I always have a good experience at this store. Every time I come here I find that the people who work here are so knowledgeable, helpful and honest. The employees at this store go above and beyond and take a lot of time to make sure you get exactly what you need. They never try to push you to buy things. This store also offers great deals. And despite being a small hardware store they have such a great range and selection of products. I love coming here. On a side note, I didn't know anything about the no stroller policy until I saw the sign in the negative reviews, but in all honesty, this is a tight store because they have such a good range of items and because it's not a walmart. And frankly, a hardware store is not a place you bring a stroller or baby into. How many strollers do you see in Home Depot? Have some common sense and for the love of god stop procreating if you think bringing a baby into a hardware store is a good idea.

Not sure if the price for all home hard ware are cheap or just this one. When I first shop there I thought they are closing down caused their price are cheaper than most shops. 3 lithium battery big size are only $0.99 cents. They offered a 50% off on seasonal stuffs. Their carpets and tools are cheap. I have got the oil pump from them which is half the price from Canadian tire. This is a good place for small tools and small electric appliances.

I like the way, this store always surprises me with a good deal, sometimes 60% off Last month I got a grill for $49.99 I was looking for it in another place for $149 I almost got it and I went there to get crazy glue they have extra choices and I saw my grill there with an amazing price my face was like visit this place on time you will understand what I talk about.

Very small store , but I did a pickup for a couple items purchased online and they were quick and very nice. I would do all my pickups at this store from now on. I was expecting the items to be mangled or in bad condition which seem to happen at other retailers, but they were amazing and seemed to come straight from the warehouse. The staff are super nice!

Bailey's Home Hardware, a store for home stuff. I went there to buy a pump for bike. I found one and I was satisfied with the price and the quality. They were still on sale today. Prices drop from 50% and more. I also bought a set of bed sheet (top sheet, fitted sheet and 2 pillowcases for 10 dollars.

Wonderful store to find unique items and gadgets. Love the assortment of chocolate and other treats they feature each week. They do key cutting and have a small hardware section for basic needs. Each week you are bound to find something new and useful to buy at a cheap price. So worth a browse.

hard to get around with my family without my stroller. its sad how much business they are losing. my sister, wife, and neighbour friend used to go all the time. I can't go with my kids anymore and check out the unique snacks with them. poor decision. can't wait for them to come to their senses

I love this store. If you ever in the vicinity of Victoria Park and ellesmere do go check out this hardware store. Always a sale, u will get great bargains very friendly staff customer service is excellent. I try to visit once a month. Love this little hidden gem tuck away in the mall

I called many hardware stores, and they were the only one that actually takes your screen door and repairs it for you in 3 days! I am happy with it. Service was not ideal. No one there seems to care. I had to ask so many staff members to find out where I can drop off my screen door.

Wow. No strollers? Leave strollers outside the store at my own discretion? What should I do with my children? Am I supposed to leave them outside the store at my own discretion? Are you kidding me?? Will never shop here again. Owner/store manager (Mike I believe) should be ashamed.

5 out of 5 because of their great customer service. They are also extremely helpful. I will say that it certainly can get busy. They open up lanes and do their best to speed you through. I guess because it's such a good place to shop. Volume will be an issue at times.

Unique department store, which often has bargains you won't find anywhere else. My go-to place for chocolates, and gifts, because the variety, price and even quality is amazing ‼️ also this store is never boring to browse due to its distinctive items and I love that.

Great place to visit if you are in Parkway mall. Easy to access from major highways and intersections. I recommend everyone to visit this store for a variety of stuff. The prices are reasonable and almost everything has discounts at this

Terrible service. First time placing an online order had to make arrangements for a ride. Got there quarter to 6 (closing), was told I had to bring the car around back when we were already parked in the quick pick up spot at the mall.

This is a neighborhood staple, great deals, you never know what your gonna see in stock and that's the fun part. They always have cheaper groceries if your on a budget and need snacks for the kids. The cashiers are always friendly

We used to enjoy shopping here regularly, but I was kicked out today because I brought my stroller in, which apparently is no longer allowed. They would prefer I leave it outside the store so that my things can get stolen

I used to buy my soap supplies here for my small business. I'm a working mom, so I need to bring my baby with me. They have around 6 of these hanging all over the entrance. I can tell my business isn't wanted anymore.

There was a staff member dressed as a gorilla for Halloween. I am so embarrassed I forgot his name - it was either Dylan or Keith. He was wonderful though. Knowledgeable and trustworthy. Amazing staff here!

Excellent store for home Hardware essentials. They also give awesome offers on many products all the time. The staff were also friendly and helped me during one of my visits to get me what I needed.

Tons of great products available all the time including the cruisernation special, great seasonal area and there's always a good deal on snacks and other little chocolates to be found and enjoyed.

Most ridiculous and unreasonable rule I've ever seen. Short version: ignored the sign because where else am I supposed to put my two babies? Got yelled at. Never been yelled at before in a store.

One of my favorite store, bought lots of home tools and necessities with good quality. Plus, there some very cheap items, which are likely factory direct clearance, but quality is acceptable.

An unusual store. Lots of bargains and very nice staff. I found unusually large blackout blinds there for an excellent price a year ago. This is a well stocked store and very popular.

It's more of a expensive Dollar Store than it is a hardware store. I highly doubt you can get in there and buy a sheet of three quarter inch plywood and some 2x4s
