EL DE UN ZOMBI... EL BAÑO DESAPARECIÓ EN DOS DÍAS.... Estoy enfadado, y me siento estafado, pero no me quiero rallar con esta gente... No sé qué hacer

I just happened upon this place while I was looking for a present for my wife. I really like their stuff (and, thankfully, so does my wife) but it was also a thoroughly pleasant shopping experience. As other people have mentioned, the owner is very friendly, and I also loved the music she was playing. If you're looking for nice jewellery at a decent price, I strongly recommend you check this place out.

Beautifully crafted Jewelry. Not just your everyday mass produced pieces, but truly inspired bespoke pieces. Even the displays where the jewels are display are noteworthy themselves . 100% worth a visit. The owners are incredibly kind, and will personalize if you want some specific change. All very reasonably priced. 10/10 must visit in Barcelona

It’s such a lovely little shop with a workshop in the back and everything is handmade — a perfect place to pick up some jewellery as a souvenir! My own necklace broke while travelling and the guy in the store fixed it for me in 10mins for €5, so really appreciate that. Everyone in the store is also so lovely and it’s a great atmosphere!

Wide variety of cool pieces for a very affordable price! I was able to buy gifts for a few people as well as myself within a reasonable budget. The jewelry is gorgeous, unique, and full of exciting designs. Would 100% recommend for any young person looking to buy jewelry in Barcelona. The staff was also very helpful and patient.

Found this small little artisan shop for jewelry in the raval neighborhood and couldn’t resist checking it out. Had a very nice long chat with a very kind lady from Peru and in the end couldn’t resist but buy this beautiful small bracelet. (For relatively little money) definitely recommended to check out! :-)

I found this shop near by hotel 'Casa Camper' where I stayed. Every guys that inside of shop are so kind & gave me a lot of helpful for choose the rings. And they adjusted the size of rings for me so perfectly what I coose. I hope to be here again when I come to Barcelona next time.!
