We came here because of all the amazing reviews we saw on google but our visit was way short of this. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. I brought my wife down here to get an evaluation for a root canal and new crown as she was evaluated in the US and she was quoted a decent amount as she is a cash patient. We came down here to check them out and get a consultation and the pricing they gave us was not good at all. In fact, it was the exact same as our first quote and their tooth extraction cost was absurd, 3 times as much as what it would cost to get it extracted from our local Dentist in California. The “specialist” haggled my wife and told her negative remarks about me (the husband) saying that I’m a bad husband for apparently making a bad decision for her when my wife made the decision to go with a tooth extraction instead, all while I was waiting in the waiting room with my 2 year old. I was not happy when she came out and told me what she had gone through. They made her feel uncomfortable in the evaluation room all alone and kept trying to convince her to go through with the whole procedure. They said the specialists that extracts teeth was not in so she just ended up leaving this place as she was just trying to find an excuse to get out of this place. These people are Salesmen first, then Dental Specialists. Do not come here at all because they will try to take advantage of you. I will be getting her work done back down in the US as they quoted us the exact same as it would cost to get the work done in the states. BEWARE.

The quality of service was evident even before I actually arrived to the clinic. The staff helped me coordinate transportation from the border to the clinic and back once the procedure was over. The taxi driver knew my name and I was provided with the taxy's ID. This little detail alone can save a great deal of hassle and some money as I did not have to worry about driving in Tijuana, and buying Mexican insurance. The round trip was just 10 dollars. Once in the office, the staff was very professional and the measures to ensure a a safe and clean environment where superior to most dental offices in the United States. The patient is provided with shoe hoodies, a mask is required for everybody visiting or working in the clinic and even hair nets are required for both staff and patients. Upon arrival, I had my temperature checked. The paper work required was easy. The clinic has access to modern tools including panoramic x-ray machines, digital assessment tools and software. The staff speaks English fluently. I visited for a deep cleaning that was quoted over a thousand dollars in the u.S., and it was going to take 4 visits to complete. Odontología Integral de Mexico completed the job in less than 2 hours. The doctors explained the procedure carefully, were kind, and very experienced in their profession. Overall, I had a great experience and saved a great deal of time and money.

The prospect of going to the border for medical help can seem daunting but I am glad that I did and found this gem of dentists. Everything from calling for an appointment to the visit, diagnosis, and actual treatment was handled professionally, kindly, and smoothly. I received plenty of information from the dentist's assistant and the dentist himself and they went the extra mile to answer all my questions. All conversations in English (although I speak a bit of Spanish) left no room for errors or misunderstandings. The dentist really took his time to make sure that my root canal was done perfectly. I left the clinic with no pain or complications. No hidden costs and a very honest overview. If you look for an excellent way to get your dental care for a good price and peace of mind I highly recommend this clinic. I for sure be back soon.

Excellent experience; everyone in the office is friendly and professional. They provide all services within the same facility from X-rays, dental hygiene, fillings, extractions, specialty surgeries, general and cosmetic dentistry. They accommodate to your schedule and personal preferences. My experience with The Bajadentistry team has been exceptional. I’m specially thankful to Dr. Pelcastre. He is very gentle, methodical with his work and he takes the time to explain every procedure until he makes sure I am clearly understanding the process of each one of my dental needs and options. It really feels that his primary goal is always my total satisfaction with their services. I highly recommend Dr. Pelcastre and the Bajadentistry team for all your dental needs!

I can’t say enough about Baja dentistry. I did lots of research looking for a dentist across the border and I’m so glad I found them. The facilities are immaculate and the staff of specialists are very professional and explain everything in detail. It’s clearly the best service I’ve had with any dentists in the states. So far I’ve had two implants, a bridge, and a crown. Unfortunately my last check up revealed a need for another implant, but I’m so glad I have them to do the work. I park on the US side, walk across the border, and it’s about a five minute cab ride to their office. The entire staff is English speaking.

It was a pleasure working with Odontología Integral de México. At first I was a bit concerned that they weren’t using Zoom whitening for my dental treatment, but they reassured me the results will be notable in the before and after pictures of my teeth. The receptionist answered all my questions regarding the procedure and I’m grateful to have such a kind attentive staff like Dra. Leon. I definitely recommend this procedure for those of you who have sensitive teeth as an alternative to zoom.

They wanted $350 for a simple less than two mints extraction. I hear the dr. Tell the front desk “I m assuming It was the owner “ he wanted to charge me $100 but she didn’t agree. When I got my receipt I couldn’t believe. They ended up charging me $250 after a long discussion. Their whole system is not transparent, it will depend on how you look, if you are paying dollar or pesos and if they hear you speak English. Never going back. They charge US prices. American Stay away!!

I’ve been coming to Baja Dentistry for 20 years and have always been extremely satisfied with any dental work I’ve had done. From filling a cavity, teeth cleaning to root canals, crowns and most recently wisdom tooth removal staff is amazing from all the specialists to support staff. They are attentive, professional, kind, caring and work to accommodate our schedule. Baja Dentistry is located very close to the San Diego border, a short taxi ride or walkable.

I want to share an excellent experience I had at the Clinica Odontologia Integral de Mexico. Dr. Pelcastre, very kindly explained to me all the treatment involved in the rehabilitation of my lower jaw. All the crowns turned out very well. Sincerely, I congratulate them for the good work they do for their patients. In June I plan to return to have my upper jaw done. I am more than happy with the way my teeth have turned out! I am very grateful.

The office is spotless. Very easy to access by phone and in person. It's very centrally located in the Zona Río. You need to book your appointments. The staff is bilingual and entirely courteous and professional. The medical staff has every specialty, so you don't have to go from place to place. Their work is excellent, and prices are unbeatable, compared to the U.S.A. I have been going with my family for years. I highly recommend them.

Like a lot of people I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I was also very hesitant about going across the border to get dental work. Very quickly I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. I had an extensive cleaning and root canal/crown. It was minimally painless and cost me a third of what I would have paid in the states. Thank you so much for the great work you did. I highly recommend.

I came for a teeth cleaning as a first tome client. The service i received from Baja Dentistry was great. The doctor made me feel calm as i am a person who gets very nervous during dentist visits. While in my visit i was able to see two other specialist for future work. It is super close to the border! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to establish dentist care.

Great clinic! Great service! The doctors are thorough and knowledgeble but NOT pushy like in the US. They can get a lot of work done in one sitting. We came for a week and will need to come back in the summer (had 3 crowns replaced & 4 more need to be changed) Would recommend them for sure. They are great!

First time getting a cleaning in Mexico due to change in insurance and I went here. The location is very clean and they follow extra covid precautions including see and hair coverings. The clean went very smoothly and quickly. They also offer a medical pass for easy border crossings
